They're mods a fairly priced I've bought about 3 from them and this last one I got was the new Skyhook RDTA. Unfortunately it mysteriously stopped working after about 3 weeks. I went into the shop for some help and after trying for a few minutes the owner Greg just outright replaced it and said he would return it to the manufacturer for me. (if you're reading this....i beg for your forgiveness in not remembering your name. Sorry! However, this review is about you). He's a HERO!!! truly knowledgeable. I had a problem with a cartridge not firing and wanting to replace it with another one. He not only made the cartridge worked, but fixed a problem that I had with the vape. When I inhaled, it was kinda of awkward for me and annoying sound. In five minutes, he corrected the temp and cartridge. I bought a back up cartridge from the shop by the way. No he did not rebuild it. No he did not work on it in a way that is against FDA guidelines. It works 100% to my satisfaction. I truly enjoy my mod and atomizer that I just bought almost a week ago. Made our decision to move down further in SoCal and Cloudhaven is the spot! Customer service is on point. There is usually always deals on juices. Owned by Greg and Greg is da man!
