haven't been to a better smoke shop out here in Temecula. I work close and go there often , and I tend to get the same usual items but it's nice to be greeted by name because they pay attention and they already know what I'm going to get and continuously help me with a smile on their face . It's always a welcoming " hi , how are you ?! " with positive energy . when you've had a long day at work and get greeted with love , it's refreshing . they always have what I need in stock also . I refer everyone to this business if you want to leave happy ! read more

Dude sold me some mushroom chocolates that looked a little funky upon opening them. The chocolates had a white cast on them, but since there was no expiration date on the packaging I took them anyway assuming they wouldn't sell expired chocolates. When they were duds, I went back to the shop to get some kind of refund. Upon entering, he told me that he "just got that shipment" but allowed me to look at the box it came in anyway. They were expired. I asked how much he'd give me for the ones that weren't expired thinking he'd give me a discount. Nope, full price of $40 again. Horrible greedy individuals. Don't come here. Who knows what else they're selling that's expired. read more

This store literally is robbing its new customers along with the ones they already have. They literally wanted to charge me $55 for the Smok Novo2 kit when I got my previous pen for $35. I had lost my pen recently and needed another one ASAP.. I called several different location to check their prices on it and Vishions is the only place around here that is literally over pricing their product. The girl who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude when I called to double check if the device had a wattage changer or not. She put me on hold to continue to mingle with her "friends" that came in. She didn't put me fully on hold cause I heard the whole conversation. Robbery and unprofessional!! read more

Great smoke shop. Glass Warehouse used to be my go to place but I came here and the prices are much better. It is a family owned business and they take care of their customers which is a big deal to me. They had a good selection of glass and at reasonable prices. Will be getting more glass from them in the future. This is definitely my go to place and I would recommend Vishions to others who are looking for a good smoke shop. read more

Bought a cbd cart had crack in it and they told me they couldn't return it becuase they couldn't sell it like that I told them obviously it has a crack in it and they proceeded to tell me that the manufacturer wouldn't accept it back. Does that matter it was in a packaging that I couldn't see around the entire cartridge is it honestly my problem a manufacturer you buy from won't accept faulty product maybe you should get it from one that takes pride in their products I know you don't take pride in your service if your willing to sell faulty product and then refuse to exchange it read more

Awesome smoke shop. Adrian was very helpful. Bought a vape for 15. Very good prices. Will be coming back

Me and my boyfriend decided to get a bong for his sister's birthday. We found out about this shop because of my boyfriend's coworker that is familiar with this area (we both work in Murrieta). Stopped by this morning and I believe the owner was there (looking at receipt... It says Adrian), he is cool and very helpful in helping us choose a perfect gift. Super professional place! Will definitely recommend. read more

Super great service! Cynthia is a great at what she does and helped us a ton. Will be back for more!

I've been coming to Vishions for a few years and always had great service, but today the service was retarded! I purchased a defective battery charger for my pen a few days ago and went in today to get it exchanged for one that worked. The employee started whining about losing money on it and that he should be charging me to exchange it. Why should a customer have to pay for something that is defective? Why should a customer have to listen to whining about the business losing money? How about the customer not being able to use the item that was defective? What about the customers time to go and take the item back? Long of the short, in my opinion that is bad business! If you are willing to lose a customer over a five dollar part that was defective, you did a great job! read more

I love this place. They have lots of different kinds of kratom and an extensive collection of lovely bongs etc. The staff were very helpful.

Love the atmosphere, the prices and the people who work here :) I don't go anywhere else for my pieces or hookah. I stopped in once on a random day and they hooked me up with lunch "just because". Love it! read more

Dude, I dunno if I'm stupid or what not but these guys sold me an empty bottle of "spice." I should of checked if it had anything in there but there wasn't anything in it when I got home. Either I got jacked or I got dupped, just be careful when you deal with the people at the cash register cause they seem shady at times... read more

This place has great deals and they are super cool helping out with anything and never make you feel dumb. Adrian has helped me twice now and I always leave feeling like I spent my money right! Highly recommend coming here, great selection of items btw (loads of vape juice!). read more

The girl helped me but obviously didn't know what she was talking about. If you lack the knowledge just say you don't know or get info from you co workers. Don't BS your answer. Had to go back because I ask if the kit was complete and she said yes. Going back she tried to give me a piece that doesnt even fit and a cheap plastic one. Lucky I had the common sense to ask to demo fit the new piece. read more

Decent selection and good location. Staff is adequate and some items are way over priced while other items are a very good deal. Know what you want and how much you should pay before going to ANY smokeshop, this one is no exception read more

My wife and I showed up at 11 to buy a ejuice cartridge and all the signs were lit up saying open but the doors were locked with no sign saying that they had just stepped out. I waited in my wheelchair in the sun for 15 minutes waiting for someone to show up and watched about 5 customers come and go because they didn't want to wait. When the guy finally showed up with his bag of fast food I got no apologies for the inconvenience and when I told him the amount of customers he lost because of his little "break" I got a yeah whatever attitude. I will never be back to this shop again. read more

Out of all the smoke shops I've been too, this is by far the best. The prices are the best I've seen, The guy working was cool, and gave me a good deal on a new pipe! I will definitely return to this smoke shop. read more

As a mother of a son who has had a "Spice" synthetic marijuana addiction for 4 yrs now, I resent this smoke shop for selling this deadly product (which by the way my son does purchase it from your location)!!!! The packaging says not for human consumption, yet you know darn well what people are buying it for!!!! My Son has been to the emergency room twice now from smoking it, once not even knowing he went in an ambulance because he had blacked out!!!! Shame on you for continuing to sell a product that you know is dangerous & causes severe brain damage!!! Spice needs to be banned, it's made out of chemicals that slowly kill & you people need to stop selling it before others continue to die!!! I'm begging you as a desperate mother who doesn't want to lose her child, to please do the right thing and stop selling this product!!! read more
