Came here for the first time last weekend. Was only looking for juice and left with a bottle of my new favorite juice and a new vape that I absolutely love. The guy helping us (I hate that I never caught his name) let us know it was his first day in that specific shop but he was still AWESOME. Extremely knowledgeable in all levels of vape and the only person who's ever taken my wants in a vape juice (dessert with heavy flavor & strong cloud) and had me try one that I loved right off the bat & bought. NAILED IT. The owner is amazing as well!! He sold me my set up for a bundle deal and it was great. 100% will always come back here & already planning on returning this weekend to use my 15% on more juice. The shop is highly organized, SUPER easy to browse through and prices aren't bad AT ALL. Thanks guys!! read more

The Haven - I love my new vape! - Vape Shops Near Me - Oceanside, California

My boy David is a great help, recommended me flavorful juices, and is a friendly face that I look forward to seeing. 5 stars!

I've been coming here since covid started. They were badass about it and we're delivering to my house when my situation didn't allow me to be out and about as a healthcare professional who also had immediate family with concerning comorbidities. Thank you Aroma Ave for being socially responsible. I have been coming since. read more

Love this place they have such good prices and great customer service my husband and I always come here and they are always great to us. I have no complaints read more

A lot of variety to pick from. Good service and answered all of my questions. Will be coming back.

This is the best vape shop I have been to in North County in 5 years of vaping and shopping. David and Sal who I met today are knowledgeable, low key, and engaged without being pushy. I suspect they would sell anything well, because they absolutely kill it with this place. The store is beautifully maintained, without the typical chaos of juice bottles, vape parts, pliers, boxes, and other stuff all around. The Vapes and juices are well displayed and easy to see and try, and the atmosphere is unrushed without feeling like an opium den. That all said... it is the vape selection itself that is the real winner here. It is really well thought out without the weird and chaotic mish mash of overpriced trendy models and cheap stuff that so many places now carry. If you like a model, they have a broad selection of looks and combinations to choose from. The mix of models for both salt nic and non ranges across all quality and price levels. The advice they give doesn't feel like shilling or just making a sale...it is remarkably knowledgeable.Their recommendations seem to take into account how a customer wants to use the vape, their budget, and the importance of subtle things like pull strength and mouth feel. This might seem minor, but when you put it all together it creates an experience that I've yet to run into at any vape shop in the area. . I am very happy i discovered this shop and with my two new Vapes and assorted juices. I will be coming back for sure. read more

As the other reviews reflect, I received really, really good service. They have an outstanding selection of juices in stock and the guy that helped me was very knowledgable, patient, and friendly. The prices are pretty standard for a brick-and-mortar, maybe slightly on the high side which is why I didn't give five stars (I'd give 4.5 if I could), but you can earn rewards and get discounts, and there are deals on certain juices, etc., so that the service and choice feel to be worth the price in the end. Great job! read more

I've been coming here for years for any of my vape purchases. Building new vapes, a wide variety of flavors, and many disposable vapes as well. Very helpful and i highly recommend them read more

STUPID EXPENSIVE !!!!! Don't shop here! I went the other day to pick up some vape juice and the guy said the juice was 28$ for a a 30mil, so I didn't buy anything and found another place down in Oceanside and found the same exact juice for 12$ Never shopping here again read more

Easy to order, great selection of products and friendly service! I was able to get exactly what I need and it was ready when I picked up.

great experience with kaylea. i'm not a local but i definitely will come back when i am in san diego .

I have bought a few vape pens from this place (overly priced there btw) and a lot of the vape pens do not work properly. They say to try make sure it works before leaving the store but if your pen malfunctions after you leave you will not be refunded. If you buy 2 pens at 10% off and don't try both pens you will not be refunded. Who opens 2 pens?! They just ripped me off for the last time! I will not return as I do not trust their products! The female cashier only said, "unfortunately there is nothing I can do. I'm sorry." Really?! Unfortunately we just ripped you off is basically what she said. So unfortunately I will not ever return! read more

Booji juices that are pretty pricey, but I find them very dependable for their selection of hardware. If you need coils, I'd go here.

Bought a eon silky strawberry pod. Was told it did not have a mint base. Went to my car and tried it, and low and behold it for sure does. Went back in, the guy wouldn't give me my money back or exchange it. He said he could give me a discount on their already overpriced pods. Ridiculous. read more

Great service! Best vape store in town! With great prices! Highly recommend!!!!! Levi knows his stuff and is a dope guy!!!

To give you a little background, I have worked in customer service about 15 years or so. I do know a thing or two about what good customer service is. I needed some ejuice, some good ejuice, cause I'm still smoking cigarettes and want to actually quit smoking. I had heard about Aroma Avenue Vape from my roommate who had recently bought some ejuice and other cool things from them. I thought "What the hell? Let's give them a try." I needed a new vape shop. I was able to get someone on the Chat function on their Google profile and was immediately connected to someone who offered to help me. I had a list of things to get. The representative quickly located my items and said they had them in stock. Mind you, this is the Chat function for all other locations. I was happy with just being able to check stock with someone through the chat function. I get to the store, there is a little bit of a line, but no biggie. I can see due to their phenomenal customer service why they have one. It did not take long at all to be helped. I listed one thing out of the many things I was picking up and the associate started grabbing stuff off the shelf, all the things that I was checking stock on. He had my items available in seconds. I paid and I left and got some good prices for buying multiple items. I will definitely be back at this store in the future. Thank you for such a seamless transaction. True customer service at its finest right here. To all that assisted me, thank you, you definitely gained a loyal customer with me. read more

The shop is the best I've seen in San Diego county. I used to work in Irvine where there are a lot of great Vape shops. This shop, here in Oceanside, has a great offering of mods, atty's, coils, and more. Plus their prices are quite reasonable, they offer a 10% off coupon on their Yelp page, and, the more often you stop by, make a purchase, and use your phone number, you will earn even better discounts - I got a 20% off the last time I went by. These guys are doing it right and if you're looking for a great vape shop in the north county area, Aroma Avenue is the place to go! read more

Sooo, I've had great service in here for the most part but I'm highly disappointed in my experience today. The fact that I've spent 100s of dollars on vapes and that when coming in with a nearly full disposable that started blinking there was no willingness to work with me for a discount. I came in tonight around 4:45pm. Let the girl working know that I bought the buy 4 get two free a month prior and that that happened with 3 of my vapes. I came back last week and bought a new one full price, didn't complain since two were free in the previous purchase anyway, but the full priced one had the same issue this time. I brought it in, asked if I could get any sort of discount because it sucks to spend $40 on something and have it not work. She said if it works on the first day that's all that matters and there's no way she could even give me $5 off. I bought a rechargeable one this time but I will never be coming back. Of course you should offer buy 3 get one free if none of them are going to actually work in the first place. If you want to throw $200 away this place is perfect for you. It seems absolutely ridiculous that you can't return a faulty product to the vendor and lose absolutely nothing as a company. Or at least give someone a $10 discount. Hell, even $5. Especially considering that you're charging so much for them in the first place. When I went to purchase the one I bought today she didn't even ask for my phone number like the previous three customers so I could at least get points, I had to ask if she would take my phone number. Super lame customer service. -3 stars if it were an option. Two thumbs down. read more

Just come here instead of the gas stations lol Great customer service. Lots of selections. Will be back.

Wonderful selection and extremely knowledgeable staff. A bit pricy though so don't expect leaving and feeling like you got a good deal. Quality cost as we know so at least you are getting a good product. The staff is awesome though and it's a fun atmosphere. read more

Clean, friendly, quickly attentive, but priced two-three dollars above anybody else for the same products.

What an awesome Vape Shop! They have rows and rows of premium Vape juice, even ones you can't find anywhere else. On top of that, they have several mods, tanks, and RDA's in stock. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable willing to help you find the right juice or setup. They have a cool points rewards program that's easy to setup and keep track of using an app. It's worth the 40 min drive from San Diego. read more

The best place to shop for vapes and anything related to vaping. Very nice and helpful people working there would definitely be my place to shop all what i need in the future. read more

Super convenient location. Huge selection of flavors with knowledgeable and friendly staff

This place is over priced and they don't care about their customers being satisfied. I am part of the recovery community and I have never been treated this unfairly. I will never spend my money at Aroma ever again. I do not recommend this place. These people are money hungry and greedy. If I could give it zero stars I would. read more

Went into this shop this morning Cuz FEELS GOOD in O'side was closed. Not impressed! When these others write the reviews about how awesome this plače is and how wonderful the service and knowledge is, I think I must have been in the wrong plače. The kid knew nothing, the vape sample tips were all empty and the pens were practically dead. It was almost like a dollar store in there, because of all of the cheap perfumes and stuff behind the counter. So, in my humble opinion, skip this joint. there are lots of others in the close area. read more

Great spot for the Real vape enthusiast!!! Try out "lemon bang" and "papa bear" from The Vape Corner!!! I went in with low expections after going to afew other local shops, this is definitely not your average shop. I was greeted when I entered and was left alone! ( i can't stand it when the guy just follows you around like a lost puppy) when I needed help he (ANDY) gave great advice and didn't try and sell me the expensive stuff, just only what I needed. After buying my new TOBH atty, he hooked me up with a dope build that produces great clouds. Thanx Andy, I will definitely let the BOSS know. Great customer service and the price on the juice BEATS anybodies price around that area. Def one of the best VAPE shops in Oside. read more

Went by to buy a drip tip on a Sunday morning. The sign said "OPEN" and the door was unlocked. So I went in. Found the attendant sleeping on the couch at the rear of the store. Had to awaken him to get any help. When I told him what I wanted, a rotatable drip tip, he must not have been listening. He showed me everything but. Fnally after I again told him "rotatable" he walked to the front case and pick a bowl of them out. I picked what I wanted, paid and left. They do have a nice selection of equipment. Maybe someday I'll return and check their selection of juice, prrcing and such. Probably not! read more
