Daniela helped me and she was really nice. I asked her when she was going to get the privacy screen in stock... I explained to her this is my third time walking in. She communicated that she was uninformed when they would get them in, or if they will, because of the new iPhone launch/pre-order. So their store is currently busy with pre-orders for the new iPhone. -She doesn't know when they're gonna get them in -She can't refer me to another store to let me know if they have them in stock -They can order it for me, have it shipped to my home, then I can come in the store and have them apply it on my phone. This is the only solution. I asked if she was able to do that for me , she said yes. There is about six or seven people in front of me just for her to put in an order for my privacy shield. It would take about 40 to 45 minutes. I'll have to come back, my lunch break is only 30 mins. I must admit I'm very disappointed with T-Mobile customer service. It seems like they're making it almost impossible for customers be able to have the flexibility to just come in and out. Everything is online. Last time I made time to come in I wasted 40 mins just for them to realize they didn't have it in stock. It's always a one hour wait for a five minute job.

I live close by and have been to this store a few times over the years. Usually just to do a simple…read moreupgrade on a phone or drop off an old phone. On each occasion over the years I have always been helped by a brand new employee. It's very frustrating as I simply want to get my new phone and get out of there. Instead I have to sit and wait while the employee asks the manager questions every step of the way. What should take a few minutes takes much longer as the employee is being coached through the process. Two employees helping one customer EVERY time I come in. I think the employees should 100% know how to do a phone upgrade or exchange. I don't appreciate my time being used for training purposes. I probably will avoid this store from now on. This store needs to become a corporate location. The franchised standards at this location are horrible.

He became increasingly creepy as their interaction progressed. He locked the front door, and had my sister go sit in a back room. He had both of her phones (old and new). He became more and more sexual, asking her out and trapping her in an employees only room in the back. She had to fake laugh and fawn her way out of there. It was absolutely traumatizing! She had to return this Sunday to turn over her old phone and was afraid to go alone. Corporate and the police have been notified, and after all this the store manager will not call her back after multiple attempts to contact. The employees refuse to call their manager or give out her (Megan apparently) phone number. The creep IS STILL WORKING THERE! Verizon seems to be completely unconcerned for the safety of their customers. We're definitely switching carriers.

Well, I was in a second time since I got my new phone the piece of garbage called the Samsung Galaxy S 25+ . I recommend you NOT get this phone. It is known to have voice mail problems. Mine does. I can't do my own voice mail greeting, I don't get any voice mail messages and half the time the phone doesn't ring. I stopped in the first time and the manager told me Vince will help you he is good with all things Samsung. At first visit yes, Vince somehow got my voice mail working, I set up a greeting and the phone rang with all incoming calls. Fast forward about a week and a half guess what? The phone did it all over again. Called AT&T yes, I was outsourced and they guy on the phone was trying to get me a new SIM card and he never did . He said he would call me back never happened. So, I went back to the AT&T store saw Vince who said he did all the steps he could do the last time I saw him and washed his hands like pontius pilate and I walked out. This stores customer service is horrible to say the least. If you are not in the store to buy a new phone you the customer are wasting their time. Laughable to say the least. Horrible experience. Cox started raising my $60.00 a month bill for unlimited internet. Well they…read moresaid I went over my limit?? how is that "unlimited" they started charging me $10 bucks for every gig I went over a certain number of gigs. Apparently, I went 6 gigs over in 1 month so there was an additional 60 bucks, basically my bill doubled! I had done nothing different from the prior year I had service with them, that was weird. The next month they said I went 7 gigs over. So, my bill was $130. I called customer service and talked to someone in another country, clearly not named Steve but prob Sarvesh. I got nowhere with that call. Then they shut off my service after only 2 months WTF! I called again to complain and got some rando chick from the Slumdog millionaire club who was not understanding the situation. I literally told her, "Either you are AI that does not understand ROI and customer retention, or you are a really slow human!" she just stuck to the prewritten script and said I can't reverse the charges, I said yes, you CAN! but wont. So, you are willing to lose a lifelong customer for $110.00 dollars. They tried upselling me and wanted more money and I said to go F yourself are you deaf? I said Bye Felicia! In entering the store, we were greeted by Justin and immediately assisted. He spent over 1 1/2 hours assisting my 91-year-old client with a cell phone to Cox transition and other questions. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAmazing customer service! This is a forgotten art, and I give Justin the highest recommendation at the Cox Business Office location on College in Oceanside.
