This shop blows away other vape shops. They are the only shop that carries Immortal Soul juice line and it is phenomenal. The shop is clean, friendly, and inviting to all vapers from beginner to advanced. The staff doesnt pressure you into buying or selling you the most expensive thing there. I've been going to a few different shops and when I saw cloud haven just opened up I stopped by to check it out with my brother in law who is also a fellow vaper.anyway Greg is super knowledgable and was able to help me out in selecting a new mech mod (mutation mod and addy) cause my other mod was giving up on me.i was able to try out their line of juices while I waited for Greg to set up my mod for me.super friendly and really good juices. First off, I want say I usually buy my juice online but since first coming here a couple of weeks ago I like to show up for the atmosphere and to talk to the guys working. Cloudhaven has a nice lounge area and at the bar they have all their juice already in tanks for you to sample. The prices are pretty good compared to the other shops in town. So I spend a 120 dollars on a mod about a month ago and the motherboard on the the new mod shorted out on me. They told me if it was over a month ago they cant do anything about it. I believe it was just over a month ago and I am very unhappy about this. They told me to go to the company so I did, and they told me each shop should offer there own warranty. It was a dark gloomy day and i lost my zero vape. Fuckin called them up and asked what kind of nic salt vapes they had and asked for some prices. I had bought a defective atty from there and all I had to say was it wasn't working right and was leaking and not only did he replace it he upgraded it. The new TVF-4 rips like no other!!
