Ordered new service for two lines. Paid extra for sim cards to be delivered overnight. It seems T-Mobile does not know what that means. At misinterpret last night they told me that they meant 2 or 3 days. And maybe I would get them by Monday. I went in yesterday with tons of questions and the rep that assisted us was very nice. She helped me payoff accessories and phones on my account. Although she was unable to help cancel a line in-store (which I dont understand why that is not allowed) she made sure I spoke to a rep on the customer service line. However I was disappointed at the accessories in store very limited selection, and the staff doesn't assist you unless you are at the counter. Although the other 4 reps in store noticed our interest in purchasing speakers, phone case, and headphones they did not come around the counter to assist us. I am honestly disappointed because we went in to get a phone (someone else helped us) Then i wanted an apple watch so my husband asked the manager since he only speaks Spanish and he totally blew him off. I've given this store many chances because they are so close to home, and there is only one thing I have to say, they consistently disappoint. Last and recent visit I walked thinking it would be a quick gift purchase for a family member bday. I went during off hours and weekday. They had two girls huddled around a lady, nobody was talking they were just staring at the phone. Small store, bell on the door, yet I was not even acknowledge when arriving. They continued to stare at lady's phone, no head lift, eye contact, welcome to TMobile, nothing. I stood about 4 ft away for about 3 minutes, still no acknowledgment. Such a sharp contrast to the store off Nordahl by Walmart! They appreciate their customers. The difference? Franchise vs corporate store! Awful service!! Started by giving wrong information of having device in store when I called before to make a purchase. I let it go and gave a second chance. Went to the store and bought new phone, the sales man assured me that the phone was going to the store and I would pick it up there two days later. Later on I checked my email and the phone was shipped to address that supposed to be mine, but wrong address!! I called them and they said they can't help and that I should call 611. Manager did not help and didn't even apologize. "Good thing" that the advice was already shipped to wrong address and when I said that, again, manager said they can't help and to call 611. I was greeted with a warm smile, and was helped promptly. I was working with who I believe is the Manager, Erich. He was very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE BECAUSE This store is "NOT a Corporation Owned" store AND THAT IS WHAT YOU WANT. The people who work here are highly trained on fixing your phone. Brandon fixed my phone in less than 5 minutes. I spent 3 days and many hours at the other 2 stores that are corporate owned and they could not fix my phone but wanted to sell me another phone instead. Most people that say management was rude most likely went in there with an attitude trying to get their way. I went into this T-mobile store two days ago. There was a manager that went by E Rich Mues. He was not helpful at all. In fact he was very rude. He didn't want to take the initiative to help because he said that I had purchased my phone via mail and not from his store. Yet it was still a T-mobile account. He pushed me aside and helped others while his staff member stood there and stared at me. Even though I was told to go into a T-mobile store by the phone representative from T-mobile for help, he treated me as if my business didn't matter. My wife and I just switched from Sprint to T-Mobile. I purchased the phones and activation through my employer as a benefit, but had to go to the store for assistance. Alex and Miguel ported over everything from our Sprint phones to the new Samsung S9's, set us up with cases, screen protectors and corrected errors my company input when creating my account. They answered every question we had which made the transition so much easier and even with the new phones, we are paying $90 less per month than with Sprint. So I've had Verizon for years and after dealing with their poor service and shady business tactics, I went to T-Mobile. I thought they closed at 9, I guess they close at 8, but I had no idea. Ron and Oscar were so nice, even though we walked in at 7:57, and never once made us feel rushed. They heard us out about our issues with Verizon, never once throwing them under the bus, but said they could help and tailored a plan to what we needed. They never once locked the doors, said they were closed, or made us feel pressured. It was only when another customer came in at 9 and asked if they were open that they said yes, we technically close at 8 but will never turn away a customer. They proceeded to help this guy and us and their customer care was impeccable. We left there with brand new phones, a bill that's over $500 cheaper than Verizon, unlimited data, and a clear, transparent view of our bill. Omg! Where to start, so i get sales person by the name of alex. She was friedly, but when i told her i was switching over from at&t and wanted to know what kind of deals they had going on. She turned around and looked at the manager and asked him, " what kind of promitions do we have goimg on." I thought to myself right away this girl must be new so then i let that slide. As we went through the whole processes of activating my lines and getting my new phines the girl Alex must was walked into the backroom about 4 to 5 times. While i waited and with no explanation as to why she left me at the register. When everything was done which took about two hours to get everything signed and paid for . I was already irrated that this was taking so long. Now i just needed to get my information transfered over from one device to another. I was really shocked that my sales person alex handed my devices over to two other employees and said she had to leave because she was off already. She did not even take the time to turn around say that she had to leave because she was off already. The two woman who helped with transfer where very pleasant and seemed to know more about what they where doing. So now two weeks have passed and i just recieved my bill. Its not at all what i expected to be paying. I was promissed my bill would be less, but it wasnt it was actually higher. I also was given a sim card by alex and was told it was free. Its not im paying for a tablet that i have no use for. I dont even own a tablet. I was also promissed that i switched over that the maanager would take care of taxes for the next six months. What suprises that didnt happen either!!! I dont know what kind of operation theyre running here ,but therye definitely trying to fatten there pockets by taking advantage of the customer who has no idea and is confiding in the sales person to take care of them. If i could give begative stars i would! I dont recommend coming to this location. read more
