The place I had been going to for years usually takes about 1-2 weeks to get me my prescription lenses, so I asked ChatGPT for places that could do them faster. This shop came up, so I went in person to ask about pricing and how long it would take. The person running the shop took the time to explain all my options and was very patient and respectful throughout the process. He was able to get my prescription transition lenses for my new Meta glasses within 2-3 days, which was much faster than what I was used to. When I first received the glasses, I noticed the lenses had small scratches or some sort of smudge. I brought it up, and without any hassle, he kindly ordered me a new pair of lenses at no extra charge. The replacement lenses were ready within just 2 days, and this time everything looked great. He even let me keep the first lenses he ordered along with an extra glasses frame. Overall, I had a great experience here, mainly because of the excellent customer service and how professionally they handled the situation. They also get the job done quickly. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I need new lenses again. read more

I had such a great experience i went in thinking I needed to replace my glasses frame because my optometrist told me it couldn't be fixed. Aevan took one look at it and had it repaired in less than 2 minutes! Not only did he fix my glasses, but he also polished them, gave me lens cleaner, and didn't charge me a penny. It's rare to find that level of honesty, kindness, and customer service these days. Thank you, Aevan, for going above and beyond--I highly recommend this store! read more

I looked online for a local business that repaired eyeglasses. The owner was very patient and took care of my immediate issue. I was quite impressed with the large inventory of popular eyeglass frames to choose from and given his business acumen will definitely go back. read more

Our glasses are always made so quickly and easily! Very friendly and good business. We love getting our glasses made here!

Yesterday I crushed my glasses by accidentally leaning on them. Temples, both flattened and one of the oval's that hold my lens was tweaked, where the lens popped out. I took them to Price where he said he could fix them or at the very least, replace the frame. Not only did he fix them, but he didn't charge me a thing. I also found out that he has a huge supply of glasses and sells them for typically $200 less than any other place. And he also does a lot of same day as he has a lab in the back. I highly recommend this store both for repairs and for new glasses. What a great guy. read more

They fixed my glasses in less than 5 minutes at no charge. I wanted to give them some business so I asked for something to clean my glasses and they gave me a free cleaning cloth. Finally I purchased a cleaning kit at a very reasonable price. I was treated very well, my glasses fit better than ever and I will recommend this business to all my friends. They seem to have a huge inventory and can do repairs while you wait! They truly deserve all the 5 star reviews! read more

Amazing customer service and honest speedy repair. I have dropped my Samsung Galaxy 23S Ultra numerous times and the screen didn't break but it began to have issues staying powered on. Throughout the day my phone would randomly power off and the only way to turn it back on was to hold the power button and volume button. Unfortunately it continued to turn off so I contacted Prince Optical Wireless. Aeven was so very helpful. He suggested ordering a new battery and said it would cost $120 including repair. If it wasn't a battery replacement issue he would deduct $60 and if he couldn't fix it, it would be free of charge. Luckily he was able to troubleshoot the issue and fix my phone and he ended up only charging me around $80 or so. I appreciate his honesty and kindness. I will definitely go back if I ever have issues with my phone again and would recommend to friends and family. read more

They sold me an extremely cheap glass for my iPhone which I had to replace within a month. Noticed immediately, something was wrong. Tech who installed new glass told me. This place is a SCAM! read more

I broke my glasses. I went to Prince Optical and was told they couldn't be fixed but he could put my lens in a new frame. We picked a frame and he literally popped in my old lenses into the new frame. Entire process took about three minutes and cost $65 for the new frames. I had already bought a new pair of backup glasses from Costco but next year I will buy from Prince. It was incredible how quickly this process was- and for such a low price. read more

Prince Optical and Wireless was amazing! I called to ask how much it would cost to replace my charging port on my phone. I haven't been able to charge it (except with a wireless charger) for months. The gentleman who worked there quoted me a very reasonable price so I came in to have the port replaced. When I got there, Aeven (store owner) thought it might just be a dirty charging port. So he cleaned it for me and got my phone charging within 10 minutes. He didn't even charge me anything! Such a nice guy! I highly recommend this business and I will be returning in the future for any repair needs, and referring friends to this store. Good, honest people! Thanks! read more

Really guys ? I walked in here at 4:00pm, maybe 7 other people were also in here, I'm already waiting for an hour to get fixed my glasses. I talked to the guy at a counter, and he said "can you wait, I'll see if another customer have a quick question" now I'm waiting another 20min while he's fixing her IPad!!' Really ??? I feel like they'll serve 10 other people before they'll actually fix my glasses which will take them just 10min! Horrible customer service! If you don't wanna waste your time for a 10min service I'd highly recommend you to choose ANOTHER place! read more

My mom and I walked in and we were greeted with smiles and a positive attitude. We initially went in to repair my glasses frame their was no fixing them Aeven took his time to show me other frames to easily switch out the lenses and was very patient with me because I was very picky. I couldn't find a pair I liked so, he offered to just replace the sides of my frame where it was broken. Which I was so happy about because I love my frames. I'm so thankful I went to Prince Wireless and Optical. Well be coming back for all my Optical needs. They are like no other store. Thank you so much! read more

I am usually not the one that writes negative reviews but this business and the business owner deserved it.... I came here to get my grandmas glasses repaired I was second in line and waited for an hour for him to get to me to sell me a pair of glasses. Total time to find and give me the glasses 2 minutes. Constantly kept taking other clients that paid him more money. At the end I tried to explain that it was unacceptable and what he said was "it's okay". I will not be recommending them to anyone and will not be going here ever again. read more

@pavlo. D First of all, the person working there helped you guys in a timely manner, I was there to witness myself given that i'm the person in the picture. He helped you guys first before he got to us. Second, I never gave you permission to take a picture of me inside the store. I would appreciate it if you take down my picture and and stop spreading fake statements about the people working there. They were very nice and understanding. The fact that you got served first, yet complained about it as well shows how selfish you are. The world doesn't revolve around you. Grow up. And also, please take down my picture. Thank you. read more

I have been searching for a local place that was willing to add nose pads with the arms to my designer plastic frames so that they don't sit on my cheeks because I have a very low nose bridge. The previous yelp reviews helped me take a chance to drop by and ask if they offer this service. The customer service from the staff was wonderful. I left two pairs of my designer sunglasses and got the callback for pickup just a few hours later!! Aeven does honest work and exceeded my expectations. If you have glasses that rest on your cheeks this a great solution and Aeven can get it done same day! I can finally start enjoying these sunnies. Thank you Prince Optical. read more
