had a great experience and highly recommend. He took me in at the last minute and helped me with my son's phone who he needs for his job as a first responder and fixed it very quickly and efficiently in his prices were very reasonable. read more

Amazing service. Broke my iPhone 15 and needed it fixed for a trade-in. Contacted him & Leo immediately answered gave me solutions. I gave him my phone while the screen Leo ordered came in. Always kept me updated & he gave me my iPhone 15 with a brand new screen ready for trade-in. Thank you, Leo! read more

Leo was great! Very responsive and tried everything he could to fix my phone! Highly recommend! read more

Very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our phone was working optimally. We needed a screen repair but also found out that the screen speaker was short circuiting and he fixed that also without extra charge. Thanks a bunch and would highly recommend! read more

Cracked my IPhone 7 Plus screen at 10:30 am and couldn't see jack diddly. Went on yelp to search for someone to fix it and he replied within 10 minutes of my request. Leo came to my workplace as promised within the hour. Fixed the screen, and he also brought a shield protector in case I wanted to purchase it to crack the screen. Other places quoted $10 cheaper but hey, he traveled to my work - convenience fee!!! Leo sat in my office and was done in less than 30 minutes. Less than $100 and I have a brand new screen within 6 hours of cracking it. Pretty well. THANKS LEO! read more

What a great guy to know! Leo is professional, courteous, and affordable. I'm telling all my friends to go to him first with any phone/computer repair. He saved me a bundle. Thank you! read more

Leo repaired a cracked screen for me and was also able to help recover our wedding videography footage that we thought was lost forever!! He was responsive, fairly priced and efficient - would recommend his work. read more

From initial phone call to finished repair was under 45 minutes. Repair took about 15 minutes and works like new. It was the quickest and easiest service I've had done. I highly recommend to anyone who needs their phone repaired. read more

I never expected to find a professional honest, hard-working fix-it-man who would drive to me. I was so relieved, especially in this time of COVID-19. Leo arrived in front of my house taking all precautions, wearing a mask, spraying his area in the car, his keys, and then the two phones I had given him that needed battery replacement. I stood back away from car while Lee finished installing batteries in both. The credit card payment was just as clean a procedure. My mother, here from NYC was so happy with the results she sent a text telling me to thank this young man on her behalf. I plan to have Leo repair my lap-top as well; I used to be an admin at MIT's CSAIL[computer science and artificial intelligence lab]. Leo reminded me of the students and post-docs. read more

Extremely prompt message service with a very in-depth pre-service explanation. 10/10 Would recommend.

Leo is really an efficient phone repairer. My phone's silence button died and he replaced the cable and also solve the problem that came with the replacement cable. Even it took several times to meet for the problem repairing. I understand the problem was really complex and he can always find a way to solve it. His offer is really competitive based on he comes to your place and you can do your own work while he is doing the repairing. It is both time saving and money saving. I would recommend him for the phone repairing. read more

Leo was great! Very timely and prompt and repaired an iPhone that was cracked flawlessly.

Had an IPhone X screen replaced in less than 15 min right outside my work. It's working great, I am happy with the quality of the OLED screen and Leo was very responsive. So convenient! Great service! read more

I had my cracked screen replaced by Leo this summer, the new screen quickly began having sensitivity issues, you would tap it and it would not respond, hit a button and something else would get triggered etc (iPhone XS).. needless to say Leo repaired it a 2nd time and of course I tipped afterwards since he came all the way to my place again! Unfortunately shortly after that second screen was installed it developed a green line horizontally on the screen, then within about 12 hours about 20 other lines that effectively render the screen useless (could not tap anything, could barely even unlock the screen). I had to use an old phone for a while as I tried reach out to Leo, reached out about 3-4 times but never got a response back on a 3rd repair (phone is always in a solid case and was never dropped with his screens). Needless to say I ended up going to apple and paying the $270 and getting a new OEM screen, in the end with tipping I only paid about $80 dollars less for Leo's screens that never really worked than what I would have paid had I gone to Apple in the first place (now I ended up paying nearly what a new phone would have cost... face-plalm). live and learn I guess, Leo when he responds is a super nice guy though, but the screens from my experience are really not comparable to apple in any way, if you're looking for a bridge for a few months before you're eligible for an upgrade or something this may work for you, but otherwise just go to Apple and save yourself some shuffling around pain. read more

Leo was great! I have a Square Trade insurance policy for my Samsung Galaxy S8+ and he was the only preferred repair vendor in the area that actually could repair non-iPhones! (Don't let the name of the business fool you - he repairs Android products, too!). My Samsung Galaxy S8+ had a badly cracked screen which he repaired perfectly. He was responsive, professional, and very skilled. He does not have a physical store but instead comes to your location. My girlfriend was hesitant to have a stranger come to our apartment so he instead met me at a nearby coffee shop and replaced my screen on the spot! It took about half an hour and I am very happy with the result. And, my insurance claim was just approved by Square Trade, so I am getting reimbursed (minus the deductible)! Very happy with the result and I would recommend Leo to anyone. read more

I had an awesome experience with Leo. We are all busy and have difficulty going to the store and waiting for a few hours - WITHOUT A PHONE! So Leo not only fixed my phone, but came to my office to fix it! Amazing! Since I had a bad problem where both the front and rear screens were broken, he was willing to come once to do the front (since he had it in stock) and again to do the back. As someone who works in Boston or surrounding areas, Leo's service is amazing and well worth it. Lastly, his rates are the same or better than other non-Apple store repair locations. 10/10! read more

Leo was fantastic! I had an issue with my phones display, and due to covid Leo drove to me and preformed the repairs in his car. There was unfortunately an issue with the first new display installed (it happens) but I just texted him and he came back to fix it the next day free of charge. Now the screen is perfect, and it cost me half what apple would have done it for. Leo is very professional, and I had a great experience! read more

Leo really knows his stuff and fixed my screen-broken iPhone 6s within 20 minutes. He is also really flexible with scheduling and even went to my school to get my phone fixed. Been using the fixed phone for a week and everything works perfectly read more

Absolutely nice work. He replaced my iPhonex screen in just 15 minutes with reasonable price. My iPhonex has green line on it and become black cuz I dropped it thousand time, but now my iPhone screen look likes new. He is an amazing technician! But my screen doesn't work again and I didn't drop it. I don't know why. read more

Great service, professional and on time. Leo returned my calls promptly and repaired my Galaxy 9S+ back to good-as-new condition. Thank you Leo! read more

Leo is awesome. 3 times. Yes, 3 times in one week I broke my screen. Each time Leo came with a smile and patience of a saint. Thank you!!! Don't use anyone else. read more

Leo was quick, responsive, and had great communication throughout. He met me when I was studying in a library and was able to replace my phone battery right there in 10-15 minutes. The price was reasonable, especially considering he came to me. If I need any future phone repair, I will definitely be reaching out to him again. Thanks, Leo! read more

No complaints whatsoever! I messaged Leo explaining my problems with my screen, and he was quick and responsive with a solution. He comes to your location, which is really convenient, especially for those of us with a busy schedule. He met me in Harvard Square where I was studying at the campus center and fixed my screen in less than 15 minutes. He checked thoroughly to make sure it was working and showed me how I could check touch sensitivity, display colors, etc. if I ever had any problems. Most importantly, he uses high-quality screens that are pretty much the same as the original (some places use cheaper screens that are defective, so make sure you check that). My phone is good as new now! Leo takes Venmo and Paypal. He charges about $20 less than the average price in Boston, AND he comes to you at no extra cost. Highly recommend. read more

Super responsive and quick. Fit me in easily for the next day and came to my apartment and was done within 15 minutes, will definitely use again! read more

Very poor quality fix. Had my home button replaced and it stopped working after 3 days. He also didn't bother to make sure my screen was all the way in after he was done. Wrote a review on here about what happened and he said he would come and fix it the next week if I took down the poor review. I took down the post and haven't heard from him since. Very shady. I would just take it to a real business that can be held accountable if anything goes wrong. read more

If your timing is posted as 11am on a Sunday, be there. Unacceptable to have misleading opening times. Also this isn't a real store but more of a service. I don't mind it but for working hours please put "variable" read more

I called Iphoneluv with issues with my Samsung S9. I spoke to Leo and he was able to come to my apartment the same day. He was friendly, fast, and effective. Leo fixed a shattered screen, ineffective speaker, and a damaged charging port all in one trip. The phone now works great. I had a great experience with this company and would recommend to friends/family. read more

Dropped my iPhone in the toilet... and the next morning I finally called Leo. He came by a few hours later to take a look, and then spirited the phone off to his dehydration chamber. He was very honest about the prognosis and gave me timelines and contingencies. Was always reachable by phone. And miracle of miracles - he salvaged the phone! Totally professional, straightforward, and did not charge an arm and a leg. The best! read more

I cracked my iPhone screen and had it replaced by Leo. While he was very quick to respond and complete the repair, the new screen did not work properly (sensitivity issues, no 3D touch response, etc). I attempted to contact Leo for another fix or refund, but was ignored. I ended up just going to Apple to get my phone fixed properly (which I should have done in the first place). I do not recommend paying through Venmo. Now I'm out $200 and there's no way to open a dispute and get a refund. read more

Leo's service is simply as good as it gets. For reference - his profile on Yelp lists his name as 'Levancho' - he goes by Leo. My phone had a cracked screen and an issue with the charging port, which he was able to diagnose almost immediately. He was able to address both at prices well below those of the competition. He came to me while I was at work and was able to get everything done in a little less than an hour. He is well-versed in everything iOS- and even Mac OSX-related. My charging port issue was unfortunately unsolvable - though there was nothing Leo could have done. Instead, he gave me extensive advice on how to manage my battery usage and provided me with a well-educated opinion on which phones to look at as a replacement option. Not to wish it upon myself or my phone, but I would without a doubt return to him the next time anything goes wrong. Thanks Leo! read more

Leo was as good as it gets! Promptly fixed my phone at a very reasonable price. Would refer to anyone.

I used Leo to replace my charging port and battery on my iPhone 6. I'm self employed and told him that my phone had died and I needed it for work, all day everyday. Despite it being 8:30 at night, I went over to his place and he fixed it - very quickly and reasonably priced. I've come back for more work on another iPhone that my kid messed up. I'll definitely use him again. read more

After I sent out multiple requests for quotes- I found Leo to be very competitive compared to anyone else who wanted to help. Mac & PC guys told me they couldn't transfer my data from one iPhone to the other (my phone was DEAD and couldn't even hold a charge. Screen was shattered as well). Boston iPhone Repair was semi-reasonable at $75 while Boston Mobile IPhone Repairs wanted to charge me a whopping $299 to help me out!! Guess how much Leo charged?? Wayyyyyy less than anyone else. He's amazing! He works out of his home business and does much more than iPhone repair. He can help with almost any electronic and even makes house calls for TV issues (for a nominal travel fee, I believe). He's honest, VERY knowledgeable and competitively priced. I walked in with my iPhone needing to be fixed and walked out with two Amazon Fire Sticks for xmas and my eye on a refurbished iPad. Again- so much more than iPhone repair! I haven't been living in this state for tooo long but I can absolutely say that I'll never see anyone else for my electronic repairs. Thanks, Leo!! You made my day read more

Responsive communication, super convenient service - he drives to you. Met him while I was running an errand in Framingham and he was done within about 15-20 minutes before my errand was done.
