The location was easy to find and had a very large parking lot. The store layout was pretty standard so I was able to locate the items that I wanted. I found the aisles were kept clean, stocked, and well organized. Since I only had a few items, I was able to quickly use one of the self checkout kiosks to pay for my items before I was on my way. The prices weren't the lowest, but they were still pretty decent.

Every time I…read morehave been to that store recently (I'm from out of town but visit my mother frequently), I have experienced Kara. She should be teaching a master class on customer service. I'm a gen xer & remember decent customer service from yesteryear that seems like a thing of the past, but she has surpassed anything I have experienced. As soon as we walked in the door, she was passing by in the midst of her work and greeted us, and then asked if we needed help finding anything in particular. Every time I saw her in the store, she was so busy helping others or working with inventory when she wasn't tending to customers. She seemed to be aware of what was happening around her at all times and so attentive. I was very impressed with her, thinking she's the employee of a lifetime. She seemed to put all of herself into her job. She's unlike any store employee I've ever encountered and as I stated, really made an impression on me. Then I asked her if they have fabric because my store up North has a small selection. She said they don't currently have fabric but went above & beyond by letting me know which nearby stores would carry fabric. I felt like the 1939 Miracle on 34th Street movie when Santa referred a customer to Gimbals when Macy's didn't have what she was looking for. The next time I went there was for a curbside pickup order. I was expecting the usual lengthy wait and me having to call the store. She came out with my order like a minute later and again left me feeling that she was so engaging and professional. I had to check her name tag to leave a review. I'm the sort who isn't motivated to leave a review unless I have an exceptionally good or bad experience and Kara is without doubt the best in customer service experience I've ever had. She is hard working and helpful and in a league of her own. My usual Michaels experience is not being acknowledged by employees until I get to the checkout and get the impression I am imposing if I have to ask a question, so Kara truly stands out as exceptional. Her people skills and work ethic make me think that she would put all of herself into any job and be good at it and that if I were ever starting a business, I would want to hire her because she's a huge asset. She makes a huge difference there.

I selected another wavy American flag and when I went to check out which showed the price was $4.00 plus tax for a small iron on patch. That was irritating. I just threw the patch on the counter and walked out. I've shopped at Michael's many times and never been this frustrated.

I do like the variety of crafts and materials and tools available at a single store and not needing to drive around town looking for things in different stores. I have always received good customer service. Some even above and beyond. The only thing I did notice is that for a Saturday afternoon the lines were pretty long. Which I understand since they are closed Sundays. Not sure if they need to open more cashiers to help customers get out the door. But I'm usually not in a hurry when I visit so it hasn't really bothered me. I recommend you stop by for your hobby needs. Chances are you will find it and will get good customer service.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Ely, who was genuinely kind and welcoming. I've been to locations where they hand you a bag before even saying hello, but that wasn't the case here. Ely took her time asking what I was looking for, and when I explained, she not only introduced me to the newest scents but also included my sons by showing them some of the men's options. I really appreciated how she explained the current promotions in a way that made it easy for all of us to benefit. I also had a reward to use and picked up a Brazil travel-size spray mist--such a good choice! While they didn't have the Peach Blossom in a gift set just yet (I'm still holding out until closer to May 10 ), the visit still gave me great ideas not just for myself, but for my mom too. I love that that Bath & Body Works stores have fragrances, lotions, car fresheners, skin oils, candles, linen fresheners etc. Another standout was Susie, the store manager, who was just as sweet and helpful. Neither Ely nor Susie made me feel pressured to buy anything that day. In fact, they even took the time to show me how to navigate the app so I could have my mom's gift shipped to a location near her--now that's customer service! I'll definitely be back in a couple of weeks to check out new arrivals and hopefully grab that Peach Blossom set. If you're looking for a one-stop welp here you go!!! Come on by and you can thank me later

They've got everything balloons, gift bags, wrapping paper, decorations, candles, paper plates, cups, utensils all in one place and super cheap. You can literally put together a whole birthday setup for like 25-30 bucks and it still looks good, which is kinda crazy compared to what you'd spend anywhere else. I come in thinking I'm just grabbing cleaning supplies or dog stuff because yeah they have all that to , and somehow I always end up checking out the party section because it's just too good. If you've got kids or you're hosting anything at all, this place saves you big time without sacrificing the vibe. Customer service is as good as it can get, but there's always a line so come expecting that and then your trip will be five stars for sure. #PartyOnABudget #DollarStoreFinds #PartySuppliesWin #BalloonDeals #CelebrateForLess
