It's honestly hilarious how angry he is, I seriously thought he was joking when I walked in and laughed but to instantly be asked "what's so funny white boy" made me laugh even harder. Harassed the crap out of me over kratom which he told me was illegal to sell them proceed to sell me some. All while he was smacking his lunch but I wasn't going anywhere till I got what I came for. This shop was previously owned and operated by an older man who was impatient, rude, prejudiced and a barrier to acquiring the smoking products and accessories I needed at the time. Recently, a couple different guys started manning the shop, and my oh my, what a difference. They are both VERY considerate, will work with me and whoever else on deals and price within reason, are available to develop sincere shop- to-customer relationships that they can better help/serve us with, and they have changed up a significant amount of their stock that is much better geared towards fulfilling today's smoking needs, across the board. Their prices are competitive, they have excellently selected some of the best products on the market to offer on their shelves, and the overall vibration of the shop has DRAMATICALLY improved. I feel welcome in there. And they are happy to answer any questions that I can come up with, from a knowledge base invaluable in this industry. They have a full on humidor room (I don't smoke cigars but it's so large I couldn't help but notice) and all of the hard to find, fancy cigarettes I like to treat myself to a pack of every once in a while. And honestly, GOOD LUCK finding a pack of cigarettes these days for 6.45$ anywhere else. Seriously. Disrespectful for absolutely no reason and incredibly rude. Guy gave me the most disgusted look when I asked to look at some of his pieces and was just passive aggressive the whole time. It was to the point where I felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable. I was pretty mad but I just decided to take the adult route. All things tobacco is what I'm about. From the years of cigar, pipe, cigarette smoking. To the dip, snus and snuff. I'm aging tobacco as part of my private collection. I always held tobacco shops like this in low regard because of the "swisher sweets", "black and mild" connotation and that association with marijuana. Any real tobacconist gets their tobacco from a real shop with a humidor, a couple hundred different types of quality brands are needed and absolutely no association with hookah or water piping. This is no such establishment, but having better than most it's got a little more than a dozen generically blended pipe tobacco's. a few dozen generically blended and bagged cigarette ryo bags, a few dozen tins and pouches of pretty fresh stock. The humidor here is a little higher than mid level on the sliding scale as their inventory doesn't move too much. It's displayed poorly, organized poorly, priced well, but caters to a true cigarette smoker only. I get that e-cigarette's are the future and they get that too which is why they don't carry them and definitely don't' push them. Excellent hours, open well beyond most places, they just have a poor location with minimal traffic. Some features you should look for in a good tobacco shop is they should have a large walk in humidor, a few hundred types and boxes of cigar's, a few dozen types of pipe tobacco, a dozen types of snus, a variety of cigarette's, but not heavily on display, no water pipes, no e-cigarette's, nothing counter culture, high quality and inexpensive briar pipes, a lounge and knowledgeable staff. This is your typical convenience store tobacco bodega. At least they know their papers. read more

Ok ,, I am giving No stars to be clear.. Yes! this is wasting my time.. I could not allow this rating to pass.! I bought a torch lighter here. I got home lit up a stogie, as im lighting it the torch sprays out some of the fuel and it seriously almost torched my face. Next day I return to this smoke shop and I let him know what happened. Guy says " what you want me do"? I say "well, I would like to upgrade, since a defected lighter, i would like to take the $15 dollars from defected torch and use towards a better quality. He said " No, I not going to do this, your welcome to purchase a new better one. " This Owner of this business tested it himself. He , filled the torch, lit it up and witnessed two times, the torch sent a stream of fuel, then a flame, not a torch, a flame! Then comes back to me and says, "see it is working." I bought a "quartz" nail here, the piece melted out on the bottom and I brought it back to show him. He told me there is no refund and that it isn't quartz. He then accused me of breaking it so he would have to avoid replacing a $11 dollar piece! Do not buy any of this shop's eCig items. They are all low quality knock-offs. The guy will rip you off. Bought a $50 eCig battery that he told me was a top quality name brand. The actual name brand holds a charge for 14 hours, this guys battery holds a charge for about an hour. Tested using the same tank/liquid combo. His eCig liquids are also very low quality. To the most stunningly beautiful and awe inspiring auburn haired goddess that works there: When you greeted me it was as if everything felt not quite normal. I've been going here for long time. I remember they started as a typical "Smoke Shop" - cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, pipes and related accessories.... Slowly by slowly they have added a lot of stuff like Hookahs, Shisha, water pipes, rolling papers, incense, lottery tickets and pocket knives in wide varieties. The newest addition is eCigs and juices and all the related parts at very very reasonable price. The clerk ( I think he is the owner) is very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are great. Owner is very RUDE. Have visited sporadically since 2000 and wonder why I go back every time. If you ask him a question he gives a smart ass remark. My suggestion to him is not to be so RUDE and he may get more customers however, this may not help as the products are sub par and have been for 15 years. When I smoked cigs they always seemed stale and don't even try the cigars or you'll ruin your batch with worms, the ecig inventory is 3x retail. Went in yesterday and asked if he sold parts for a very specific ecig tank (kanger protank 3) he says condescendingly "which part?" There's only one part that you replace so Either you do or you don't I don't need your smart remarks, bought it anyway and he popped it out of the plastic pack on to the dirty counter when I went to use it, it lasted less than half the time as normal.
