I went to Urban Leaf trusting their staff would be helpful. I am a very friendly person and connected with Skylar. He assured me he would steer me in the right direction. He advised me that the live vape pen was the best . It was better for your lungs and a good choice. I asked if this disposal all in one vaporizer was easy to use. He did not open the actual box and show me. He showed me a picture of it on the computer. Again , he assured me it was easy to use- LIE. Once I got home, I was going to use it. First, no one mentioned that it had to be charged. We followed the directions that were not clear. I charged it the recommended time , twice. No, this device never did work. No, no, no do not come here. I was totally taken advantage of. Again, DO NOT give your business to this place- rip off. There are so many other places you can go. I am returning tomorrow, getting my $$$ back and will never return. read more

They make it difficult to pay. Delivery is broken (can't link account with Jane Pay for no discernible reason). The frustration factor is pretty huge. I use them when they're convenient if I'm near them, but I'm looking for a dispensary that doesn't give me issues with paying in any way that isn't cash. They offer the full gamut of products, and I haven't seen a minimum on delivery, which is nice. They just need to get cashless payment to work and use a service that doesn't pop errors with no explanation. If they find a way to pay that doesn't require cash with big ATM fees, I'll probably start tipping them again. If they don't, then the ATM fees for their total inability to make cashless work is going to be the tip, I guess. read more

I'm a regular here (probably stop in 2-3 a week) but unfortunately today, after my interaction with the security guard in the parking lot, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I parked in a parking spot that doesn't allow parking (not sure why) it was an empty spot, and I've seen cars parked there before. But the security guard mentioned something as I'm getting out of the car, I couldn't hear him but I see him motioning towards me and mouthing something so I say "what" he says it again but it's also a bus stopping right next to me, so I cup my hand to me ear as he's repeating himself a 3rd time and I hear. "You can't park there! There's a FUCKING sign that says no parking" that's when I notice a no parking sign posted on the fence in front of my parking space. Honest mistake, I didn't see the sign. I don't know why he felt the need to cuss at customer out for it though. After hearing his tone I just got back in my car and left. This place is aight and I really enjoy the people that work here, but I'm big on customer service, and that extends to the parking lot and your little security guard out front as well. I understand that he's got a job to do and that being nice might not be part of his professional duties, but it sure does help the customer experience when the first person the customer encounters is helpful and not angry. Learn how to correct a customer in a helpful manner instead of angrily cussing them out for a simple error. I had a particlar item that I want and he said he had a product that was comparable to it . No it is harsh and over priced and I was unable to enjoy the product.
