What can I say? Verizon was giant waste of time- walked in, explained the issue with my phone and they had me wait over an hour only to tell me that they don't work on repairs onsite. They sent me to Asurion; everything about it was amazing. Aaron was super helpful in assisting me getting a replacement phone and then when that came in the following week he helped me switch over my device. Dropped off my Wii for a stuck power button and a faulty disc drive. The person who helped me said they could fix it and gave me a quote for when I pick up the device. Haven't received any word from the company for 10 days after drop off, and I had to call them to get answers. Turns out they didn't work on my device, and said they couldn't. BEWARE!! If I could give this place a zero star, I would. I brought my iPhone in to get the screen repaired while I was working and stopped here even though they are far from my house. I was told the repair would only take 20-30 minutes, but I was still working so I decided to come back in an hour or so. I came back over 2 hours later and they had not even started working on my phone. I waited over an hour to get my phone back and the manager brought my phone out saying it was repaired. I quickly pointed out that the screen was faded in the corners and obviously defective. Even worse, the screen was bulging out of the frame and would not even fit in my case. I was frustrated listening to him make excuses. I even pointed out that the screws at the bottom of phone were loose and sticking out! He still made excuses like it was somehow my fault they did a mediocre repair. I told him I was not willing to pay for this, he assured me that he would honor replacing the phone screen again if I brought it back another day because they do not have any more in stock. I told him I wanted to have it stated in writing and he refused, he then gave me a written agreement on the back of the business card. I came back a week later to repair the screen because it is a extreme inconvenience due to the distance from my house. They absolutely REFUSED to honor the repair!!!! NICK IS A LIAR and not a man of his word. I am disgusted at the level of dishonesty at this location. read more

Came in for a battery replacement, left with a broken screen. Came back for a new screen, left with an LCD instead of an OLED. Just crazy, only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1 is because the battery at least works and is genuine. Either needing a replacement or a warm hug. read more

My dell laptop battery died. I have replaced battery before. So I started my diy project to replace battery. Unfortunately two screws in the middle were not easy to unscrew. So in short, I stripped them. The people in this place is super helpful. They ordered special tools and unscrewed the stripped tiny screws, replaced the battery, and didn't charge me extra for the additional effort of handling the stripped screws. read more

This company is the worst. They strongly suggested I buy the Asurion insurance and said I could cancel at any time. After multiple phone calls to Asurion to cancel, and being told by Asurion repeatedly that they would cancel my insurance, three months later they still haven't canceled it and they're still charging me $24.99 per month. I can't seem to get through to them to get them to cancel it. I am beyond angry. I told my credit card company to stop all charges from them. I thought it important to leave this review to give everybody else a heads' up That it is not at all easy to cancel the a Schurian insurance once you buy it. I would give them zero stars except the young man at Ubreakit did a good job repairing my phone. The Asurion insurance did not apply to that charge though, of course. -S Lynn read more

This place is running a huge scam. We brought our PS5 here to have the disk drive repaired. We paid $86 (and change) up front for the repair. When we picked it up they said they were unable to repair it and would refund our $86-ish to our credit card. They gave us a receipt, and we didn't look too closely at it. Lo and behold, I look at my credit card statement the next month and there's no refund. I look at the receipt they gave us and it says that they refunded us in cash. They absolutely did not. I doubt they even have cash there. The manager refuses to return our calls. The worst part is our PS5 now works significantly worse than when we brought it in. It will be an expensive mistake if you bring your stuff here! read more

I had an appointment to get my phone fixed. The gentleman that was checking me in had no idea how to input the order into the sytem. He sent me back to the Verizon store. The request for repair from Verizon was fine, it was the person working at Asurion that messed up. Asurion had my phone for 4 1/2 hours and did not even look into fixing it. Three other customers came in and left very unhappy. I had to take my phone to another Asurion location. I went to the one on Del Mar Heights Road. They were fabulous! read more

I took my computer in to upgrade from windows 11 to 14. Owner said his cables would not fit the back of my computer, so I took the computer home. It didn't work ever again. I don't know what happened in his shop, but I had to buy a new computer. read more

I cracked the back screen of my iphone14 pro max. I made an appointment (very easily I will add) online through asurion, when I got there they told me that the new back wouldnt have the apple sign on the glass... I told them that I would go somewhere else then. He then told me he would call and see if he can find the purple back with the apple sign- after one phone call he said that they would do it, but they had to take my phone somewhere. It was honestly all kind of wierd, but I needed my phone fixed. I paid $250 and 2.5 hours later picked up my phone. The camera glass on the back was different, but I figured it was just because it wasnt through actual apple... 3 days later I dropped my phone in the case and the back shattered! I did not immedeitly fix it and a week later the camera glass started falling out, so I knew I had to get it somewhere asap. I took it somehwhere else and they immedietly noticed the different camera glass as well said they have never seen that. Then after removing the newly shattered back they also noticed that Asurion forgot to put the magnets that go back in behind the backing of my phone back... Safe to say that was the biggest waste of $250.00. My phone wasn't even put back corrrectly. I would not reccomend going here and I wish I could get my money back read more

Due to the earwax buildup in my aired pros the sound quality had diminished quite significantly. I saw a video online of a cell phone repair shop using a bunch of tools to clean and remove all the earwax deep in the earbud. So I called up asurion and they quoted $50 for the cleaning. I had watched the video online so I knew about how long it was supposed to take which was no more than 10 minutes. I thought holy shit that's insanely expensive but I rationalized that I would spent at least $30 anywhere else anyway and I would have to make a bunch of calls and drive a lot further so I decided to just go with the $50. I thought this better be the cleanest pair of AirPods anyone has ever seen for that insane price. What I mostly cared about though was the sound quality. When I brought them in he asked me "you want me to clean this part?" I looked at him very confused and said "yeah for $50 you better be cleaning the whole thing no questions asked. Well I gave them the AirPods and after 10 minutes or so they brought them back out and rang me up. The cashier took another 20 minutes just to figure out the register. I was losing patience. I got out of there and thought "who are these irresponsible kids running a cell phone repair shop" a couple days later I changed out the ear bud on my AirPod pro and when it came off the screen was covered in ear wax. He charged FIFTY FUCKING DOLLARS just to wipe down the outside of the case. What a flat out fucking scam. read more
