I need to add my voice to those noting that their recent store reorganization is confusing and anti-customer. In the past, you'd check in at the front counter, then be served by a budtender who would answer your questions, get you what you need, then check out your payment. Now you check in, wait in line to ask the budtender any questions, get your own stuff, and then wait in line AGAIN to pay. In other words there are now 50% more lines to wait on than before, three instead of two. I've been going to this place for several years and always walked out thinking, "Great dispensary." Today I walked out thinking, WTF! If nothing else, why can't the budtender who answered my questions and helped me find my merchandise, also check me out? Why send me to the back of the line again? read more

They USED TO BE top tier and a great location. But whoever is in charge there has decided the best way to fuck up a great location is to change the entire layout and process, not just once, but MULTIPLE times in just the last 2 months. To whoever is in charge: FUCKING STOP!!!! IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T "FIX" IT! WTF read more

The girl with who checked me out today when I asked about the Apple Pay was so nice and attentive super helpful! This place is my go to weed shop thanks for making my day read more

This was my first time to visit a Wellgreens & I was definitely not disappointed. Erika F. helped me out & she was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable, plus she was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. The entire store was very welcoming & I felt as though it was a positive experience from start to finish. I hope to come back. read more

Once upon a time, yesterday, I visited @ to pick up a little "something something." Wellgreens 954 S Santa Fe Ave, Vista, CA 92084 +1 760 659 6264 As I approached the glass counter, I was greeted by a 2025 UC San Marcus, Communications Major who possessed "a Colgate smile." Representative: Hi. What are you searching for today? Tony: I'm interested in "flowers" And, I like a sale. Representative: Indica, Hybrid or Sativa Tony: Hybrid. As I left the dispensary, I anticipated sniffing the fragrance of my newly purchased flowers. However, as I sat in the car & opened the bag, the bag was empty. Quickly, scanning the parking lot, I backtracked my path to the dispensary. However, there was nothing to be found. Therefore, I entered Wellgreens and explained what happened. Inquiring if anyone found anything on the floor etc. Representative: Hold up a minute. We will rerun the in-house video and see if we determine what happened. Tony: Okay. Representative: We watched the video. Apparently, you left the store holding the bag upside down. We are going to watch the outside video and see if we can determine who picked up your flowers ... Tony: Okay. Representative: We can't determine who got your flowers. However, we trust you. We will give you another bag - gratis. Tony: Wow! Thank you so much. As I drove away from Wellgreens, I was enamored by the staff's: patience, professionalism, empathy, & trust. Minutes later, as I entered Highway 78 West, on the right side of the road, I noticed a sign. The sign stated: Freeway adopted by Wellgreens. Again, I was enamored. It was great to see Wellgreens giving back to their immediate community. So then, I decided to give back! Altering my course, I rerouted to: In-n Out Burger 2010 Hacienda Dr, Vista, CA 92081 +1 800 786 1000 See: https://locations.in-n-out.com/61 At which point, I purchased 10 cheeseburgers & 5 fries [vegetarian option].& delivered them to the employees of Wellgreens - Vista, California. The assistance is 1st grade . Zach is a superstar . It could be intimidating walking to buy what is happening and their knowledge their respect and the quality of the store is impeccable. I suggest if you're interested in trying something that may assist with needs that you may have I would try it here and I've been to lots of wonderfulplaces that I thought like March and Ash and others and Walgreens is superior. Don't miss this place. read more

Wellgreens - Cannabis Products - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Vista, California

Wellgreens is just okay. The store itself is really small and doesn't have much variety compared to other dispensaries in the area. The check-in process up front is slow, and once you're finally inside, the budtenders seem pretty rushed and dismissive--it felt like they just wanted to get me in and out as quickly as possible. There's not much room to browse or take your time, and the overall vibe isn't super welcoming. If you're looking for a better experience, I'd recommend checking out Cake House across the street. They usually have better deals, more options, and a more relaxed atmosphere. read more

Everybody was really nice there but I cannot recommend going here. I went to this location today after placing an order online thru their own website (not Weedmaps). After I arrived and was ready to check out I was given a different total than the one it was advertised. Discrepancy of almost $25 dollars. If you guys decide to visit this place I would take a screen shot of your order before heading over or else they'll pull something like this again. Below on the right a picture of the receipt attached to the bag which showed my online total. On the left the price adjustment at the store. $25 Dollars more than advertised read more

Wellgreens - Overcharge at the store for same order I placed online. Wouldn't honor original pricing tru their own website - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Vista, California

Referred by a friend and decided to go on a Saturday. Was busy but Jacob took the time to show me around, explained options and help me make my decision. Happy with my purchase and I'm sure I will be back and bring a friend read more

First of all I have been a long time consumer. The service is okay because it's how the owner perceives me as a client. In the system, he felt it's necessary to announce the workers that I'm Deaf. It's oppressive because I never asked for help in the store in the first place. I've managed to get along with those who are ignorant because they are naive or feel awkward on how to handle with someone who is different. First name Last name (the client is deaf) Is they necessary? No! Then, the manager informed the workers that I'm Deaf in the store. Is that necessary? No! Do they announce a person who is gay or color of people? No! Clearly, the CEO owner is discriminative. I guess it's time to say goodbye. read more

I used to really enjoy myself shopping there. Last time I was in there, I asked a question because I couldn't figure out their discounts. Speaking loud to me and pulling out receipts where it shows my discount that I have been receiving I just asked a question. I asked her to quit talking so loud and she got louder so what's the point in going back? Embarrassing when everyone is watching and listening. I called the store and talked to a guy about it and he said well if it happens once it's gonna probably happen again. read more

Wellgreens - Jet fuel OG, baby jeeters, resin - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Vista, California

Everyone thinks their prices are so great until they go to another dispensary. The 30% discount they give does not even cover the taxes. Look at your receipt. Also, I spent $45 on indica flower and when I opened the container there was only 2 little buds in it. It was sealed so I took the jar into the dispensary and the guy says sorry. He did not even make any effort to call the distributor. Sorry does not cut it. I would highly recommend Speedy Weedy if you want good value. read more

Amazing selection, knowledgable staff, 40 percent off for a first time customer. 5 stars all the way around.
