Though Vape Lodge may be small with minimal selections due to being new in the market, everyone here seem down to earth. They did not pressure me into buying anything, they even attempt to make small talk which is really rare now a day when it comes to customer service. Today was only their soft opening so the selection is limited, and when I say limited I mean... very limited. Not even a handful of mods, and I'm not talking expensive mod like Nemesis, Chi You, Biomech, Atomic, etc. I did see a few low end mod but thats about it. Juice selection is average but give them time and this place will be fully stocked. I didn't get a chance to ask any of their name because at the time I was the only customer so 4-5 staff were bombarding me, kind of makes me feel special but I'm sure over time I'll be lucky if I could get someone's attention once they become popular. Why 4 Stars? 1) as of now the place is still brand new so everything is limited, i might change it in the near future. 2) it was pretty dark in there so i couldn't see much around me unless i squint my chinky eye (HEY, i'm asian so i'm allowed to use that word. You try saying it and someone might slap you until you're cross eyed). And finally, the most important reason, 3) i was testing one of the staff knowledge and i was a bit disappointed that he kept having to repeat my questions to other staffer for help. It's really important to know the difference between IMR/ICR or which battery to use while doing sub-ohm vs ohm. But i guess i can appreciate the fact that he ask other's for help rather than make things up, then i would probably give this place 1 star. Can't wait to come back in a few week and see what else they've done to the place. read more

After smoking for about 15 years I had made the decision to stop smoking. After many failed attempts I figured vaping would be a good crutch for me. I have friends who vape but I have never done it myself. I chose this store based on the good reviews and being close to my house. I went in nervous and completely unaware of anything to do with vaping aside from knowing some of them smell like fruity pebbles. Brian helped me today and his confidence and knowledge really made me feel comfortable. He showed me many options without overwhelming me or being pushy with sales. He explained all the bells and whistles to me. He also asked me questions about how much I smoked and what would be good for me. I have had my vape for a couple hours now and I will say it has curbed my cravings for cigarettes for the meantime... hopefully for good. I will for sure be back. read more

Dropped by the store while washing my car. The staff there is very knowledgeable I worked with chase and he walked me through different types of e cigs. They 3 gentleman working are very customer service driven. My limited knowledge of the e cig business and not being pushed to buy was very refreshing. Went over juices with me and all the specials like alchemist @ 2 for 20 what a great juice!! 3 brands and 45-60 flavors. Thus is a nice large shop with a couple of couches and a tv, they obviously want their customers to be comfortable and hang out. First was a faulty coil that was causing my tank to separate leaving me with a pocket full of juice multiple times. They hooked it up with a discounted new tank & swapped my coils I had just purchased with coils for the new tank. They always take their time ensuring to fix any problem you may run into. This review is hard for me because the business is actually nice and they have good products. Unfortunately I had multiple bad experiences with lack of attention to detail. I went in for coils and a mod. The kid working there was very nice and helpful unfortunately he was not paying attention to what I was asking for. I asked for a specific set of coils which they had, I responded with the type of Ohms I wanted and said it clearly but ended up getting two boxes of the wrong coils. I looked at 3 mods there. I asked for a mod with a plug in charging unit and internal battery because I hate the external batteries you have to buy separately. After I saw the first mod I said I don't like the Mods with these batteries what do you have that I can just plug in. I was shown a second mod but it was the same, external batteries. I said again this one has the same batteries I want an internal battery pack. I asked for another mod that was just like the one I have but apparently it's a little larger. I assumed that was an internal battery like I am used to but I was wrong. I ended up purchasing it without checking and when I got home I realized I had two boxes of coils I did not want and a mod that was exactly what I said I did not want. My fault for not checking the coil boxes for proper ohm levels but I've never had that happen so I assumed I was OK. .2 sounds nothing like .5. I called back about the mod and clearly it was just the salesman misunderstanding me he was nice enough and offered to help me if I came back. However after seeing the coils were wrong too I decided it's not worth my time and I'm just super frustrated. Spending 100 dollars of exactly what I said I didn't want is frustrating. Again the kid was very nice and helpful but this is where lack of training and attention to detail can make for a bad experience. And I am at fault for not double checking my purchase before leaving, I will never make that mistake again. Unfortunately I will no longer being my business here either. Communication is key for both parties, lesson learned. read more

The price was a bit steep for my pockets, but was able to get a k100 online for a bit cheaper and Corey had no bones with me not buying from them and still helped me do some modifications to it. This place is awesome! I go to the other location in Murrieta of Antelope drive. The staff is nothing but helpful. I've met and sat with the owner who is a true class act. He just gave me a free rebuild today while I went and had lunch with my daughter. Came back and he was done. They are very welcoming and there prices are fair. Every time I go in I always feel welcome. There selection of juices is a bit low but there customer service over runs that.
