Rude, unwelcoming environment. I will not be going back to this place. If the staff was friendly and at least acknowledge customers presents and maybe did their job and helped customers. It cost me $60 for an RPM 80. I've owned one before...will update. I didn't really see anything else worth purchasing, but they probably have the best prices. Tony was kind and informative--when asked, prices are staying the same until the 1st. I didn't want to return because I didn't like how the employees were before years ago, but I also don't feel like ordering vape stuff online anymore, I guess. I believe it's $20 for 1 or $30 for 2 on disposables, so I can't really blame them on anything because their collection is pretty big. It looks kind of shady because there's no protective covering on the screen part of the device, and I could have swore the new one I purchased from Amazon years ago did. It has some scratches on it...also, I would recommend anyone looking for a decent vape to avoid disposables and stick to pods/rebuildables with USB-C charging or rechargeable batteries. read more

Get new employees. The night crew is stuck up and lazy af. Really uneducated about the products being sold. Every time I've come in lately I've been ignored unless I go up to the vape counter and ask to be helped. Can't be that's it's because I'm a female, they act up towards my husband and friends too; on separate occasions. Last night I stood waiting 10+ minutes to get some glass out of the case and never was approached or acknowledged so I left to Outer Limits instead. I'm born and raised in Oceanside so I've been shopping here for a minute. The owner has always been cool af and nice, we chat it up every time I stop by. Pretty opened layout, as they have the different types of Smokes available in different sections of the store. The individual who helped us was extremely nice and friendly and accommodating as well to request and helping pick out items. She also pointed out the discount available on certain items.This was an a plan stop but ended up working out and being A nice 1st stop into Oceanside.. I have been going here for just over a year a half, about every two weeks. Up until recently, I've had nothing but positive things to say about this place, the staff and the products. A few weeks ago I came in to get my usual, and when I tried them out, the disposable vape was completely burnt and instantly burnt the back of the throat. This has happened before in the past, and the staff apologizes and gives me a new product. I'm not a picky person but when I'm spending $32 i want a product that WORKS and isn't BURNT like a crisp. I don't think that's asking for too much. But this past time the lady who was working the front cashier, told me "sorry there's nothing I can do for you and your burnt vape since it hits". Excuse me what???? This is clearly a defective product, so i expressed my upset concern to her and she gave me a nasty look and Immediately moved on to the next person in line. The people behind me ALL saw this interaction take place and all made comments about how rude she was and how messed up this was. I walked out of Inner World a few weeks ago and have never gonna back since. As a customer of over a year, you lost me when your staff was not only rude to me in front of a group of people, but also sold me a product that I could not use and had to INSTANTLY get rid of. read more

I'm giving 2 stars only because of the fact I should have checked this out beforehand. DO NOT BUT NOVO VAPES FROM THEM so I actually heard from a fellow shop they buy broken products (vapes) and sell them even when they do not work or only work for a short time - I also overheard the owner saying something similar like " are these the broken ones?" (vapes) i have literally bought 5 since august thinking it was Novos fault when it's this stores fault purposely buying broken ones and making a profit. customer service is good but this beyond unbelievable and annoying since I've spent so much money just on broken vapes read more

Back in the day this was the place to be now it's just forgotten. They had t-shirts, water pipes, posters and a lot more. Now that they only have one store its probably better because you don't have to go next door for your smoking needs. I miss the young Inner World! read more

I cannot put to words how disappointed I am in this shop. I previously had a rig I bought from a dispensary that lasted me over a year until I needed a new one. I was debating on going back to the reliable dispensary and picking up another rig or going the more expensive and what I was expecting be "higher quality" route. Let me just tell you that within 5 days of me purchasing a rig that was $60+ but on sale for $35 and a banger that was 4x more expensive than one at the dispensary that both would be ruined. The bucket of the banger literally just fell off after putting heat to it and the stem on the rig ended up cracking without any sort of heat put against it. On top of all that they just wanna tell you it's your problem and will not compensate you in any shape or form even if your purchase lasted less than a week. Never EVER coming back here and I would suggest looking elsewhere if you're going to buy a quality rig because these people do the opposite. Update: the crack grew and the stem is now gone read more

Don't buy from this store. They do not back obvious defective items. After buying a pipe that had a bowl with a undersized hole to draw thru and using it once, John said he wouldn't warranty it. Instead he insisted that I buy another BOWL not the original style that came with the pipe. VERY poor customer service, too bad I will not be referring people to this place in the future! read more

Dope shop, John is a super nice guy and I always get my salt nics from here. I save a lot of money buying salt nics like Pod Juice, Reds, etc than paying for juul pods. Ask John for salt nic bottles that taste like juul they have a wide variety! read more

Best prices in town...............I have read some of the reviews and I do not agree with some of them. I buy my JUUL Pods there and they are the cheapest I have seen around Oceanside. I am treated with kindness and they answer all of my questions about any given product in the store. Depending on what you are looking for specifically, this is a really good store to go in and browse if you are downtown Oceanside. They have some really cool stuff in there. Too bad I will miss what it will look like after the remodel. read more

I came in to get something small. I then asked if they had bubble wrap and boxes to save me a trip to the post office. This place was amazing!!!! Totally filled walls to walls with water pipes and more!!! There's a whole section for zig-zags and more and just lots and lots of pipes in their cases all around the shop. There was so much to see and so much to take in and their staff is so fricking amazing. They were so helpful and knew so much information about all of their pieces. I remember coming here as a young troubled youth before I had ID. Inner World had the best selection of punk rock Cd's at the time. At the back of the store there was a mysterious room that required ID. I always wondered what was behind that black mysterious curtain.
