USPS is always packed so I went here to try and ship some documents. I needed my package to get there by next business day. The lady at the front said it would be 2-3 business days (no next day on Saturdays) I have her the address and she said it would be 39.99!! I went to USPS which is literally 3 minutes from here and they shipped next business day for 6.09. Yes. 6 dollars. I told the postal worker and she said "that's horrible they just bring it here anyways" SAVE YOUR MONEY GO TO USPS. Also she made 3 photo copies for me and it was 50 cents. BUT it's a 5.00 minimum for credit/debit cards. I had to buy some stupid candle. stay away. read more

PRICES ARE INSANE!!!! Horrible price surge like INSANE price increase. First package yea was a bigger package but $120 to ship? Okay I get it larger package more room blah blah blah... second package was in a small flat rate box $28 dollars to send it! What????? Friendly owners here. Always kind when I drop of my prepaid USPS packages. Have a good amount of shipping supplies for all the different carriers. One time I came 15 minutes after closing and they still let me in to drop off a package... and that is what I call amazing customer service. read more

Woman working there (owner?) was high on herself. She was kind to one woman, a repeat customer, but made everyone wait while they chatted for over 10 min & prioritized her costly shipment. She also didn't explain the higher cost of flat rate through PostalAnnex to one man, trying to charge him an extra $4-5 for a flat rate envelope. When he figured it out (& said he'd go to the post office) she was so rude & said 'then go'...not quality service. I had my baby with me & she waisted my time over a notarization trying to make it difficult because my maiden name was on the paperwork & it 'didn't match my ID' ... but you could tell she just didn't want to take the time to do the work. (Probably concerned with making $ ripping people off for shipping). She actually had the nerve to TELL me to call the lawyer I was working with to ask them if they'd accept an edit... then proceeded to serve an entire line of people in no particular order which pissed everyone off. After my baby got fussy & almost started crying she changed her tune & proceeded to tell me about how her granddaughter contracted some contagious disease from daycare and cried for two days. Awkward. You can tell it's been a long time since she's had to answer to anyone for her weird behavior. Overall, don't waste your time like I did... Never will return. Went in for notary services. Woman was not helpful and rude. Would not accept a court order with proof of my name change and was insisting on an old ID with my previous name. Went to my bank where they said it was no problem and did not charge me for there services. read more

The young lady was rude when taking in my package. I asked to have it shipped as 3 day priority but what carrier would be the least expensive. I was told i could have my package there on Monday when i was sending it out Saturday via UPS. I left with my tracking number and when the package did not arrive monday went to track it and realized she had set up delivery for the following monday, a week later than requested. My fault for not paying closer attention to the receipt but in speaking with a UPS supervisor, I had told her what I payed including insurance, and that was considered 3 day priority which would have gotten it to my destination Wednesday, just wasnt sent that way!!!!! read more
