Do not go for ear piercing for babies!!! I took my 6 month old granddaughter this weekend to pierce her ears. One of the gal who had the piercings on her nose with curly hair and glasses stated she was experienced in piercings in which she was. However she called her assistant manager so they could pierce my granddaughter's ears at the same time. BIG MISTAKE!! The assistant manager must of had NO experience in piercings. She was way off from where the dot was on my granddaughter's ear. She had the audacity to say "the baby moved". Mind you all I was recording the whole time and it clearly shows my grand baby still the entire time. The real issue was "her damn nails were so long they got in the way and she wasn't able to do the piercing because of her nails" So they had to re pierce her ears again. I was very disappointed and upset about the whole situation. And the worse part is she lied on her report that she created. I do NOT recommend this place for ear piercings read more

The guy Who helped us, Edwin at Parkway Plaza in El Cajon, was fantastic and very passionate for what he does! We brought our 5 month old baby to get her ears pierced, and although it was a little stressful for us doing that to her, Edwin made the experience very positive and memorable! He also was a perfectionist and didn't pierce her ears until the dots on her ears were perfectly centered! I am so happy with our experience here and highly recommend them and ask for Edwin!!! Poor customer service. I purchase a belly ring for 70 dlls plus warranty for a year. The girl assure me it would be replace with no problem. Is has been 3 days and my problem is still the same. Tried on 3 separate occasions to buy a pendant here for wifey. On 3 separate occasions, the young girl working the register was slow, inefficient, not making eye contact or acknowledging customers, or was busy texting on her cell phone. Okay so I went to this place literally two days ago and bought a necklace a ring and a charm. The entire time I was there the lady that was helping me kept asking " are you sure you don't want ( something they were offering in case anything broke, like she knew their products didn't last long or something). Anyway two days later my necklace just randomly broke, I've been wearing a necklace I bought from wal mart for almost two years and it never broke but this chain I got from here randomly falls off my neck in two days? Not to mention when I was going to buy a bracelet the lady says " don't buy that one it tends to fade" honestly I will never shop here again I'll be going back tomorrow to return everything else I bought. read more

Just got my daughters ears done one looks great the other is at a terrible angle so the back points up into the ear. The lady piercing was really nice but needs to retire from piecing. Her hands aren't steady we had to dot her ears more than 20 times. Terrible experience. I don't recommend getting K.C. (The assistant manager) To pierce ears there. read more

Went with my wife to pierce are 5 month old daughters ears an older lady pierce her ears we picked the 14 k gold Cz reasonable price . The lady marked her marked her lobs they look center as soon as she got done I realized she stuck my daughters ear on her right ear way to high I was upset it looked horrible I asked what can we do are daughter was already in pain crying she handed off the responsibility to her co worker because she was shaking already then we decide well let's repierce in the correct spot the worker suggested it. we took the earring out you could see she missed the mark way off so the other girl re pierced and guees what it was the wrong frickin !!! Earring!!! omg I was pissed we had to remove the earring out the hole and in by that time my daughter was screaming so loud the whole mall was at attention all in all I was over this place never go here please !! my daughter is fine I'm taking care of her ears and there good so far just don't have a blind lady pierce your ears. read more
