He very rudely told me to get out of his store and to never come back!! Then he proceeded to clap his hands when I said that you can bet that I will never come back to that shop ever again. I am 73 years old and I have never been treated so rudely by anyone. I still do not know if he canceled my account. The young man worked there around 11:30 am on the 16th. When I called to talk to the owner, he would not put me through to the owner. I wonder if this is the way Metro treats people who cancel their accounts.

The representative was able to call the customer service line for me and was able to resolve my account questions and issues. I like T-Mobile but think there is room for growth on their phone customer service end, what could have been resolved on the phone without hassle and as handled in store. They have great phone selections and phone plans. Like everything else, the service of both phone and internet is getting steep in price but I have had no phone issues as of yet to change. There is definitely room for growth.
