Wife had a windshield claim that went smooth. So far so good, Always get amazing support from this office! Ok, so I have all my auto policy's, home, and anything else you can image with Ronn. Ive Happy with his agency and his services for the last 15 years. Only files some small claims (windshield) but he always watches them to make sure they are going smoothly. This is honestly one of the worst drop-off locations I've ever used. Their QR code scanner is…read moreconstantly broken, even though QR code drop-offs are supposed to be a free service. When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I don't understand why customers are being charged for a service that is normally free, especially when the issue is that the store's equipment isn't working. If there was going to be a charge, that should have been clearly communicated before printing the label. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.
