They had a 20% off black Friday sale that I missed, but the guy was so friendly and helpful that I tipped him. Prices are fair, and I spent about $80 (tip included) for a pod vape and 2 juices. 5 years ago, I probably would have cringed, but I'm willing to spend money on a device that's not a disposable for better flavors/longevity/battery life. To me, that's still better than spending $30+ on a disposable that'll last maybe a few days...so I wonder what will happen with the e-cig world with the upcoming bans. Vapes are not cheap, especially now with the tax, but I will gladly support a business that treats it customers fairly. I don't like the other vape shops like Syndicate and Inner World in downtown because I feel they are a bit shady and more likely to encounter counterfeits. They have a sign saying 20-60% off vapes. I go in speak to Joshua and ask about the discount they're offering. He said they aren't offering a discount. I asked about their sign advertising a discount. He said he doesn't know why it's out there and said there are customers behind me indicating I should leave. He was very rude, very unprofessional and was not open to working with a customer to offer products and honor their advertised discounts. I tried to purchase through their online store and made the purchase through their website. I'm assuming my order just sat there unacknowledged, nothing was happening. They didn't even process it at all, I doubt they even looked at it. I called and sent emails several times, NO RESPONSE! I had to cancel the purchase through PayPal because they wouldn't bother returning my calls or emails. Why do they even have a website where you can order and but they won't process it. Just stopped by to get two magic toast cigars and they were moldy. The humidor in there questionable. Thankfully I didn't spend a lot of money cause I'm disappointed in a HUGE way and they have lost my business. They started strong but slowly the prices went up and the humidor turned to sh*t. Do yourself a favor go to Cigar Grotto on coast highway, Sam's in Vista or the Smoke Shop plaza. They clearly don't care about the customers or product anymore. If there was a negative 100 this place hands down deserve it, bought a vape and they didn't work, they didn't last a day , they kept exchanging my NEW PEN with their display vapess, I met this new owner I think Ralf and he made me feel I could trust their products, to come back and have the same guy , the owner, looked right at me and said he couldn't exchange it cuz he would get fired by the OWNER, I was confused, twlls me to come back to speak to manager,, I was confused,, again, this guy is straight lying to my face, he acted like he didn't know me and said he has no control over if the products work cuz he buys it from China ,,!!
