Went in to upgrade my phone and add a new line this past Friday and the sales person who closed was…read morethe worst sales person I've encountered. The whole time he was pushing me to get internet and would never answer me when I asked how much would my new line cost and if I switched my main line plan who much would that be. All he could say was it's essentially the same thing. I lost it after the 30th essentially and he started to ring me up without even discussing the price. Then he goes on to tell me that I wasted his time...like no buddy you get paid to be there I don't and essentially it's not the same thing. Top it of he say I should have told him I couldn't afford it after I said he'll no I'm not paying $225 a month. Needless to say I got what I wanted for much less doing it myself.. I wish I knew his name but a horrible sales person doesn't know to introduce themselves anyways . Edit: forgot to mention that he switched my plan without my consent!

LYING EMPLOYEE named gio AND TERRIBLE SERVICE/WAIT TIMES…read more was a walk in hours before closing, waited 2.5 hours and people who checked in hours after us were serviced before us. 30 minutes before closing we finally were helped. one of my family members needed a phone before heading back to school out of state and needed it asap. the worker told us they were out of stock and would have to back order the phones, we asked if another store has one and he told us there was one at another store 30minutes away and we could pick it up the next day. we placed the order and were sent on our way, PERFECT right?! wrong! when we went to get the phone the next day the store said they didn't have a phone on hold for us and were also out of stock on all phones. so now my family member can't get the phone we already paid for and we still have to go to the 30 minute away store to pick up the phone once it's off back order

If I could give zero stars I would…read more Came in to add 1 line. we wanted 1 ipad, they tried a new device and it was working, it was lagging. So they replaced it, simple right? WRONG! They added a second line without telling us. Called customer service and they told us to go to the store. Went to the store and they credited the account activation fees but never cancelled the second line. Now we have the run around for a 4th time to get this situated..... I'm beyond upset. We have a 400 dollar bill that we have to fork over because of incompetence and slimy deals. Don't go to this store!!!!!!! I have to go back and see if I can get this fixed... which is b.s.

Horrible Experience with AT&T - Never Again! After 17 years…read moreas a loyal AT&T customer, I'm done. This has been the most frustrating and disappointing experience imaginable. I upgraded four phones as a surprise for my kids, only for AT&T to ruin it by sending each phone a "How do you like your new device?" text before I had given them their gifts. To make things worse, two of the phones arrived with the wrong storage amount. Returning those phones was an ordeal--it took forever for them to acknowledge receipt, and I couldn't even get replacements until they did. Fast forward to today: I was told the phones were received, so I drove to the store to get the replacements, only to be told they couldn't confirm receipt after all. Instead, they claimed the installments had already started, leaving me stuck. The employees were shockingly unhelpful - Naza, Juan and especially Isabela, who was outright rude. After waiting over 45 minutes on the phone with customer service (in the store!), I needed help asking the right questions, but Naza, who was assisting me, had disappeared. When I knocked on the employee door to get assistance, Isabela came out, scolded me for knocking, and told me Naza was on lunch and had done everything he could. She was dismissive and rude, leaving me to figure it out on my own. This is unacceptable customer service. AT&T clearly doesn't value its long-term customers, and this location in particular is a nightmare to deal with. I can't wait to switch to a provider that actually cares about its customers. Avoid this store and AT&T in general if you want to save yourself the headache of dealing with a store not even worthy of 1 star!
