i'd leave half a star if i could lol. i walked in asking for a disposable vape, she told me they have them but for $56. $20-30 over the price of what every other shop charges. so i said woah no no im okay thank you and started walking out to which she STOPPED me and started pressing me about "what it's like around here" and asking if "im aware" of the product i was asking for and i was like... yes im aware and im sure ill find it for cheaper. and she kept making snarky comments as i walked out. i said "don't worry im sure people will still buy from you!" and she said "THEY DO" ... i was literally blown away by how bratty she was. made me laugh. i wouldn't recommend going in there, but if earth freezes over and hell is imminent and u find yourself in there and see a snarky ginger lady, may god watch over you. read more

Be very careful purchasing vapes here. I purchased a vape and 15 minutes later, it no long worked after using it twice. I called the store and was told it was "common" for some of their vapes to malfunction due to them being in storage for so long. I was offered an exchange so I went in and exchanged for another vape. By day two, this vape didn't charge and no longer worked. I've never in my life had this kind of experience with vapes. read more

TERRIBLE place to go to. they upcharged me and charged me 150 for a voopoo pack that comes with a tank. anywhere else that'll be 75. and when I changed my mind and asked for a refund he said there's a no return policy. there wasn't a coil in the tank, and the mod had scratches on the screen without the plastic covering so it wasn't even new. They are really helpful with any technical questions that I have, and never make me feel small for not knowing something. They work to get me what I need, and cut no corners on the products they carry. Here you are their number one priority. The atmosphere is really laid-back and good music is always playing. All the sales people are really chill and can hold conversation (without always trying to sell you something.) all around good energy and good vibes here. I highly recommend this place if you are just starting out on vaping, or just trying to quit smoking. Furthermore the satellite shops that are at local malls are just as professional. So I walked into Aroma Avenue SOOOO lost! I knew I wanted to purchase a vape for my friend for the holiday but I didn't know anything about vapes and I made that very apparent (which obviously puts me in a vulnerable situation to be taken advantage of and oversold to!). One of the co-owners helped me out and basically educated me on different types of vapes/systems that I could purchase but highly recommended a basic one that came with everything I would need (the pen and the charger) since we were new to vapes. When he said "I don't want you to buy stuff you don't need" I knew I was at the right place and will always come here for my vape needs/recommend them to anyone looking for vapes. So not only did I get a system that was affordable/exactly the one I needed, he also honored the yelp check-in discount for me (AMAZING!!!). I left happy, gave the gift to my friend and we then realized that the vape would not charge! I called Aroma Avenue and the gentleman that answered was the sweetest! He apologized for the device; stating that the vape I got usually doesn't have issues but may be defective. He encouraged me to come in at my earliest convenience (with or without the receipt) and he would exchange it for a functional one! I went in the next day, and explained my situation to another gentleman working....who also reacted the same exact way (totally willing/happy to exchange the product). I was encouraged to test the vape before leaving the store....and IT WORKED!!! Overall, Aroma Avenue is amazing!!! Some of the best customer service (patience, ethics/morals, and overall so sweet) I have ever experienced. So I went back the next day to exchange it and they said they can't do anything?? The employee calls the owner snd he said the same.
