The owner is a wonderful guy who will make sure you receive great service but he won't stand for people trying to pull a fast one! He's been in business for a very long time and he will make sure to provide you with any special orders you might want! Sure, the lounge had to be closed because of the people who can't respect other people's things. For those who said in their reviews about a female employee who was rude, let me enlighten you about her. She was dealing with stage 4 cancer and was brave to the end! The owner was wonderful towards her during her employment and kept her busy at her own pace. Some items might be a little more expensive than others but he's trying to make a living like all of us and if you haven't noticed, fallbrook is far from normal civilization. We support our small businesses and we are a tight community. They have always been kind to me so if they weren't to you, it's probably your attitude.

They carry a fantastic selection of cigars and I've never had difficulty finding something I like. I've even managed to find some of the "Feral flying pigs" on a few occasions which aren't the easiest cigars to come by. The gentleman who I'm assuming is the proprietor of this store is always very kind and helpful when I've been in here and has also welcomed my wife when we've had cigars in the shop. The location is fantastic because you can take your cigars to Stone Church next door and sit right in front street, enjoy a cold brew and watch all the cars and motorcycles. The location is actually quite perfect. Olde Town Smoke Shoppe is the best cigar shop in the area and I can't imagine a reason I'd ever need to go elsewhere in Temecula for cigars.
