Fraud fraud fraud, please be aware of this location and the thieves that are working for this company including the management, they all are in it together. I went and purchased a phone couple weeks ago. Everything was good until I received the bill. I was told that I purchased two watches also which I never purchased. I get to this location and the same guy that helped me out the first time that I got the phone from was extremely shocked that I was in there and I found out that he purchased two watches under my account after talking to management, they offer me a $20 store credit For this nonsense. Please be aware these people will steal your identity and get stuff under your name. What shock me the most was the fact that management found that out that I never made those purchases and that it was his employed and offered me $20 store credit which blows my mind.. imagine how many people they're doing this to that are not aware of it. read more

Avoid going to this location if you don't want to be scammed. On December, I went to this location and spoke to the employee named Lee To my iPhone for a new iPhone 15 Pro Max and he told me I would receive $850 from my current phone towards the new iPhone for $15 per month. I then asked him how much it would cost if I also got an Apple Watch Ultra 2 and he told me it would be 50% off. I was told I would be paying $30 monthly for a new iPhone 15 Pro Max and the Apple Watch. I then inquired about a second Apple Watch Ultra 2 and he said if I get a second Apple Watch, it would be even mor discounted because I would be stacking the discount leaving the second Apple Watch to be $10 a month. At the end of all of this I was told I would be paying no more than $40 a month. when I got my first bill, I saw that it had raised by over $100. I then went back to the store and spoke to Lee and told him why my bill was so high and he told me that T-Mobile hadn't received my trade-in yet and I had to wait three billing cycles for it to be reflected. So I waited three months and on April, I went back to the store and was told that Lee had gotten fired due to fraud and scamming not just me, but a lot of other customers for the same type of promotions. I spoke to another employee and she Let her supervisor know and the supervisor told me that I would receive a call from The Director manager in one week. I waited two weeks and I didn't receive a call so I went in today to speak with the manager, and the manager told me that she didn't know anything and she couldn't help me at all and did believe me, even though there were clearly other situations, similar to mine, which led up to the employee named Lee getting fired. All the other employees were surprised by the manager not wanting to help me either because they all knew what happened. Don't go to this store. I will file a complaint to customer service and T-Mobile headquarters. If you were scammed also I recommend filing a complaint as well. read more

The person who was supposed to help me out cared too much about making a commission rather than having a good experience. They didn't want to tell me that my phone wasn't insured and almost charged me for a whole new phone without telling me. They overrode the account authorization and signed for their manager because they were so eager to make a sale. Luckily, my dad called and told me to double check that or I would've purchased something without knowing I was about to pay full price. They also didn't swap out my screen which I have coverage for. He refused to help me after I was no longer purchasing a phone. The whole experience honestly made me cry because I wasted a lot of time trying to find a solution to purchasing a phone since mine is broken. read more

I pay my bill in the store and every time I go in the store there are always long lines and angry customers don't know what they are doing or whatever the reason may be but something needs to be done for a more efficient and an effective customer service promptly. Then the agent has to set up a new phone and that takes forever as well. I asked the agents why they don't put kiosk machine in for us customers that just want to go In and pay out bill and leave and he said "T-Mobile wants them to have a personal relationship with the customers". Was lied to bye there employees two days in a row. The first day I was promised a free sim card bye there employee Larsa . Came in the next day to redeem the offer she made me but the manager Levai basically called me a liar and said none of the employees in the store would say that. Conveniently she was not working that day. I did not mind paying for the card but I don't appreciate being lied to then being called a liar by the manager who refused to acknowledge that his employee may have given me wrong information or offering any apologies. This is the worst T Mobile location ever and the owners franchise should be revoked! Also The manager needs to be fired because he knows nothing about customer service! Acted like he could care less the I have Spoken with Saul Rodriguez who is the district sales manager for this location and he gave me an apology and refunded the price of the sim card and said the store manager should have just given me the sim card for free or at least for the $21.00 the other employee quoted me. Saul has made the store manager aware of his mistake and how mad he made me for no good reason. It would be nice to receive an apology from the store manager but have not yet. Lily helped me, hooked another phone up, transferred everything, sold me a obdii to figure out what's up with my car and showed me how to sign in the app she installed. The staff here is horrible. There was a short line that didn't take too long, but as soon as it was my turn the rep made eye contact so I walked towards the counter but then she walked to the other rep and started making conversation. She could have said "one moment please" or just given me a hand rather than ignoring me. Then when I actually got to the counter I got no greeting so I just started talking. Her phone started to ring as I was trying to explain my problem. SHE JUST LET IT RING. Seriously put it on vibrate or just swipe ignore because you clearly excel at ignoring people. You're with a customer for goodness sake! She fixed the first issue (one of my lines needed to be restored) but didn't explain why it didn't work in the first place. Then she was absolutely no help when it came to my second problem- I'm not receiving text messages. All I got was "you need to call customer service" and she didn't even look at my phone to see if there was anything she could do to fix the problem. The whole time I was there she was engaged in office gossip rather than actually trying to help me. BY THE WAY. TO THE PERSON WHO SENT THEIR REPLACEMENT PHONE TO THE STORE AND TRIED TO PICK IT UP THIS MORNING. THEY LIED. THE STORE DID RECEIVE IT THEY JUST DIDN'T RELEASE IT TO YOU. Bad customer service. From the manager who is in charge to Lara and the guys working that only stand around when its obvious customer need help. Firstly,They do not want to put on a screen protector on my new note9 when purchased "BECAUSE ITS NOT THEIR JOB TOO" which I understand thats fine I can do it no biggie....but then, why hold on to my phone for 20 minutes asking all your coworkers to put on the screen protector to my phone? And when I ask you for my phone and sp I get that snarky comment. Secondly they offer accessories (specifictly screen protector) with "life warranty" and continuously promise "LIFE WARRANTY" as long as you have ur original recipe to prove ur warranty. Fast forward to a month .... I show up to the store same person I show them my recipe they give me a new sp. Two months later I come again, with recipe SAME STORE SAME PERSON now she is telling I Do NOT have life warranty and that the person who gave me a screen protector before was doing their job wrong.... I called customer service, effectively I DO HAVE LIFE WARANTY If YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A HEADACHE AND LIES GO TO THIS TMOBILE otherwise dont go here. The manager is setting a bad example to her employees. Tmobile is about customer service and this store does not have that trait unfortunately. I will now take my business elsewhere. I have been here a bit to pay my bills. Every time, except the last time the service has been terrible. Firstly, they don't seem to acknowledge that a costumer is in the store and kinda ignore you till you are ready to do whatever it is you came to do (but also when one of their associates comes in there is a hearty welcome), and secondly the there is usually a long wait. The last time, however was different. The wait time was relatively low, and the associate assisting me was helpful. My son's old iPhone stopped working. It had a cracked screen, no home button and it was a huge mess. Finally last night it just died. We went into the TMOBILE store on north 2nd in El Cajon. Our sales person was Shay. She was very personable, articulate and helpful. She was not a pushy sales person at all. She let us look around and didn't try to up sell us. We got a great deal on a new LG phone (my son is over Apple products). Plus the phone we got was 50.00 off. Good deal, quick non pressure sales and the people were actually authentic. Negative stars Asked for 2019 summer promo rebate trade. Associate signed me up for JUMP and said it was insurance. Promo code didn't work and called customer care next day. They said can't be on JUMP for promo. Went back to store next day and said JUMP doesn't qualify for rebate I wanted rebate not JUMP trade in they said customer care doesn't know what they are talking about and reissued my promo code and said this will work give us a a good rating you will get the rebate and I tried promo code and it looked good so I gave good review thinking it was fixed. Now the rebate is denied---because JUMP does not qualify. Customer care said it's T-Mobile error go to manager and ask for a credit the manager said no because I signed the JUMP doc. Beware of this store and go elsewhere for promotions if they tell you different than customer care run!!! I've been a loyal customer for years and now they cost me $300 and if it is not resolved I'll switch to Verizon or back to AT&T where they own fully their mistakes and immediately make things right! read more
