So instead of telling you how much I like the hamburger or the pulled pork, I'll tell you how much I like the singlemode fiber provision. I needed to have rock-solid home internet that was not just going to work "most of the time". I need it to work absolutely all the time, and for my application I need just as much upload bandwidth as download. I contacted half a dozen vendors before I discovered wave.band. The others were a waste of my time. The sales people didn't know anything, didn't understand what I wanted, and kept trying to sell me things that I didn't want to buy. No, I don't want HBO Max bundled with my business internet. The representative I dealt with at wave.band was wonderful. He worked with me for weeks to research possibilities, found two solid options, and stayed with me while we jointly explored the pricing and schedule. He helped me deal with the site inspection, the installers, and even the billing. I literally could not have done it without them. Wave.band is not just "an ISP". They are a full-service communications company offering business phone service, call center service, internet service, cloud storage, and (best of all) customer support. Thanks to wave.band, I now have a singlemode fiber internet connection at my home office.
