HORRIBLE customer service. I was wrong about one of my coils cause I didn't realize I had two different pods, the guy at the counter was an asshole. Not only did he try to belittle me and embarrass me he then tried to make me look like an idiot instead of just saying "Hey hon, I realize it's not the right one and sorry you didn't know" I would of purchased another one but I will never do business with them and to think we were going to have one of our products sold at their store. As a business owner I would of fired any of my employees who treated their customers that way. God don't like ugly. If I were younger this would probably be my spot because they have all your smoking accessories and more. Everything is well organized and it doesn't really smell like a smoke shop you know most shops smell like incents or something. I know vapes is the thing now so a lot of people don't even smoke anymore. So you don't see a lot of cigarettes or tobacco products here. Vape e-juice prices seem to come off of the top of their head. Charged three different prices for the same e-juice on three different trips. Called them out on the third visit because price was magically $7 more than the same product a week before. Otherwise, a decent selection and helpful staff. read more

Yellow spots all over the cigarette paper. Shouldn't be a problem. But for some reason the cigarettes make me unusually sedated and have a fast heart rate. Looking for a place to buy cigarettes in the area I came here due to the great Yelp reviews. Not many options in the area and for some reason the cigarettes are much more expensive down here than in LA which I just don't understand. I first came here when I was at the height of a terrible Multiple Sclerosis attack. I could barely walk, and I was in immense pain. First off, the employees were very empathetic to the pain that I was going through. They listened to all of my symptoms and recommended the best products of CBD to select, as I was a newbie to vaping. They hooked me up with a starter kit, got it all set up, and showed me how to use it. Since then I have gone in for coils, a replacement tank, and a deep cleaning. I recently thought I needed another tank, but an employee (maybe owner?) said that it was due to another problem. He cleaned my vape pen thoroughly for free (I am a regular customer) and told me what to do in the future. I think this is great customer service. Rather selling me something when he knew the issue and ripping me off, he did a good deed. The selection of products varies. Yesterday it looked like they were fully stocked. Another reason why I love this shop is that they sell *Koi CBD. According to Koi's website map, Smoke Depot is 1 of 2 places in North County that sells Koi. This is the only CBD as far as 100% pure that I vape. If I had one recommendation for them I would ask to keep a larger selection of Koi in stock. Vanilla Custard is my favorite btw. read more

Came here to buy Nicotine Pens, because I just wasted my money on Pens that didn't even Work or taste right!! At another location their pens was fake because it was different colors and Mouth tip shape. Only my second bad review ever. Hate this place... I bought my vape cartridges here. It's close to home. I don't any more. I was in the market for a new vape. I checked out a couple. The long haired vape guy talked me into this black 'sexy' as he called it vape. I went to try it out and it didn't have the usual factory charge. I voiced concern and he said. 'Oh don't worry, if you have any problems, just bring it back, I'll help out with any problems... Now mind you there is a sign behind his head that reads, 'All sales are final'. Now why would this sneaky f&$k say that to me?? The thing won't charge. It held a charge the first two times I used it for under an hour. Now it won't charge at all! It doesn't work!! And he talked me into taking it. When I went back, he pointed to the sign and said there was nothing he could do. Big smile on his phony face. I got angry. He accused me of sucking on it too hard and breaking it! I'm old enough to be this kids grandmother!! I will never go back. And neither will anyone else I talk to. read more

Spent $120.00 on a vaporizer that counter employee working at Smoke Depot told me was a popular unit. I bought it for a family member as a gift. It worked once then nothing. Called Smoke Depot. They told me to contact the manufacturer. So I checked box product came in, www.BLOW.com. And attempted to enter manufacturer site as requested. " site under construction". Seriously ? So, I took defective purchase back to store I bought it at. Manager told me to call # he found on Facebook for product. REALLY ?. Fine, NO LUCK. So, if you get ANYTHING from these guys. Be warned. For me ? I'll be bringing it back again as California State Law requires them to stand behind what they sell. Not send you to a site under construction as they keep Cash . Just went there for a battery and charger for a vape. The employee was helping me and gave me prices. I chose not to buy the battery because the model was older than my parents and the size of a small child(no other choices). I agreed to the price he quoted for the charger. Then the employee decides to help a customer who came in after me make their purchase, while I'm standing there with my cash in hand. I bit my tongue and didn't say a word. When it's my turn, this same employee now decides to ask a co worker how much is the charger. Seriously WTF? Poor selection and highly unprofessional.
