Regarding the product offerings, it's a pretty small shop so it is a bit more limited (I've been to several of their LA locations so perhaps I'm spoiled lol). Despite this, I was able to find a few things that suited my needs at a reasonable cost. This is exactly the problem with corporate dispensaries. You might get a big selection and good products, but the second something goes wrong, you're treated like a transaction instead of an actual customer. Zero empathy. Zero accountability. UPDATE: The employee gave me the email "stiiizy at support.com." I immediately told him that didn't even look right and asked him to double-check. After calling someone, he came back and admitted the correct email was actually "support at stiiizy.com." So imagine if I had left, emailed the wrong address, never got a response, and had to come all the way back again. What made it worse was instead of apologizing, he tried to act like he never gave me the wrong email in the first place. Complete gaslighting. Then after I calmly explained my experience to security, the manager -- NOE -- kicked me out and said he was going to "mark my record." Honestly one of the most unprofessional, low-integrity customer service experiences I've had in a long time.
