    I used to come to this Target for stuffs that regular locations near my house didn't carry, in between 2018 to 2020, but now it seems a bit slow here, I couldn't find much interesting things to buy here anymore, oh I miss the time where I could find the entire Venom Marvel Legends wave here, I didn't even need to stop by the Gamestop next door, maybe it was just the 2nd week of the year, they still have to restock later hopefully.

    I LOVE TARGET! I've never ever had an issue. But I am very disappointed this time around I placed an order for at home delivery on 10/18 that was supposed to arrive 10/20 as it was a gift for a baby shower on 10/23 and I STILL have not received my order. I called customer service and I was told there is no one that can help me as they are backed up with orders and the shoppers are on the floor. I understand a lot of places are short staffed as I also work in retail. I just want to know when I will receive my order or how I can possibly cancel it since it's still technically with the shipper being this target Hopefully someone can help !

    Target, I love you. I really do. I love your diversity, I love your interesting products and commercials. But today, you ticked me off. I'm looking for a scale, a certain type of scale. In my research I found the Target web site and it said the scale was "IN STOCK" at the El Cajon store, and was out of stock at the Grossmont store. I'm closer to Grossmont but had to go to the El Cajon store. Not only were they "OUT OF STOCK," but there wasn't even a spot for it. The guy says "are you sure it wasn't internet only." It appears that it never existed in the El Cajon store. I look on the website again once I'm in the car (because all internet, at least for me, is lost once in the store), and lo and behold, it's "IN STOCK" in the Grossmont store. So I hoof it over to the Grossmont store. Where, you guessed it, IT WASN'T IN STOCK. Empty hanger. Son of a bitch. I find someone, he says it's out of stock. I told him that your website says it was in at the El Cajon location and this location. He looks and says "it's in stock in Lemon Grove!" I appreciate the optimism, but I can't share in it. I told him I'd already been to El Cajon and I'm not going to drive to Lemon Grove only to find they're out as well. I'm done, I'll buy it from amazon. Because I love Target I tried going the direct route with an email about my experience but Target wants me to call. Nope. I don't do the phone. Target, please update your website. And, if something is in stock for internet purchases only, please make that clear for those of us who haven't been using the internet since we were two. Ok?

    Do not buy BOBs goof proof insurance. Just hope others do not experience what I have had to experience. Guardian and Tri-County Furniture Service (TCFS) has been, by far, the worst experience I've had with a furniture repair company and this is who Bobs swears is a reputable insurance company with their good proof insurance they offer. From the beginning, the insurance company attempted to have me act as the technician by requiring a video appointment and asking me to move and lift the furniture myself. When I insisted on having an actual technician come out, it took 2-4 weeks just to schedule a visit. After finally being seen, I was told the item was repairable, only to later be informed that the necessary part was no longer available. They offered some low ball amount to take back to bobs to spend more money and get new furniture (for the record this is my families 4th time going through this process) I then had to go through multiple steps on my own just to secure the part, and even after that, I had to call myself to schedule another appointment for installation. The next available appointment was another four weeks out. To make matters worse, the appointment was canceled the day before and pushed back an additional two weeks. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was told they were all unavailable. Customer service throughout this process has been extremely disappointing. One representative in particular, Laura, was especially unhelpful and lacked basic professionalism. Overall, this company demonstrates a complete lack of organization, accountability, and customer care. I strongly recommend going with a more reputable company to avoid the frustration and wasted time I experienced

We called and we did get a very friendly girl who helped us and replaced the parts! However the parts came in the day after my husband left for deployment so I just left the pieces in the box for a couple months! After putting the new doors on, one of the doors after a week split up the side and would no longer stay on, mind you the my are pre drilled holes! I sent an email explaining what happened! After getting the run around and then telling me they would replace it, they came back and told me since I already got replacement parts I couldn't get anymore! I sent and email telling them that was not right that they sent me an item damaged and then obviously sent me a defective door! The girl that was emailing ghosted me and would not communicate anymore! VERY DISSATISFIED AND WILL NOT BUY AGAIN FROM THEM!!

HE said it will be there in one hour. So we went home and waited. The guy who delivered was nice and friendly and even offered to set it up for me. I said no thats ok I can do it..he said ok..I signed for it and he brought it in..THATS WHEN I NOTICED..THERE IS NO CUSHION MATTRESS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE MATTRESS...you are suppose to flip your mattress every 3-6 months to keep it in good shape..well I cant! This does not have ANY mattress CUSHION on the flip side..its just a piece of material covering springs...now in the shop you would not notice this Unless you FLIP the mattress over in the store and they do not allow you to do that in the store..so NOW I have a mattress thats only a ONE SIDED mattress....and when I try to call the store...no one answers....I was DUPED!!!!!!!

    We just had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at Mor Furniture for Less in El…read moreCajon. We bought a new bedframe but realized it was too big. It made our bed so high that my pregnant wife had a difficult time getting in and out of bed and our senior dog had no chance of getting up or down. Since the delivery drivers were quick to leave we couldn't have them take it back same day. So we went back the next day to look for a more reasonable frame and ended up getting a new mattress as well. Dario Camacho, the one who sold us these items, said that in two weeks the mattress would be delivered and they would take away the old mattress as well as the frame we were returning. The new frame was going to take longer but we were willing to just put the new mattress on the ground just so we could be safe and comfortable. We didn't want to have to put up with this frame a single day more than we had to When the day finally came for them to deliver the old mattress, they did not have a work order to take the frame. Nor would they take the old mattress because it was not wrapped in plastic. We were never told it had to be wrapped in plastic. I showed the drivers the texts from Dario that said the frame and bed were supposed to be picked up today. They got on the phone with dispatch and said they did not see an order to take the old frame and they did not even have room for it to take back. I recently suffered a back injury that put me out of work for a week. They said they wouldn't help me move the mattress so either I could move my old mattress through the house myself and they could put the new mattress in the room or they could leave the new mattress in the living room giving me 2 mattresses to move by myself. They said if I didn't like either of those that they would mark down that I refused to accept the new mattress. They weren't willing to be patient while we tried to contact the store to sort it out. So I ended up dragging the heavy old mattress out of the house by myself. My wife contacted Dario saying we weren't going to wait another two weeks for them to pick up the frame. He needed to correct his mistake and get that thing gone. He had no solution and was chuckling when my pregnant wife got emotional. Is that how GM Brian G. runs that store? Is this how the Regional Sales Manager Chris Szpyrka runs his region of stores? Is this how Mor Furniture is run these days? Customers have to run to social media just get treated right and have their promises fulfilled?

    We came in just to look at bed frames and genuinely fell in love with one! They didn't have it…read moreavailable but they knew I really liked it so they offered the floor one at a discounted rate. I was able to add two bamboo side tables that I was originally eyeing and due to the discount was able to add them. They do offer financing through progressive and that was a plus! Everyone was friendly but what I enjoyed most was they allowed us to look around on our own and I never felt the pressure of someone trying to sell me something. The service department has texted from multiple numbers asking the same thing -to send pics. We have, they finally scheduled a delivery after 22 days from inquiring to replace the portion of the couch that is broken and the first delivery- they were so late that we had to go to sleep to make work on time- now right now is the rescheduled time and it's 2 hours past when they gave the window to be here. Over 3k for the couch and we are fed up! We will never buy from Jerome's again! We have dogs so we replace our couch every 3-4 years. Not even 6 months of use and motors are broken and getting it fixed has been hell! They lost a returning customer for sure! Do better
