    All I needed was some equipment for my recent move. The representative who assisted me was Justin and at first everything seemed to be going fine. However, after declining Justin's sales pitch to combine internet and mobile services, Justin became clearly irritated and disrespectful. I kept insisting I only wanted the equipment I came in for but he kept asking questions about my current provider. He wouldn't move forward with getting the equipment until I answered his questions. Talk about an uncomfortable experience. It was like he was trying to bully information out of me. It was difficult working with him and after he finally gave me my equipment he continued to ask about my current provider! When I asked to work with someone else he said, "You're all done here, you can leave!" What a completely horrible first impression working with this Cox store. Store was clean but the equipment I received wasn't.

    My advise is just stay away. Theres nothing they do right billing customer service or equipment.

    Hi, I've been a paying cox customer for the last 2 years at my home. I have paid to have 1000 GBPS…read morespeeds and have never seen over 600. Isn't that called false advertisement? Charging someone for something and never receiving what was advertised and paid for... More importantly, I received my monthly bill in the mail yesterday showing my monthly internet charges have changed with a 50% increase per month added to my bill! I spent 1 hour on the phone yesterday with an incompetent representative who was trying to sell me a cell phone plan when all I was calling for was to understand why the HUGE increase and how they are going to rectify it... No resolution there and then I was promised I would get a return phone call from a manager - That was a lie, I did not receive a return phone call. I called again this morning to re-explain my situation, I get put on hold again and transferred to a new representative only to explain again my situation after being transferred to a "supervisor." the supervisor put me on hold for 20 mins and then disconnected the phone line! WHAT A JOKE AND HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME, YOU LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE AND WILL BE SURE TO SHARE THIS EXPERIENCE WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY So I called back AGAIN, demanded I speak to a high level representative that isn't going to try and upsell me on anything rather just explain the why and rectify my situation as I never agreed to any changes or upcharges for the equipment and services I use. As a CA resident I have every right to either accept or deny ANY changes to billing. I was able to get supervisor Jessica employee# 37449 on the line who stated she is the highest level of management I can talk to. She was unable and unwilling to help with my billing, stating she could not do anything. I never agreed to a 50% rate increase nor was it presented to me before COX cable decided they were going to tack it on to my bill. The only offer manager Jessica had was to slow my internet speeds down and go to a cheaper plan. Unacceptable, my internet speeds have NEVER been close to what I have been paying for, other providers offer the same speed and services for the same price I have been paying Cox. I will not be paying any additional charges above and beyond what I have been paying Cox as I never was presented with the charges and never agreed to them. I am switching providers and letting Cox Cable know if I am billed for ANYTHING in excess of what I was paying I will be filing a fraudulent charge back through my CC company and serving Cox cable in small claims court.

They gave me an excellent deal that I couldn't pass by and for all the channels that I got, I thought that it was a bargain what I'm paying for it now. The picture is clear. Comes quickly and the remote control it's easy and fun to play with. Joseph was so kind and nice to me and offered to help me to go through with all the information process if I'll not understand exactly how to do it. He was patience and very helpful and gave me great support to have better knowledge of the program that I still have to learn a little more. Philip, the installer was nice, kind and very informative & showed me exactly how to do any thing that I've asked him on the spot. I couldn't be more happy and thankful to this wonderful people that gave me such a great deal that saved me over $50 a month for all that extra channels that I'm so much enjoying from and the kindness and support that I still have from this company and their wonderful people, is priceless to me! I'll be happy to stay with direct t.v. As long as they'll let me because of all that generosity, service & lots of savings that they offered me & still honored that. You guys are the BEST! On multiple occasions he's called me from random #'s asking me to Zelle him some cash because he can't afford to get his phone fixed, so that's why when my phone charging port failed I knew exactly where to go. I've been on Android & Samsung for 13 years never having had an issue other than loss. So when my S24 Ultra USB-C Port got loose I was thinking of just upgrading, but having lost some key features when they released the S25 Ultra I decided to repair. Phone was at 15% and was taking 3 hrs to charge via wireless and I needed my phone for work the next day (4PM thursday). I called ahead and they said $125 without knowing what model/brand. Showed up and James quoted hour and a half which was perfect as they closed at 7 and had the port in stock. They can sure fix the easy stuff, but when I asked about cases and accessories they pretty much only carry Iphone and the latest models from other brands S24 Ultra is a flagship phone. Service was great, but my screen protector was bubbled from when they removed the glass. Not a big deal, but I wish they had my brand/model for a replacement. While i was browsing I heard James interacting with another customer which gave me pause as he didn't seem to have any sympathy for them wanting to save an old phone which had pictures that were priceless to them. Loss of a star for that. Haven't had any issues since and I'll likely return if I ever have need for repair not through my insurance.

James told sorry and to please come back Saturday for a brand new one Today I came back for a new one and waited another hour come to find out it has the same problem I took time off work three different times The bigger guy working there has a very bad attitude and I seen him refuse to help people and they walked out of the store James same bad attitude I wouldn't hire you as a bagger in Vons bro lose ur female attitude. The owner is a very nice person but as soon as he leaves those guys act like they don't want to be there. And how can you hire a tech that can't fix a camera ? What is he there for exactly ?
