I was greeted by a guy that seemed either drunk or high. I was super uncomfortable. The manager it seemed or some other guy walked in, also just low consciousness idiot. He asked me questions and then wouldn't let me answer. I would have just walked out but I really need a new phone so I dealt with it but that was gross. I'm never going back there again. I've worked with a few other guys who were nice and helpful, but these two today were over the top too much for me. read more

Ordered new service for two lines. Paid extra for sim cards to be delivered overnight. It seems T-Mobile does not know what that means. At misinterpret last night they told me that they meant 2 or 3 days. And maybe I would get them by Monday. Now I have to drive 35 minutes to a store to get my phones activated before my old plan expires at midnight tonight. Piss poor service. Don't trust the online bullshit. read more

I went in yesterday with tons of questions and the rep that assisted us was very nice. She helped me payoff accessories and phones on my account. Although she was unable to help cancel a line in-store (which I dont understand why that is not allowed) she made sure I spoke to a rep on the customer service line. However I was disappointed at the accessories in store very limited selection, and the staff doesn't assist you unless you are at the counter. Although the other 4 reps in store noticed our interest in purchasing speakers, phone case, and headphones they did not come around the counter to assist us. So we ended up leaving, without making any additional purchases. read more

The managed today was very rude to my husband. I am honestly disappointed because we went in to get a phone (someone else helped us) Then i wanted an apple watch so my husband asked the manager since he only speaks Spanish and he totally blew him off. Not to mention he pretty much tell him to leave as my husband had our baby by the door waiting for the rain to slow down a bit. I've been with tmobile for many years and have never experienced this before. They should have friendlier staff. read more

I've given this store many chances because they are so close to home, and there is only one thing I have to say, they consistently disappoint. Last and recent visit I walked thinking it would be a quick gift purchase for a family member bday. I went during off hours and weekday. They had two girls huddled around a lady, nobody was talking they were just staring at the phone. Small store, bell on the door, yet I was not even acknowledge when arriving. They continued to stare at lady's phone, no head lift, eye contact, welcome to TMobile, nothing. I stood about 4 ft away for about 3 minutes, still no acknowledgment. Such a sharp contrast to the store off Nordahl by Walmart! They appreciate their customers. The difference? Franchise vs corporate store! TMobile, they still use your name, but they do not value their customers like you do! read more

I went in for a phone yesterday, was really disappointed with the customer service! There was two chicks working and I waited over half an hour when there was literally one other person there. I was helped by Drew when he got back from lunch, he was fast , super friendly and he even apologized for not being helped by the other girls. It was so rude and unprofessional! read more

Definitely the place to be when you have a problem with your line . This girl gissel go above and beyond to help you . Definitely go here and ask for her read more

The guy that was helping us was definitely stoned and very unprofessional. He gave us as little information as he could and was distracted the whole time by his music and his phone. Overall, it was a very weird and uncomfortable experience. We won't be going back to this store ever again. read more

Awful service!! Started by giving wrong information of having device in store when I called before to make a purchase. I let it go and gave a second chance. Went to the store and bought new phone, the sales man assured me that the phone was going to the store and I would pick it up there two days later. Later on I checked my email and the phone was shipped to address that supposed to be mine, but wrong address!! I called them and they said they can't help and that I should call 611. Manager did not help and didn't even apologize. "Good thing" that the advice was already shipped to wrong address and when I said that, again, manager said they can't help and to call 611. I have been in several t mobile stores and by far this store is just a shame. read more

I was having a really hard time getting in contact with customer service so decided to just head into the nearest T-Mobile store to get my issue resolved. I was greeted with a warm smile, and was helped promptly. I was working with who I believe is the Manager, Erich. He was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, and I left knowing more than when I arrived. I had an excellent customer service experience. I will definitely be back to this store for future needs. read more

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE BECAUSE This store is "NOT a Corporation Owned" store AND THAT IS WHAT YOU WANT. The people who work here are highly trained on fixing your phone. Brandon fixed my phone in less than 5 minutes. I spent 3 days and many hours at the other 2 stores that are corporate owned and they could not fix my phone but wanted to sell me another phone instead. Brandon was really professional and he is really smart too. Also I received $100 credit from this NON corporate owned store, the corporate owned store OVER CHARGED me for my new phone more that $100 because they did not offer me the promotion that was going on. read more

Very good service. I been to this location numerous times since i work right around the corner. No one has ever been rude to me. Most people that say management was rude most likely went in there with an attitude trying to get their way. But if you're calm and talk like an adult to the workers, they'll gladly help you. 10/10 in my book. read more

Adam was nothing but rude and disrespectful to me as a customer, I'm very unpleased with his attitude, demeanor, and everything about him. He straight up lied to me and treated me with the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I feel as if it had to do with me being apart of the LGBTQ community. Once my fiancée came in he started treating us differently. Waste of an employee, please get better employees. read more

Pretty straight forward. My wife and I needed to upgrade our phones so we came in over the span of about a week to look at options. The staff was helpful and went he extra mile in making sure our new phones were all set up, all data got moved over and we were happy. read more

T-Mobile - Mobile Phones Near Me - Escondido, California

I went into this T-mobile store two days ago. There was a manager that went by E Rich Mues. He was not helpful at all. In fact he was very rude. He didn't want to take the initiative to help because he said that I had purchased my phone via mail and not from his store. Yet it was still a T-mobile account. He pushed me aside and helped others while his staff member stood there and stared at me. Even though I was told to go into a T-mobile store by the phone representative from T-mobile for help, he treated me as if my business didn't matter. I told him that I would put a complaint on him and then I left the store. read more

My wife and I just switched from Sprint to T-Mobile. I purchased the phones and activation through my employer as a benefit, but had to go to the store for assistance. Alex and Miguel ported over everything from our Sprint phones to the new Samsung S9's, set us up with cases, screen protectors and corrected errors my company input when creating my account. They answered every question we had which made the transition so much easier and even with the new phones, we are paying $90 less per month than with Sprint. Plus we were able to switch our Netflix to T-Mobile saving another $11 a month. read more

Staff at this branch were efficient and very helpful. Overall great service! I'm so happy with my new iPhone! :-)

Absolutely blown away with the level of service! I live in Mira Mesa and will come to this Escondido location for now on. The knowledge level Victor displayed was impressive, but most of all very helpful. His honesty and professionalism was something he should be teaching to other company representatives. I learned information that should have been shared well before now. Kudos Victor and David. You give the sales industry hope. Blessings. read more

Very frustrating experience. They spent more time telling me what they couldn't do than they spent trying to fix the problem. After an hour of phone calls and waiting they finally did get everything taken care of but I wouldn't return to this location for any future needs. read more

I enjoy this location because they take their time with answering your questions and trying to help out. My experience has been with Cristian, he is very nice and knows his stuff. I went in not sure what I was looking for specifically but gave him an idea and he was so helpful. He let me know if all promotions available and respected my budget. Help me with my upgrade and Melanie put on the screen protectors with perfection. No complaints. They are awesome.

This place has hands-down the worst customer service I have ever received. The manager was unhelpful and rude. He insisted I call customer service if I wanted just that, customer service. The people on the one 800 number were very helpful, and apologized for how I was treated. It is definitely worth the drive to the San Marcos location. read more

So I've had Verizon for years and after dealing with their poor service and shady business tactics, I went to T-Mobile. I thought they closed at 9, I guess they close at 8, but I had no idea. Ron and Oscar were so nice, even though we walked in at 7:57, and never once made us feel rushed. They heard us out about our issues with Verizon, never once throwing them under the bus, but said they could help and tailored a plan to what we needed. They never once locked the doors, said they were closed, or made us feel pressured. It was only when another customer came in at 9 and asked if they were open that they said yes, we technically close at 8 but will never turn away a customer. They proceeded to help this guy and us and their customer care was impeccable. We left there with brand new phones, a bill that's over $500 cheaper than Verizon, unlimited data, and a clear, transparent view of our bill. Please go see Ron and Oscar, they are so easy to do business with! read more

The store here has a happy feeling to it. I came in and they were pretty busy but the manager spoke to me while we waited for a computer to open up. The manager was very polite and knowlegable and he took his time to answer the questions I had before one of the associates took over to upgrade my phone. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with my visit and I will return again read more

Had a unique situation and needed to port in a number to take part in a deal that was only going to last a few more days at T-mobile. The staff and the manager were extremely accommodating and did everything they could to help me get what I was looking for. They asked me if I could leave feedback here and I was more than happy to oblige. Thanks for the great customer service! read more

Omg! Where to start, so i get sales person by the name of alex. She was friedly, but when i told her i was switching over from at&t and wanted to know what kind of deals they had going on. She turned around and looked at the manager and asked him, " what kind of promitions do we have goimg on." I thought to myself right away this girl must be new so then i let that slide. As we went through the whole processes of activating my lines and getting my new phines the girl Alex must was walked into the backroom about 4 to 5 times. While i waited and with no explanation as to why she left me at the register. When everything was done which took about two hours to get everything signed and paid for . I was already irrated that this was taking so long. Now i just needed to get my information transfered over from one device to another. I was really shocked that my sales person alex handed my devices over to two other employees and said she had to leave because she was off already. She did not even take the time to turn around say that she had to leave because she was off already. The two woman who helped with transfer where very pleasant and seemed to know more about what they where doing. So now two weeks have passed and i just recieved my bill. Its not at all what i expected to be paying. I was promissed my bill would be less, but it wasnt it was actually higher. I also was given a sim card by alex and was told it was free. Its not im paying for a tablet that i have no use for. I dont even own a tablet. I was also promissed that i switched over that the maanager would take care of taxes for the next six months. What suprises that didnt happen either!!! I dont know what kind of operation theyre running here ,but therye definitely trying to fatten there pockets by taking advantage of the customer who has no idea and is confiding in the sales person to take care of them. If i could give begative stars i would! I dont recommend coming to this location. read more

Lucas was very professional and courteous very good customer service who koo was very helpful holding on to my phone the last one! Maria was very attentive to all the customers she was very nice not like Estrella at Auto Park Way t-mobile she has no idea what she's talking about and she was kind of rude because I went to another store she said I didn't care about her because I didn't go to her store and she gave me the cold shoulder I'll never go back to the auto Park Way store its garbage!!!
