I informed him of my request, and he meticulously documented the process on paper for my review. Despite the store being close to closing time, he did not rush me out or attempt to avoid my needs. Signed up for home internet online, drove down to the store to pick up my device after I received the email that it was ready. Gave them my id (passport), which the email clearly said was accepted. They told me their scanners don't work on the passport and I'd have to come back with a different id. I wasted $25 in diesel and nearly 2 hours round trip going down there. Zero stars for them! I went in the office today to get a printout of my phone and in person correspondence with an account (phone line) that I have been trying to cancel since March that I'm STILL being charged for and they said they cannot help me. Manager David and associate Marlena said they cannot help me when they verified I tried to cancel MONTHS ago. My last resort is to file a police report due to them withholding my account details (correspondence and memos on account) and report a dispute with my bank Navy Fed Credit Union AND file a complaint with the FCC. We went into this location for the first time. My phone has been dropping calls and getting a network message about being able to make calls. Jackie was great very knowledgeable. She assessed the problem and tried a few things. She replaced the SIM card and played with the settings. My problem only seems to occur while at home so hopefully everything is good now. We added a couple lines to our plans and bought a couple watches. We called ahead and we were set up with an employee before arriving. Once we arrived, we were greeted and paired with our assistant. We thought we knew what we wanted, but once we entered the store, we started to notice there were some options out in the world as far as watches go; Samsung, Apple, and a few others. Cesar was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We ended up sticking with the items we originally came in to buy, but it was nice to have all our questions answered on the differences and similarities of each band. The items we wanted were not at the store... they had them at another location and asked if we wanted to wait. It was only going to take an hour, so we went next door and got some lunch. I came in with a problem with a trade in credit that wasn't showing on my account from upgrading to an iPhone 14 pro max. They usually can't do it in store so they ended up calling a support team member. The member over the line helped me so much and the end helping me get the remaining bill credit balance that I was missing. I practically felt that I was going to lose my trade in value and the phone I sent in. Thanks to the T-Mobile reps here I was able to get the help they needed. On an extra note I heard how they explained things with details to other customers which I had a feeling I was going to be in good hands. My husband and I have been Sprint customers for over 20 years. We went in to upgrade is phone, which was taking forever. My husband is older and has Parkinsons and needed to use the restroom, and they have a policy that no one can.
