I asked if I could see the phone without the guard on it ( you can't even pick it up or see how big or thin it is, I wanted to compare it with my current phone.) he said "No". I asked if it had a stylus (because I want one) he said yes and showed me where it was. I started to pull it out to see it and he said "Don't do that" rudely, and said "it's for display only". I told him I was going to buy one. He was very rude. so I walked out, laughing at how bad he was as an employee or "salesman". You'd think I would be more valued at a store as a customer, especially for a $1300 top of the line phone. Wont be back. Buying my phone today elsewhere and switching my cell plan from Spectrum. good riddance.
