    TL;DR The salesmen gave me deceptive, inaccurate pricing based on my public educators' discount. Because all transactions were done on an iPad with partial screens, I had to sign up without the ability to review the whole contract and terms which were not provided to me until after everything was paid for and signed via email. After the fact, they did not honor the discount nor take steps to correct this action when requested. Details: On 11/24/23, I inquired about switching from Metro to T Mobile because I wanted international access for my phones. I was assisted by Josue Carillo who sold me on the transition based on the use a data plan that works in Mexico and Europe for an approximate price of $185/month for 5 lines after my public educator discount was applied. He stated that I would have to start at full price and then call a number to register my proof of employment as a public educator. He then stated that it would take a billing cycle or two to see the discount. (Per Service Terms, this timeline places me outside of the 30-day opt-out period.) He also applied an auto-pay discount. He then upsold us to buy two Apple Watches essentially for free if we added phone lines for the watches. During this process, I was reliant on the verbal explanation of prices because all of the "paperwork" was done piecemeal on an iPad without the ability to review the full contract and terms. Against my better judgment, I signed up. I did not receive my contract until after the full transaction was complete electronically. When I called the discount line, the service representative told me that I would not qualify because I could not "stack" multiple discounts. When I explained that this was not disclosed to me by the salesperson, they did not offer me options for resolution. On 5/18/24, I physically went into the store and spoke to Sebastian Andrade and summarized the above. He stated that he would review with the manager. I was never given an opportunity to speak directly with the manager. Sebastian told me that the manager would research and email me within two weeks. This never occurred. Pics are of formal complaints with BBB and State of CA that I filed.

    Came in today just to learn that I was drastically overpaying on my phone bill (single plan at a staggering $300). I immediately met with Anthony and he was able to spot everything out and got me situated with my proper bill. Jessica also helped me out today, she was able to get me a new screen protector as well as ordered me a privacy one since no store had any of them in stock. Overall an AMAZING experience I will be ONLY coming to this location. Also Jose was a new person training and he was absolutely nice and made sure that everything was going great for me. Super amazing team, I love it here! (Been a customer for almost three years and counting on, especially now due to this store performing so well)!!!

We have a decent sized house, and the Internet wasn't working consistently to all areas for a few years. The first tech who came out, was here for at least 6 hours and could not figure out what the problem was. The second company I hired, charged me a fee to come out and take a look. He was here for about 15-20 minutes and told me I needed to upgraded my equipment and charged me $200. He said there was something unplugged, which there wasn't. After he left the Internet was still not working properly. I found Simply Wired on Yelp, and boy am I happy camper. He came out for a free consultation, sent me a quote within a few days and a list of equipment I needed to purchase (my old equipment was a few years old and I just wanted to start new anyways). After receiving all the items, Brian came out and set it all up. My 'wire closet' or whatever it's called was so messy and full of old wiring and equipment that we couldn't even close the door. Not only can we close it now, but it looks amazing. He also used some of my old equipment to help boost the signal in certain areas. After the install, I had a couple of questions, texted him and he immediately responded. Brian is professional, reasonably priced, has great communication and smart! Don't hesitate to hire him. And trust me, I was VERY specific, as I'm an IT Pro/Blogger. I'm VERY hard to please, and I was very happy with the work. I wanted my wiring closet to look like a work of art, and it does! While I connected and labeled the patch cables myself, his home run keystone runs were exceptionally tidy. I would hire him in a second for any future drops.
