Came here for the first time last weekend. Was only looking for juice and left with a bottle of my new favorite juice and a new vape that I absolutely love. The guy helping us (I hate that I never caught his name) let us know it was his first day in that specific shop but he was still AWESOME. Extremely knowledgeable in all levels of vape and the only person who's ever taken my wants in a vape juice (dessert with heavy flavor & strong cloud) and had me try one that I loved right off the bat & bought. NAILED IT. The owner is amazing as well!! He sold me my set up for a bundle deal and it was great. 100% will always come back here & already planning on returning this weekend to use my 15% on more juice. I would give this place 3.5 stars. I would rate it as a 5, but it's pretty pricey here and I feel like they need more than 1 person working at a time. Maybe there was someone on break at the time I came in? But it took a while for someone to be able to help me out. But when I was helped, Trevor was very helpful! He showed me the most popular juices similar to the flavor I was looking for since they were out of the flavor I wanted. He set up my new vape just to make sure it worked. This is the best vape shop I have been to in North County in 5 years of vaping and shopping. David and Sal who I met today are knowledgeable, low key, and engaged without being pushy. I suspect they would sell anything well, because they absolutely kill it with this place. The store is beautifully maintained, without the typical chaos of juice bottles, vape parts, pliers, boxes, and other stuff all around. The Vapes and juices are well displayed and easy to see and try, and the atmosphere is unrushed without feeling like an opium den. That all said... it is the vape selection itself that is the real winner here. It is really well thought out without the weird and chaotic mish mash of overpriced trendy models and cheap stuff that so many places now carry. If you like a model, they have a broad selection of looks and combinations to choose from. The mix of models for both salt nic and non ranges across all quality and price levels. The advice they give doesn't feel like shilling or just making a sale...it is remarkably knowledgeable.Their recommendations seem to take into account how a customer wants to use the vape, their budget, and the importance of subtle things like pull strength and mouth feel. This might seem minor, but when you put it all together it creates an experience that I've yet to run into at any vape shop in the area. . As the other reviews reflect, I received really, really good service. They have an outstanding selection of juices in stock and the guy that helped me was very knowledgable, patient, and friendly. The prices are pretty standard for a brick-and-mortar, maybe slightly on the high side which is why I didn't give five stars (I'd give 4.5 if I could), but you can earn rewards and get discounts, and there are deals on certain juices, etc., so that the service and choice feel to be worth the price in the end. I have bought a few vape pens from this place (overly priced there btw) and a lot of the vape pens do not work properly. They say to try make sure it works before leaving the store but if your pen malfunctions after you leave you will not be refunded. If you buy 2 pens at 10% off and don't try both pens you will not be refunded. Who opens 2 pens?! They just ripped me off for the last time! I will not return as I do not trust their products! To give you a little background, I have worked in customer service about 15 years or so. I do know a thing or two about what good customer service is. I needed some ejuice, some good ejuice, cause I'm still smoking cigarettes and want to actually quit smoking. I had heard about Aroma Avenue Vape from my roommate who had recently bought some ejuice and other cool things from them. I thought "What the hell? Let's give them a try." I needed a new vape shop. I was able to get someone on the Chat function on their Google profile and was immediately connected to someone who offered to help me. I had a list of things to get. The representative quickly located my items and said they had them in stock. Mind you, this is the Chat function for all other locations. I was happy with just being able to check stock with someone through the chat function. I get to the store, there is a little bit of a line, but no biggie. I can see due to their phenomenal customer service why they have one. It did not take long at all to be helped. I listed one thing out of the many things I was picking up and the associate started grabbing stuff off the shelf, all the things that I was checking stock on. He had my items available in seconds. I paid and I left and got some good prices for buying multiple items. I will definitely be back at this store in the future. Thank you for such a seamless transaction. The shop is the best I've seen in San Diego county. I used to work in Irvine where there are a lot of great Vape shops. This shop, here in Oceanside, has a great offering of mods, atty's, coils, and more. Plus their prices are quite reasonable, they offer a 10% off coupon on their Yelp page, and, the more often you stop by, make a purchase, and use your phone number, you will earn even better discounts - I got a 20% off the last time I went by. Sooo, I've had great service in here for the most part but I'm highly disappointed in my experience today. The fact that I've spent 100s of dollars on vapes and that when coming in with a nearly full disposable that started blinking there was no willingness to work with me for a discount. I came in tonight around 4:45pm. Let the girl working know that I bought the buy 4 get two free a month prior and that that happened with 3 of my vapes. I came back last week and bought a new one full price, didn't complain since two were free in the previous purchase anyway, but the full priced one had the same issue this time. I brought it in, asked if I could get any sort of discount because it sucks to spend $40 on something and have it not work. She said if it works on the first day that's all that matters and there's no way she could even give me $5 off. I bought a rechargeable one this time but I will never be coming back. Of course you should offer buy 3 get one free if none of them are going to actually work in the first place. If you want to throw $200 away this place is perfect for you. It seems absolutely ridiculous that you can't return a faulty product to the vendor and lose absolutely nothing as a company. Or at least give someone a $10 discount. Hell, even $5. Especially considering that you're charging so much for them in the first place. When I went to purchase the one I bought today she didn't even ask for my phone number like the previous three customers so I could at least get points, I had to ask if she would take my phone number.
