I have to say, I've been to many head shops, and this one is still my favorite! A lot of the budtenders are very knowledgeable, which I appreciate because sometimes I don't know what I want and need help! Lol They always have great deals! I love it when I roll up and they're having a free giveaway! Even when there's a long line, they are pretty quick to get rid of it. read more

Worst customer service.. they did not disclose their return policy. I had a bad pod and didn't save the packaging.. I used to spend thousands here, and they lost a customer over a $10 pod. Very poor decision. read more

STIIIZY - Vista - Moldy weed - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Vista, California

I had a really upsetting experience here. I parked in the front where there are faded lines next to the handicap spots. I'm currently recovering from a motorcycle accident and don't have my placard yet, so I parked to the right. Security didn't say anything when I walked in. After I made my purchase, the employee at the desk told me it wasn't a spot. I immediately apologized and said I wouldn't park there again. As I was leaving, another employee loudly asked, "Whose car is that?" I said it was mine and again apologized, explaining I was already told and was leaving. He then followed me outside all the way to my car, repeatedly telling me it's not a parking spot even though I kept saying I understood. It felt aggressive and honestly like I was being accosted over a mistake I had already acknowledged. I left feeling attacked and very uncomfortable. There was no need to escalate it like that. read more

Really expensive prices with horrible customer service. Prices are much cheaper at nearby dispensaries for stiizy products.

When i went inside, the employee sold me the wrong product, they usually specify and give me a run through of the what i'm buying/what the box specifies but they didn't this time, so when i came in again to get the right product, they told me there's no refunds/exchanges so i had to buy a $20 battery for my pod. When i came in the white girl with black hair and bangs seemed annoyed at me for getting the wrong product, she was bitchy and didn't give good customer service. Overall, i don't wanna come back. read more

Emily was a delight, she is so knowledgeable and very sweet. Thank you for such a great experience!

Don't waste your money, there's way better dispensaries, nearby!! This place has shit products, even worse customer service and horrible management! They promote that if their pods don't work, you can bring it back within a week as long as you have the box for an exchange. But when you do that, they'll take it to the back and find any excuse to not exchange it. They'll blame your battery even if your battery works with other pods. They will do anything to not replace it! Their staff is completely incompetent and just give you a sticky note with support@stiiizy.com and tell you to email them about your concerns. Absolutely ridiculous, especially since their products always get clogged. I went down the street to URBN LEAF and they hooked me up with a new battery for free! THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! GO TO URBN LEAF DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT STIIIZY! read more

Super dog friendly and staff is always knowledgeable. Doggie treats for my Frankie every time

Agian another distasteful visit, The manager some kid with glasses and a bad attitude. Couldn't even articulate why my product couldn't be returned . This particular manager seems very upset with their self identity and it shows with it's really messed up customer service and nonchalant attitude. This is the second time I encountered this person with the same results . Even security agreed with me management do something about your supervisor. Also this manager wouldn't provide their name . read more

Worst customer service ever! They offer a policy exchange on defective products but manager on duty had a bad attitude and didn't do it! Not coming back to this store. The employees are not qualified to attend customers! Hopefully the owner does something right about it! read more

DO NOT waste your money at this establishment. They advertise a 30% off first-time patient discount**, yet when I went in and asked about it, the cashier immediately denied that the promotion even existed. I explained that I had seen the offer advertised on Weedmaps, and she again insisted they do not offer any first-time patient discount. At that point I was confused and honestly caught off guard. Instead of walking out, I felt pressured to complete the purchase and ended up paying full price. Afterward, I went back to my car, grabbed my phone, and returned to the counter to physically show them the advertisement for the 30% discount. Only then did they acknowledge it and respond with, "You're supposed to show that first. We can't refund you, and there are a lot of people waiting so we have to hurry up. Is there anything else we can help you with?" The way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. The manager I spoke with had a dismissive and unnecessarily rude attitude and clearly did not know how to properly handle a simple customer concern. Rather than addressing the issue or trying to make things right, the response was defensive and rushed. If a business is going to advertise promotions, they should honor them and ensure their staff is properly informed. Customers should not have to argue or prove that a promotion exists after it has already been advertised. There are plenty of other establishments with far better customer service and staff who treat customers with basic respect. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Not sure why budtenders egos got so inflated over the years read more

Ordered delivery at 7:30p. I knew it was a bit late, so I messaged the customer service at 8:30p and they ensured me that despite the expected wait time increasing, the order would be delivered by 9:15p. The order was eventually accepted by a driver, then immediately they dropped the order. I messaged the support again, and was told it would be delivered in 5 to 6 minutes. Again, order was accepted then dropped. The order was then put on hold from one of my items being unavailable, and by the time I could select a replacement it was past the cut off time to order. Come to find out, the original driver wanted to get off early, and two other drivers rejected the order. I could've come in if I had just been told the first time the drivers wouldn't make it out to me. Long story short, don't order past 7p unless you want to be strung along and ultimately be forced to wait until the next day. Thanks for the 20% off my next order I guess. read more

Fake ass pods they shoot was out the top and literally get clogged more then fake carts

Was excited to see a stiiizy store closer to me than vista! It's a great location but they have the windows all blacked out and tons of artificial lighting. They also have a terrible selection of black label products and many of the strains I can get in vista simply aren't here. There also isn't a way to check inventory without actually driving over and checking in person. I'll continue to going to vista for now read more

First time customer, just went to get a pre roll and they had a deal for first-timers only to get discount on edibles. I purchased and went back to my car to get $1 to be able to get the deal and all of a sudden "You can't get it after your transaction"... I literally would have waited to get the deal after going to my car. They scammed me out of a one-time deal purposely. LA Stizzy is 10x better and a way better experience. read more

!!! scam alert !!!!..stizzy vista sucks ..just exposed there scam caught them in the act ... do not go or shop here ..you will only be disappointed ....will be reporting the issue to the code enforcement and all governing bodies who issues operating permits to this location ... this location should be fined... hay owners fix this or its just a matter of time before your reputation is demised and tarnished even more .you worked hard to get your business to this point .... take the time and save your store. work on training your employees the return policy is not being horned at this location the policy is posted on your website ..your employees are not accepting returns even if they just handed you the product and your still in the store still looking at them .....That's illegal and called Theft ..The governing code book specially states your actions are illegal ..No where does it state otherwise your employees are liars and have almost zero customer service skills or consideration with no knowledge of your public business or website legal requirements' very truly yours, a disappointed customer read more

Wow I have never seen them make you wait outside at a weed shop to get in since COVID. First timer so I was surprised how poorly this place is managed especially since their products are distributed and have a good reputation. Not only do you have to wait in a long line outside, when you finally get permission to enter, you have to wait in another long line. Total of 30 mins, what a waste of time. They only had 2 employees working, Also, they do not accept medical recommendations saying their prices are already discounted but I get them cheaper with my medical card elsewhere. The customer service was good when I finally got to the front but I will definitely not be returning. If I'm in this area again I'll try another shop, read more

I was very disappointed in the fact that no one told or even suggested the buy1 get1 deal on the 3.5 bags and I bought a 7g bag at full price and when I called to ask if I could somehow exchange it I got no answer and even after leaving a message I got no call back. I went back to the Vista location and was told nothing could be done so I guess f... me. I have been a very loyal customer I am not made of money so I bought the cheapest bag I could not knowing I could have bought a top shelf bag for 5 dollars less and got a second bag for 1penny.
