    STAY AWAY! NOT AN AUTHORIZED AT&T STORE!! They are a franchise retailer called Blue Link SD. I contacted AT&T customer service to file a complaint. This store's employees are telling customers they will receive free accessories such as AirPods, Qi chargers, basically expensive items, but what this store is doing is adding these items as installment plans to a line, adding hidden charges such as early upgrade installments for varying costs, and all of these additional charges significantly increase a user's bill all while these store employees gain commissions from every transaction that they can add. This place is dirty and they know exactly what they are doing to people. Just remember that nothing is free and always check your bill. The closest actual authorized retail store is in Vista on Vista way. Stay away from this scamming location.

    Horrible customer service here , they won't help you at all and are incompetent in the simplest task even management is not willing to call the company and double check. They also said they would kick me out if I voiced my concerns to others lol

    Employee stated we had to have paid taxes up front event when ordering online...train your employees better

    This review is for AT&T in general. Not this specific store. The employees at this location are amazing The customer service for AT&T is horrible. We ordered the iPhone 15 pro and online it stated wrong address on my profile, probably because someone from AT&T changed my address when I moved but they input wrong address After 45 min on phone, they said they can't change shipping address from my order. I said why not. They said not sure and that I have to re input all my info again. I'm not in a rush and cancel order and re input my info. The system is very slow and now won't let me update because it still shows I have an iPhone 15 when I cancelled. We called online and took over an hour just to get someone to fix our order. We didn't get our order fixed after 1.5 hours over the phone. In store the sales person couldn't help either and then stated manager might be able to reverse the transaction so we can re purchase our phones. Currently my wife and my tired kid are still there fixing this. We didn't have to pay for taxes up front the first order when placed online. When placed over phone we had to pay taxes up front. The employee said "no I'm sure he had to pay up front" The pic below was a screen shot of me not paying taxes until next billing cycle. Someone please train your customer service reps on the phone... and please give your employees in store more raises. AT&T if you care to read this, after a full day of trying to order a phone someone needs to give us a credit for wasting 5-7 hours... train your staff.

    Thankfully I had water but after 3 hours, they also don't have a rest room.

    I have a friend who is very bad with phones. Throws his smart phones around like they were the old…read morebrick phones (he's too young to remember those too). On multiple occasions he's called me from random #'s asking me to Zelle him some cash because he can't afford to get his phone fixed, so that's why when my phone charging port failed I knew exactly where to go. I've been on Android & Samsung for 13 years never having had an issue other than loss. So when my S24 Ultra USB-C Port got loose I was thinking of just upgrading, but having lost some key features when they released the S25 Ultra I decided to repair. Phone was at 15% and was taking 3 hrs to charge via wireless and I needed my phone for work the next day (4PM thursday). I called ahead and they said $125 without knowing what model/brand. Showed up and James quoted hour and a half which was perfect as they closed at 7 and had the port in stock. They can sure fix the easy stuff, but when I asked about cases and accessories they pretty much only carry Iphone and the latest models from other brands S24 Ultra is a flagship phone. Service was great, but my screen protector was bubbled from when they removed the glass. Not a big deal, but I wish they had my brand/model for a replacement. While i was browsing I heard James interacting with another customer which gave me pause as he didn't seem to have any sympathy for them wanting to save an old phone which had pictures that were priceless to them. Loss of a star for that. Haven't had any issues since and I'll likely return if I ever have need for repair not through my insurance.

They decided no only clean them because they were dirty I said fine no worries u can have that Then They replaced my camera it wasn't good when I asked them why is it still that way they said we don't have a brand new one so we just cleaned it (trying to save on every part they got paid to REPLACE WITH A BRAND NEW ONE ) Went back then next day they said ok one hour I waited when they gave me the phone it still had the same problem and they told me this time they replaced it with one that's not brand new because they still waiting... James told sorry and to please come back Saturday for a brand new one Today I came back for a new one and waited another hour come to find out it has the same problem I took time off work three different times The bigger guy working there has a very bad attitude and I seen him refuse to help people and they walked out of the store James same bad attitude I wouldn't hire you as a bagger in Vons bro lose ur female attitude. The owner is a very nice person but as soon as he leaves those guys act like they don't want to be there. And how can you hire a tech that can't fix a camera ? What is he there for exactly ?
