Went to Elevate smoke shop yesterday to pick up a Puffco Hot Knife. Shopping experience was awful, felt rushed, prices were 2x retail markup and the best part -- Out the box the product was defective. Brought it back immediately and was told there's no refunds and nothing they will do to fix the situation. Huge shame because I have funneled customers from my local dispensary to their shop. Definitely beware of this shop. Predatory practices and awful service. Better off shopping direct or anywhere else. read more

I wanted to warn people about this place. The guy was a creep. He was rude and he kept repeatedly touching his private part in front of me and I felt very uncomfortable because I was alone with him in an empty store at night and the parking lot was empty. He was blasting his phone on speaker and he wouldn't turn it off to help me. I could hear his conversation with the guy on the phone making comments about "n word c nt" right in front of me. I just had to leave because I got a bad gut feeling and I was sexually harassed. The vibe here is off and this place seems shady. I think the guy was the owner, a redheaded middle eastern guy who speaks with an accent. Their selection was not that great, a lot of made in China imitation crap. I went here to buy a vape puff, and when I arrived at the store it was completely deserted. After about 10 minutes of waiting a guy finally came out from the back. I asked him if he had a specific brand of vapes, and he said no, then pointed to a row of the vapes I was looking for. He was foreign so it was kinda difficult communicating with him. When I paid he didn't give me the vape in the packaging box, he took it out, which seemed really sketchy. It was an easy transaction. The guy who works here & prob owns the store was really helpful and nice (which is not usually the case in my experience at smoke shops), let me smell the different vape juices so I could choose one I liked.
