I just brought my Geekvape Aegis in after the tank became difficult to remove and install. Inspection of the device revealed no obvious problem to me and looking on the Internet for relevant info was futile. I took the device into Cloud 9 and Michelle immediately saw the problem was the magnetic ring had become dislodged from the tank. A new tank was surprisingly cheap and I am now happily filling my lungs again with sweet clouds of tobacco-flavored nicotine vapor. I submitted a review before, not sure if it still is here or what... but I wanted to amend it and say that they had "got me" once when they first put up their "temporary hours" sign, stating they were short staffed and had to close at 7 until they could get the situation resolved. Well I haven't been here in a while, and having to go elsewhere because I dislike driving during high traffic times. This has been a few months now, so I'm guessing that it's more convenient for them to keep the 7:00 closing time. Definitely still recommend them if you are close by, but sadly I am not going here with the frequency I once did. (The [perma-rary] hours affect closing times for all days) It's about a 25 minute drive for me, when traffic is light... -Josh read more

This is an awesome vape store with huge selection and a very attentive friendly staff. I didn't know it at the time but one of the owners ( Amy) was assisting me and really went above an beyond to help me. This is one of the most positive experiences I've had from business in a long time. The owners and employees are super knowledgeable, over the top friendly and are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure your experience 5 star. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a high end vape store with a professional staff. Amy you an Michelle rock!!! Chris L read more

Nice, knowledgeable people, good prices. Wide variety of vapes and juices to choose from.

After shopping around over a couple of years...., I find myself back here at Cloud 9 for the best products, competitive pricing and wonderful help when you go in. What stands out best is their products, it is the best I have found. read more

I wish I could give 5 stars. Michelle is amazing. But unfortunately Anthony is not. Hours open on Sunday say 11 to 6. Went there at 1120. Closed. Called at 1230. No answer. Called at 141pm no answer. Called at 215 and Anthony answered. I asked what their hours were on Sunday's. He said 11 to 6pm. I told him I was there but they were closed. He said maybe I went to the wrong place. I'm a customer who comes to this location for the last 3 years at least 1 or 2x a month. So I go back. I go inside. I ask for my juice. Anthony says its size is 120. I ask how big the bottle is, he angrily responds "just told you, 120" I informed him that doesnt show me the size. Can he just show me the bottle. He sighs and goes in back to get it. Great, that's what I'm buying Anthony rings me up. I enter my phone number for my points as I do every damn time I enter this store. I thought it said $10 off so I tell Anthony, oh hey I think i have a discount. He looks at the screen and says " can you read? Its 89 points till discount" I wont go back to this store until Anthony is gone. I'll just call and only go when Michelle is there. What a piece of crap. I spend tons of my hard earned money at this store and I have to deal with a dirt bag like Anthony. FIRE HIM read more

I love this place! I seriously love everyone who works here! Friendliest group of people and Michelle is my favorite! She is helpful, knowledgeable and always has a smile! Thank you!! read more

Just as great as its sister-store in Escondido, but easier to get in and out of. This location is in a strip mall with plenty of parking, just off of the 78 freeway. Also, it's a bit bigger/more spread out, and a touch less cloudy inside. Also I have all the same great things to say: Their selection of e-juice flavors is amazing, and best of all you get to sample as many as you like before purchasing. Each flavor is available in zero, 12, or 24mg of nicotine. The prices are competitive. The staff is friendly. The patrons are friendly as well. It's a fun, pleasant experience to go in and try all the flavors. They carry several brands of e-juice, not just their own. They also have great prices on the vaporizers and accessories. When I was ready to upgrade from my liquor-store-packaged setup I had previously been using, they were happy to recommend the different components to me, did not try to up-sell me into the uber expensive stuff, and I ended up with a setup that works MUCH better and actually ended up costing less than the one I purchased originally. Also, they did not laugh at me when I asked stupid questions like: Does that part come in pink? (It did, btw!) They also carry pleeeennnnty of the high-end equipment for the vaping enthusiasts... but I currently have no plans for getting to that level. I recommend this place for anyone who enjoys vaping, regardless of your level of enthusiasm for it. read more

I love this place! A friend turned me on to them when I moved into the area. These guys don't just carry e-cigs....their selection of flavors and percentages can't be beaten! They also do custom additions if the percentage is not high enough. They also sell 0% for those who just want that cornucopia of flavors. The people are so very personable and very helplful. I've bought a few pieces of equipment there, too, as they are always willing to share the pros/cons of any model. Never been misled! Not the cheapest; but by far the most expansive selection and always great products! read more

I went in last week looking for a new device. Chris was very helpful and kind. He knew a lot about the devices and he took the time to explain the differences in e-liquids for me (such as the nicotine salts versus the non-salts). He helped another customer purchase a disposable vape pen, which the customer could not get to properly function. Chris hooked him up with a brand new replacement pen. He then helped the customer to realize that it was actually some minor operator-error as to why the first pen wasn't working, and Chris let the customer keep both pens anyway (no extra charge). He made my experience at Cloud-9 great. I found exactly what I needed and wanted, and he made me feel comfortable. The store itself is also awesome. They have tons of devices and lots of e-liquids. Thanks to Chris, I'll be returning!! read more

Always the worst customer service compared to Escondido location. Walked in willing to spend any amount on a new mod only to have staff be so inept I couldn't complete a simple transaction. Last time I go here ever read more

I was just in there today to get my first vape setup. I didn't catch the persons name who helped me but she was awesome. Super informative and patient. Thank you and I will be returning. Thank you! read more

Friendly environment and excellent variety! My husband and I love this shop, we don't ever want to visit anywhere else. They've got our favorite mods and great prices. We drive out to San Marcos just to come here! A+ We just left and picked up a new Provari yay read more

They recommend me a really bad disposable vape. Will not be returning vape kept misfiring on me and made it burnt. Waste of 26 bucks. Save your money go else where unless you know what brand you want. read more

Staff did not seem to care that a customer had walked in. The two on staff decided to carry on their conversations as I walked in, and decided to not greet with a hello, with the most blank stares. I guess to get a hello you have to be a regular or someone they know. I asked where the flavors were and just got an "over there" response, nothing else just that. I decided to look at what flavors they had and the guy on duty just decided to sit there and not ask what was I looking for anything in particular. The most awkward visit I have ever made to any shop. Other than that I remain neutral as to making another visit later on. read more

Cloud 9 in San Marcos is by far the best vape shop I have personally been to. (I've been to a few on the East coast and a couple of "vape shops" that are really quite terrible in the West) Not only did they make you feel like a regular your first time in, but they help you learn everything you need to know about vaping. They had two people working today (Michelle and Dominic) and they both equally helped us in any way possibly, answering our dumb questions for our awesome new upgrade. And even helping to find any juice our hearts desired. This is the best vape shop, and we are more than willing to drive all the way to San Marcos although we live in San Diego. Good people, good product, great time. read more

Cloud 9 is such a fun place to go to! The staff has ALWAYS been so friendly and well informed. If I am curious about a product, there is no hesitation on their part to bring it out, let me test it, and actually SHOW me how things work/taste. They get your name and phone number on file as well so they can send discounts on their products. They have a nice selection of vape products and all the accessories needed. Employees do not push sales at all, they are just present if you need them. I have no need to go anywhere else. Love this place! read more

Only vape shop I continually visit. The staff is always in a welcoming mood, and they don't push you to get back out the door. You can take your time sampling and chatting. It's a friendly environment, like they're actually happy you came in to hang out haha. Prices are decent, usually vape shop prices are ridiculous. First time I went there I was tellin one of guys in the staff how I was out of organic cotton and couldn't find it in stock anywhere. He reached underneath the table and gave me some of his private stash. Woooo! Nice people, clean shop, I support em. read more

Great place! They have all kinds of flavors amd great mods! I bought my brand new mod from them it was a smock and the owner or manager fix my screen so that I wouldn't waste battery and gave me some battery sleeves so that they wouldn't go bad and a huge discount on juice in the mod. It was awesome great customer service I highly recommend it. read more

I used to work down the street from this shop, so I'd go in all the time. Very knowledgeable staff, and very friendly. Good selection of juices and variety of nicotine level. I'm kinda bummed I couldn't take them with me when I transferred offices, but that just means I'll have to make the trip on my days off instead of on my lunch break. Good locale, too. I definitely recommend this place! read more

I patronized the business yesterday buying a $27 Vape juice however today I discovered that there were extra charges on my card that I hadn't used anywhere else, be careful using your card there because unfortunately the employee I delt with stole $130 at a gas station across town! Every time I have been to this store I am greeted with a warm welcome and great customer service. The tasting bar is one of my favorite parts about this store, as well as the people. The tasting bar has so many flavors I could spend all day there just trying the new flavors. They don't even get annoyed when you take a long time trying to find the right flavor. The people always are welcoming and very helpful. I usually talk to a man in his 20's and the store owner. The two run the store very well and are awesome people! Today the stores owner helped me out with my pro-tank II because one of the threading broke, and instead of making me buy a whole new one she just helped me out for free! She is awesome! I hope this review gets read and ill be spreading the good word to my friends and family. read more

This place still rocks. I like to mix zero with lower nicotine levels to go even lower, and they happily order my favorite juice in zero if they don't have it. I don't know what it is, but most vape places just have a weird, negative or hostile vibe. This place is just the opposite, and I always feel welcome. Thanks everyone at C9. You're miles above the rest. read more

Today was by far the worst service I have ever received. I walk in and there's one guy working with 6 or 7 different people. He greeted me but he was unable to help me. I noticed another person in the back sitting around but she didn't bother coming out and helping the poor guy. This place needs better management and more help. I would have put 0 stars except he was trying his best to help me. read more

Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! I came on to sing my many praises of Cloud 9. As I was "peeking" at the other reviews I saw a review from the "gentleman" on March 11. I felt his behavior was uncalled for and yet the employees continued to be professional and helpful. Bravo, ladies! As for the employees:Fun, knowledgeable and kept us all entertained. (yes Michelle, that means you!) The last time I was there, 4 other clients ("strangers" but not for long) and myself were all searching for something new and unique. Batteries were passed out and the flavors were being passed around, along with a lot of laughter.Selection is HUGE and some, if not most of the wild flavors are amazingly delicious. I found Cloud 9 a few months ago and I'm sure glad I did! They have a plethora of flavors of liquids to choose from. Staff is friendly, prices are reasonable and it is usually pretty quickly to get in and out. They implemented a rewards system and you get a discount for every $200 you spend. They also text you coupons for % off. read more

Very helpful staff. It's nice when you go into a vape shop and they don't expect you to be an expert in everything vape related. I will drive to this place just based on the fact of the staff bein so nice. Not to mention they have tons of liquid selection and overall their stuff is decently priced. Very happy with this shop. read more

I went there looking for sourin pods/juice. It was my first vape device so I didn't know much about it. The employee with long brown hair and a beard helped me out, but didn't. I love this vape shop. First time here and Andy mainly helped me out and he was awesome. I was having problems with my vape and he helped me get a brand new set up/box.
