As I left the dispensary, I anticipated sniffing the fragrance of my newly purchased flowers. However, as I sat in the car & opened the bag, the bag was empty. Quickly, scanning the parking lot, I backtracked my path to the dispensary. However, there was nothing to be found. Therefore, I entered Wellgreens and explained what happened. Inquiring if anyone found anything on the floor etc. Representative: Hold up a minute. We will rerun the in-house video and see if we determine what happened. Tony: Okay. Representative: We watched the video. Apparently, you left the store holding the bag upside down. We are going to watch the outside video and see if we can determine who picked up your flowers ... Tony: Okay. Representative: We can't determine who got your flowers. However, we trust you. We will give you another bag - gratis. Tony: Wow! Thank you so much. As I drove away from Wellgreens, I was enamored by the staff's: patience, professionalism, empathy, & trust. Minutes later, as I entered Highway 78 West, on the right side of the road, I noticed a sign. The sign stated: Freeway adopted by Wellgreens. Again, I was enamored. It was great to see Wellgreens giving back to their immediate community. So then, I decided to give back! Wellgreens is just okay. The store itself is really small and doesn't have much variety compared to other dispensaries in the area. The check-in process up front is slow, and once you're finally inside, the budtenders seem pretty rushed and dismissive--it felt like they just wanted to get me in and out as quickly as possible. There's not much room to browse or take your time, and the overall vibe isn't super welcoming. If you're looking for a better experience, I'd recommend checking out Cake House across the street. They usually have better deals, more options, and a more relaxed atmosphere. read more

After I arrived and was ready to check out I was given a different total than the one it was advertised. Discrepancy of almost $25 dollars. It's oppressive because I never asked for help in the store in the first place. I've managed to get along with those who are ignorant because they are naive or feel awkward on how to handle with someone who is different. First name Last name (the client is deaf) Is they necessary? No! Then, the manager informed the workers that I'm Deaf in the store. Is that necessary? No! Also, I spent $45 on indica flower and when I opened the container there was only 2 little buds in it. It was sealed so I took the jar into the dispensary and the guy says sorry.
