Once all the phones were working, his team proceeded to crawl into spaces in the basement and attic to route wiring throughout the home, which was a difficult and dirty task on a hot day. They successfully installed a router and multiple access points and drops and made adjusts as needed based on signal strength and reliability. I was helped by Ryan and David, both were super friendly and helpful. But to get the "up to $750 refund" they only accepted a trade-in of an iPhone 6 or higher. Total bummer because we have a 5s. So I couldn't get the refund deal. :(

Luke at the Costco T-Mobile booth is very helpful…read more We had what I thought would have been a tough transfer simplified with Luke's help- and we are much better off. We live in Oside and switching to T-Mobile home internet from Cox was the right move for us- we went from 70mbps WiFi to over 300mbps, and also have a Mesh WiFi so I can get way better coverage distribution in the house. Also T-mobile has this pass point WiFi that lets me hve service in places I used to not before- like the basement at the hospital I work in. Luke was kind enough to help my wife's phone get paid off- to oversee the switching of two phone carriers- ATT and Mint mobile, and also getting us poised for trade ins and the incentives Costco gives for switching. The amount of freebies, credits and rebates is surprising. And the home WiFi with T-Mobile is way better than Cox was. Thanks Luke for having a visit to the phone company be an easy one!
