Unclear where they are located and delivering from. On Weedmaps it says San Marcos. Hours are not accurate. Placed an order around 7:30 PM, they called to confirm and then suddenly I was transferred to someone else on the phone for no apparent reason and then when the driver answers he says they aren't doing any more deliveries for the day. I would call this selective customer service and your hours need to be updated. Additionally there is a $4 debit card fee. When I called them back they were releuctant to do anything besides giving me a 10$ credit. Then they agreed to do 20$ credit next purchase. That's wack I have to spend money to get what they over charged me back. And on top of that they did nothing for the bogus sack they sold me. So they over charged me 18$, ripped me off 70$. I provided a valid Medical Marijuana Identification Card(with recommendation) and a valid government issued military ID. I have been waiting for the DMV to fix my drivers license for months. The regulation states "NOT LIMITED TO" a *driver's license*. So, the medical card should be good, and the law states "(2) A valid identification card issued to a member of the Armed Forces that includes the person's name, date of birth, and photo;" but my military ID was refused because the store manager Willie, who is a vet, seems to think the Uniform Code of Military Justice applies to the civilian world and marijuana sales. After proving my point and citing the lawful regulations, the company sent me a text saying I am no longer a supported customer. This is the first time you have dealt with this situation since you opened, according to Willie, and you guys just got rid of a customer out of fear and ignorance. I told Willie he's going to lose his job, his reply was "ok then take it". Great business! § 5404. Retail Customers (a) A licensed retailer shall only sell adult-use cannabis goods to individuals who are at least 21 years of age after confirming the customer's age and identity by inspecting a valid form of identification provided by the customer as required by subsection (c) of this section. (b) A licensed retailer shall only sell medicinal cannabis goods to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and possesses a valid physician's recommendation after confirming the customer's age, identity, and physician's recommendation as required by subsection (c) of this section.
