What a bummer, especially after seeing so many reviews praising great customer service. This was my first time shopping at Pandora. I placed an order online for in-store pickup, hoping for a quick and easy experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. After already having a long day (not the store's fault), my family and I arrived and were met outside with a sign saying, "Please wait for the next sales associate." We were second in line with no one behind us. About two minutes later, we moved up to first and then waited what felt like forever. One associate was at the far-left counter with a sign that read "Online Orders Pick Up Here," but she did not acknowledge or assist us at all. She continued putting jewelry away and remained seated. Another associate finished helping a customer and walked over to chat at the same counter. Then a third associate finished with her customer and also joined them. All three stood there talking while the line grew to five people. After waiting approximately 10-15 minutes, we were finally helped. For a first-time experience, this was extremely disappointing. Customer service felt inattentive and unorganized. Unfortunately, this was a one-and-done visit for me. I won't be returning. read more

I've had good, bad, and meh experiences at Pandora's around the city. This one by far was amazing. Even though we left with nothing because they didn't have the charm I was looking for, the woman who helped us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Gave us great tips and info I've never gotten from any other location. Really happy with her customer service and my experience overall. read more

Service here is the best in San Diego!!!! The ladies are always really lovely and take their time to show you items you'll treasure! Special shout out to Rania who always goes above and beyond and makes it feel like a luxury experience! I'd shop here over Fashion Valley or Bonita any day!!! read more

This location is always so incredibly wonderful! The ladies who work here are always so kind and willing to help! I've never had a bad experience at this location! Recently went in with my friend to browse some jewelry, she was buying, and I asked to get my rings cleaned. One of the girls, who wasn't helping us in particular, immediately turned around and offered her hands to get my rings cleaned for me. It was just a really kind and enthusiastic gesture. Love this location! read more

Purchased a charm bracelet for my girlfriend on Black Friday. I measured her wrist, but I still got the size wrong. It fit, but after adding charms, it didn't dangle anymore and we realized she needed a size up. Went to the store in the Fletcher Pky Plaza, waited for over an hour. I was in line around 11am. Store didn't open until 10am. Yet they only had one employee helping out. The other 2 were at lunch. Meanwhile there was a good 10 people behind me all whom were waiting 30-40+ minutes. A young girl who I assume was running things apologized to the line and said she wanted to help but she "had online orders to fill and then trash to take out." My response was, " so I'm valued if I order online or if I'm a piece of trash? Other than that I don't get service?" She changed and hesitantly took the next person in line. (I was 3 away from being my turn.). They did not have the bracelet I ordered in stock and I was told in order to exchange it, I would only be refunded my Black Friday Sale price and I would have to purchase the new bracelet at full price. (Just for clarity, all I want was the same bracelet, just a different size,). She located a store in Chula Vista that has the one I need in stock but it's an extra 20 miles away. I asked if I could return the bracelet at the store I'm currently at, and have a new one shipped out. Again, the procedure would be that I have to purchase at full price. The only way to get my exchange done without paying more is to go to the store that has the bracelet and do an exchange. Not because I don't have a receipt or proof of purchase, (which I have!) but because that is their return policy. First time dealing with them. I don't know if it's undertrained staff, poor return policy, (which policy states you have 90 days to return or exchange) or just an asinine system that has never been updated or altered as they continue to get unhappy customers. As far as the actual jewelry goes, it is nice and my girlfriend likes it a lot especially the wide assortment of charms you can get. The clasp seemed sturdy, the safety chain is nice and the charms are very elegant. read more

Went there a couple of weeks ago to purchase a gift for someone. The young lady who helped me was not very friendly nor helpful at all. I can't remember her name but she looked down on me. I was dressed in sweats because I had gone for my morning walk and she didn't give me good service. I spent over 200$ and I thought, it's thanks to us customers who pay for your salary. Rude and needs better customer service. Will definitely not be returning to that Pandora!!!! read more

Bought well over $400 of stuff with the lady telling me I can return items within 30 days. So coming to exchange one of my charms she tells me in a snooty ass attitude that she can't take it back because it has scratches when literally every single charm in their store has scratches and finger prints. Her rude ass attitude was unnecessary and now I will be contacting pandora to return all my items and get a refund. So unprofessional and honestly no one likes an ugly girl honey. read more

Extremely bad customer service! I would not recommend this location. The lady was so impolite and mean! I guess she needs more training!

My daughter and I came here a few weeks ago during their big sale. Great pieces, prices and service. Update: I was help initially by Miriam. Since that time, she called me to inform me of a sale and sent me a hand written thank you card. Wow! Blown away by the level of service. We will be back in soon! read more

Was waiting for someone to help me and got ignored lady started helping someone els that came in way after me

They have the worst customer service ever. I get there not once did they acknowledge me, or bother to say "we will be right with you" and when I brought it to the lady's attention didn't even bother to apologize or anything she just went back to what she was doing. Keep in mind this is my first time ever in a Pandora store. After today, I will never come to this location. They need to hire professionals not basic people. It's been 30 minutes and I'm still waiting and as I'm waiting I'm writing this review. read more

My new favorite stoooore! It's like a Claire's for Fancy Adults! I was so indecisive and my store clerk was so patient and helpful! She helped me with the right sizing and didn't force anything, just suggested to my taste in jewelry. I will be back at least three more times before the the year is out. Thank you Pandora in Parkway!!! read more

Not only will I never give my service to this business ever again but will also mention this to everyone I know who goes there. I went in there tonight with my best friend after a long day at work to pick out some Kelsey and to also buy cleaner for the jewelry I've bought there in the past. The worker who's name was Brianna was the most rude and inconsiderate person I've seen work in a store like this. She didn't greet us to begin with then when we asked a question she ROLLED HER EYES at us then came over with attitude. Let me tell you the eye rolls are way more prominent now that's all you see when wearing a mask... her demeanor all around was negative and I will not ever give my business to them again thanks to Brianna from this location. I understand it's in the evening time and everyone wants to go home but at least put on a smile and be nice to the customers. If not then quit your job and leave because those vibes aren't needed. I hope that only one day she learns how to be kind and not bitter towards others. read more

Came on good day since they were having a grand opening with a raffle, Mother's Day specials, yummy treats and friendly fun staff! Made my shopping so much fun and exciting. I picked up a mother's day gift for my mom, the girl helping me was named Kaitlin, (hope spelled right) She was very friendly and knew everything about the Pandora bracelets and charms. I have one myself but didn't wear it that day since we came to the mall for my husband haircut appointment so we just stumbled upon here on a whim. Enjoyed Kaithlin's assistance and she was not too pushy about selling me more merchandise, she was very polite and asked if there was anything else I wanted to pick up for my bracelet. Also for spending over $100 I got a cute limited edition clutch which I really adore. The place is nice and bright, clean and amazing. I fell in love with the rose gold collections so I might have to pick up some charms next time. read more

I have been to a few Pandora shops over the years but this one by far has been my favorite. It is, as always, due to the OUTSTANDING cutomer service the employees deliver everytime. The service is always friendly and impeccable, with no attempt to upsell you anything you may not need. They do provide suggestions if you are clueless, like me! (husbands and boyfriends, pay attention to that!). Anyway, a few days ago, I was helped by Courtney. Always cheerful she helped me quickly and exchanged my wife's apparently missized ring without any difficulty. My wife loves the ring and is very happy with it. This is why Pandora at Parkway Plaza will always be my personal favorite!! read more

I'm writing this review to express my greatest appreciation for the genuine and immaculate customer service that I received from SHAY and ZARIA the moment that I walked in the door. They made my shopping experience very easy and smooth sailing. They gave me options and gave helpful recommendations without being pushy. I appreciate that they didn't judge me by my demeanor and appearance. I'm all about good vibes and I have to say that both SHAY and ZARIA reciprocated that plus more! I couldn't be more pleased at my shopping experience. Thank you ladies, you two are greatly appreciated and I will be back in the near future. Stay righteous. Hugs and love! read more

This is by far the best Pandora store! The customer service is superb, professional, friendly and very personalized. A week ago I went to purchased a gift for my goddaughter and the lovely lady (sorry I forgot her name) was very patient asking me questions about my goddaughter and helped me chose the perfect charms for her based on her personality and likes, all because she took the time to learn about her. Then today I went back to buy another gift and Kaitlin (the manager) took great care of us showing us again all different charms based on what we needed. Right before leaving I mentioned to her that almost a year ago I purchased an oxidized bracelet and was not longer that color. She patiently and respectfully explained that it would fade away but she listened to my concerns and took immediate action and after making calls and getting approval she called me back home to tell me she will exchange my bracelet and to return at my convenience. THATS AN AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! and that is why this is the best Pandora store, thank you Kaitlin and team. You are a leading your team by example read more

I went to this Pandora instead of plaza bonita pandora due to a horrible experience I had with the manager Valerie of plaza bonita on the phone. The manager Katelyn of El Cajon pandora, invited me to come to her instead and she would take care of me. I told her the situation first via the phone of what happened with Valerie and she was appalled. She apologized for the actions of Valerie and still, not once has Valerie seen fault in the way she treated a valuable first time customer. When I went to see Katelyn, the same day, her co-worker and her were very welcoming, attentive and kind. They listened to what happened with open ears and treated me with respect. Katelyn went above and beyond to make my purchase worthwhile and acknowledged that it was a special occasion for my partner and I. She helped size me, gave me information about different products, listened to what I liked and didn't, and made great suggestions which led to me spending more money lol! That's what you call great service, these woman deserve 6 stars if I could give it to them. Definitely recommend this Pandora shop they will treat you like a queen! read more

Super bummed. I love my pandora rings, and I take great care of them. However, every single ring I have gotten from here has tarnished, bent, or had the fake diamonds fall out in less than a year. I figured that since this store is a little on the pricey end (considering the fact that all of mine are silver and fake diamonds), the jewelry would last longer. Definitely don't think the jewelry is worth the price. read more

By far, the BEST Pandora store to go to in San Diego. Don't waste your time going to other locations and come to this one! Zaria was the ABSOLUTE best! I had written a review about my HORRIBLE experience with the manager in the Pandora store at Plaza Bonita and Zaria had reached out to me personally to help me solve my problem. Zaria said the Pandora store at Parkway Plaza will always solve my problems and they did absolutely that! My Pandora ring had bent into a "D" shape, but I have only owned it for about a couple of months. The manager at the Pandora store at Plaza Bonita gave me such a hard time and would not allow me to exchange it for a sturdier and better ring and tried blaming me for the ring being bent like that. However, at the Pandora at Parkway Plaza, Zaria allowed me to exchange my ring for a completely new and sturdier one in a matter of minutes. I cannot thank Zaria enough, she has given me the best customer service I have ever received in my life! She is very lovely and consider yourself lucky if she ever helps you out in the store! I wish there were more people like her out there! Thank you again Zaria! read more

After a long day of shopping with nothing but horrible customer service experiences, we came to pandora to look for bridesmaids gifts. OMG what an incredible experience!!
