Of course they like to pretend that they are and they are an authorized reseller. Yes they have a poster that says T-mobile and they sell T-mobile service, but they have to call T-mobile customer service just like you do and can't anything for you. The really sad part is that there is a real T-mobile store in the mall right outside the entrance to the Target which I was trying to find when I got tangled up with this nightmare of a excuse for a business in the first place. Without going into details...I got slammed...I should have known better than to listen to what I was told and not read everything...I was lied to repeatedly and when I tried to calmly get some satisfaction...guess what? Only a bunch of teenagers giving me the run around. There in never anybody around with the authority to fix your problem. Ultimately, I found somebody at their corporate customer service (which took about ten phone calls) who figured out that I had been ripped off and lied to by the sales person so she tried to let me return the phone. Even then these people would not almost take it back. All this over some lousy $50 phone upgrade, can imagine what they are like when there is real money involved? Don't believe me check the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) they had over 375 open complaints about them when I filed mine...that's a lot!

There is however a noticeable loss in saturation and contrast compared to the factory glass. I like the concept's convenience, but if I knew it would take a week and my screen was going to be 70% as vivid I would have just gone through my phone carrier's insurance. Price was $129.99. HORRIBLE. Dropped off my laptop to get a battery replaced and any back end maintenance done…read more 1. Gave my password 2x to the store manager. 2. An email ticket item was created and a text notification saying I would be emailed or texted when my computer was ready. 3. Was called 3 days later asking for my password again. 4. Was left a voicemail and not notified via email or text that it was ready for pick up (I did not check the voicemail for 2-3 days thinking it was spam). Had been waiting for the email or text to confirm it was ready like they said, it never happened. 5. Picked it up (they had a hard time finding my charging cable. glad I labeled it with permanent marker) and I noticed the computer would not turn on. Red flags went off and I asked, "Are you sure you fixed it?" Reply by manager, "Yes, it's just been sitting for awhile and needs to charge." 6. Got home, let it charge for 1-2 hours, it failed the exact same as to why I had it looked at. 7. Went back to the store, they gave me my original faulty battery back and said they would order another battery. 8. 8 days passed, did not hear a word. Called them, they won't even refund the diagnostic test that had my computer running the exact same. DO NOT GO HERE.

Walked in 9 days later, I was greeted by Andres. He was very welcoming, pleasant, informative, professional and very helpful. He was able to locate my new phone in the back. I called the service to get my vehicle repaired. I needed someone to arrive after I returned home…read morefrom work. My vehicle had a simple problem that prevented it fron running (a bad throttle position sensor). At about 4:30, two people arrived in their personal vehicle and examined my vehicle. A diagnosis was made quickly. They removed the bad part in ten minutes, and then left to obtain the replacement part. They returned about twenty minutes later and installed the new part. The vehicle was then tested to my satisfaction. When I called, the person who answered said that it would be $50 for the call and diagnosis, and that the mechanic would take a credit card. After the work was completed, I was charged $75 for the call, $75 labor, and $180 for the part. Furthermore, the mechanics told me they could not accept a credit card. Only cash or check. So I had to write a check for their services. The service was excellent. I do complain about the inability of the mechanics to accept a credit card. That is a huge negative in my book, and the main reason I cannot give five stars on this review. Not everyone has cash or can write a check. Customers need to be aware of this issue.
