The owner is a wonderful guy who will make sure you receive great service but he won't stand for people trying to pull a fast one! He's been in business for a very long time and he will make sure to provide you with any special orders you might want! Sure, the lounge had to be closed because of the people who can't respect other people's things. For those who said in their reviews about a female employee who was rude, let me enlighten you about her. She was dealing with stage 4 cancer and was brave to the end! The owner was wonderful towards her during her employment and kept her busy at her own pace. Some items might be a little more expensive than others but he's trying to make a living like all of us and if you haven't noticed, fallbrook is far from normal civilization. We support our small businesses and we are a tight community. They have always been kind to me so if they weren't to you, it's probably your attitude.

Nor did He question it further so I left it alone, but after leaving we in-fact only purchase the Stem and Incense so I couldn't help but think about it (lol). Adding in taxes it still did not add up to $34+... If anything it should've been around $23, We were %100 Overcharged.

She said she would call the manager, and then said there was nothing that could be done, which is fine because i'll just go to another smoke shop. She was off standish when asking when a manager was in so we could talk to them in person, since he wasn't in right now, where she denied providing information. but wanted to write a review to warn others that they are probably buying fake product or defective from the store and if you have a complaint, they will be rude, sorta defensive, and have horrible product and customer service.
