Of course they like to pretend that they are and they are an authorized reseller. Yes they have a poster that says T-mobile and they sell T-mobile service, but they have to call T-mobile customer service just like you do and can't anything for you. The really sad part is that there is a real T-mobile store in the mall right outside the entrance to the Target which I was trying to find when I got tangled up with this nightmare of a excuse for a business in the first place. Without going into details...I got slammed...I should have known better than to listen to what I was told and not read everything...I was lied to repeatedly and when I tried to calmly get some satisfaction...guess what? Only a bunch of teenagers giving me the run around. There in never anybody around with the authority to fix your problem. Ultimately, I found somebody at their corporate customer service (which took about ten phone calls) who figured out that I had been ripped off and lied to by the sales person so she tried to let me return the phone. Even then these people would not almost take it back. All this over some lousy $50 phone upgrade, can imagine what they are like when there is real money involved? Don't believe me check the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) they had over 375 open complaints about them when I filed mine...that's a lot!

Not exactly "same day service". The installation was quick, 35-40 min, and Alberto, my technician was punctual and polite. There is however a noticeable loss in saturation and contrast compared to the factory glass. I like the concept's convenience, but if I knew it would take a week and my screen was going to be 70% as vivid I would have just gone through my phone carrier's insurance. Price was $129.99. So, I checked online and found iCracked. Robert B, mobile technician was efficient, friendly and professional. Repairs were complete within minutes which included a glass screen protector. He came out to me and performed the repair on the spot. Just a few dollars more than the Apple Store, the convenience of someone coming out to you, and including a glass screen protector is more than worth it to me. I wasn't worrying about voiding the warranty, with a third party repair - as the coverage expired long ago.
