I attempted to return it immediately, but after waiting approximately 1.5 hours, I was told the system was down and to come back another day. On my next visit, after another lengthy wait, I was told to drive to AT&T to have the phone unlocked. AT&T informed me they could not help because the device was sold and controlled by Best Buy. I then returned to Best Buy and was told to wait 48 hours and try again. Over the course of multiple visits, my family spent well over 10 hours trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward exchange for a defective phone. The final visit alone took approximately 5 hours to complete the return, replacement, and data transfer. What is most disappointing is not that the phone was defective--manufacturing defects happen. The issue is the repeated misinformation, multiple trips, excessive wait times, and lack of ownership in resolving the problem. My wife and I have two young children, and the amount of time required to fix a problem we did not create was unreasonable. I have attempted to raise these concerns directly but have not received a meaningful response. I'm posting this review in hopes that someone from Best Buy management or customer relations will review this situation and explain how this level of customer service is acceptable.

The recommendations, his work approach / style, and project execution were flawless. The sound, picture quality, and overall viewing experience are amazing. We love just listening to music through sonos. David installed a 75" TV, two in ceiling speakers, a sonos soundbar, sonos subwoofer, connect amp, and another tv in another room. Alberto was extremely friendly in very straightforward and honest to the point that he could've sold me something bigger more expensive but he kept it reasonable understanding what it was for, my daughter's first car. He communicates well and did a bunch of extras for me for a very reasonable price. He doesn't believe in yelp ratings, so let's prove him wrong and endorse his business and let him know that yelp sent them as well as me I wanna show this guy some love from Yelpers because he deserves it. Great price, great attitude, great service, great communication.

What?! I said that was the most expensive quote I have gotten and dude hung up on me. You can literally go anywhere else like sd card audio or Best Buy and get your speakers installed for less than half that price. Good luck out there ya'll, it's rough.
