But despite the dated surroundings, the workmanship is top-notch. Pricing is fair and reflects the skill involved. Not "cheap," but absolutely worth it. In November 2025, they charged $15 each to apply screen protectors to brand-new iPad Pros, and the results were flawless--far better than anything I could have done myself. If they're so confident the product is fine, then the issue has to be in how they're storing or handling these screen protectors before selling them -- because mine was defective right out of the box. They offered no real solution, no replacement, no refund -- nothing but attitude. For a business that claims to care about customers, they sure don't act like it. "No refunds" doesn't mean you can sell broken merchandise and then blame the customer.
