    Poor customer service and not Reputable Verizon store. Does not allow returns if it's products and they will try to sell you on everything

The whole time he was pushing me to get internet and would never answer me when I asked how much would my new line cost and if I switched my main line plan who much would that be. All he could say was it's essentially the same thing. I lost it after the 30th essentially and he started to ring me up without even discussing the price. Then he goes on to tell me that I wasted his time...like no buddy you get paid to be there I don't and essentially it's not the same thing. Top it of he say I should have told him I couldn't afford it after I said he'll no I'm not paying $225 a month. Needless to say I got what I wanted for much less doing it myself.. I wish I knew his name but a horrible sales person doesn't know to introduce themselves anyways . Edit: forgot to mention that he switched my plan without my consent!

    LYING EMPLOYEE named gio AND TERRIBLE SERVICE/WAIT TIMES…read more was a walk in hours before closing, waited 2.5 hours and people who checked in hours after us were serviced before us. 30 minutes before closing we finally were helped. one of my family members needed a phone before heading back to school out of state and needed it asap. the worker told us they were out of stock and would have to back order the phones, we asked if another store has one and he told us there was one at another store 30minutes away and we could pick it up the next day. we placed the order and were sent on our way, PERFECT right?! wrong! when we went to get the phone the next day the store said they didn't have a phone on hold for us and were also out of stock on all phones. so now my family member can't get the phone we already paid for and we still have to go to the 30 minute away store to pick up the phone once it's off back order

I signed up for their fiber and their…read more"mobility" otherwise known as cell phone service three weeks ago (3/12/26) and have experienced insane billing and not good service. The one-month cell bill for two lines is $310!! Definitely NOT what I was presented and signed up for. And the "commercial" rep who visited my home twice, once when I signed up and again during the fiber install, will not return my phone calls or emails. The most amazing part is that I am literally being HELD HOSTAGE and l am UNABLE TO CANCEL! I have been passed around to different parts of the company where I'm told their particular system doesn't allow them to do an account closure and then assure me the next group will so they transfer me elsewhere and I'm given the same excuse. I have been given pin codes that the next department doesn't recognize. I'm told that my email address needs to be in the system for 30 days before the account can be closed!!! But yet they've emailed me a number of times for billing and other items. Over four days and many hours on the phone have been invested and with NO results. IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! It equates to unlawful detainment and I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. They were found guilty years ago in a class action lawsuit for falsifying bills (which caused me to leave them then vowing I'd never return) and I hope they'll suffer the same thing for these actions. I've been to TWO retail stores and have had NO RESULTS. The last store - a corporate location, not a franchise - tried to get it done calling corporate but still no luck. They told me they were there to sell, not to handle customer service issues and cancel accounts. So please be aware! I can't wait to get back to T-Mobile who actually is great to work with - if you use a corporate store and not a franchise location.

The other option was buy a year warranty membership for $195 plus anything else I might need so it cost about $315 to fix my claptop, an HP. I dropped it off on Friday, picked up on Sunday night. I returned the first tablet and immediately went to the San Marcos BB to buy the open-box. The item was cosmetically fine, and the box had "Inspected by Best Buy" stickers on it. Great, so far. I got the tablet home and charged, but when I went to do the initial setup, the tablet was *still logged in by the previous owner!* So much for "inspected." I performed a factory reset and tried again. Nope, factory reset protection meant I still needed the previous owner's credentials. I called Geek Squad (GS) and they assured me they could handle it. I drove BACK to the store, only to be told the tablet could be returned or exchanged. Seemingly annoyed with the most basic form of customer service, the 20-something redhead GS member told me two stores with comparable open-box items. So later, I drove to *another* BB store, only to be told they could not locate the item. Wow. Ok, I'll take the credit on a gift card, since my debit card would take days to clear a refund. In the BB parking lot, I used the gift card to order a comparable (but out-of-area) open-box item from their website, then I drove an hour home. When I got home, I had an email that the order was canceled because they could not locate the item at yet another store! Now there's no tablet and no money left on the gift card. I talked to four different overseas CS reps, telling the story four different times, only for them to tell me they will investigate and then mail out another gift card in 2-4 business days. Today is Wednesday and I need the tablet this weekend. Four business days means, maybe, next Tuesday. That's fitting, I guess. See You Next Tuesday! I'll waiting at the front door of my bank in the morning, and filing an immediate charge-back for the $300 that has vanished into the ether. This is completely unacceptable for any retailer, let alone one of BB's size. I'll do everything in my power to avoid shopping at this chain, ever again. Say Hi to Circuit City for me
