Service was great. They were out of stock on the specific item I was looking for. They called me a couple of days later as promised.

I love this place, for one it's the cheapest walk in dispo around as far as I know, they always have good deals, everyday of the week is something different. And even today was 4/20, I walked in; there's munchies snacks for grabs, and the service was amazing, I always make good friends here and there's a huge selection of stuff to choose from, and I haven't had any issues with any batteries or bad carts or anything like that, even the cheaper bud is good quality, low stems, I always recommend this place to my friends and other random people lol. read more

I've been here twice. First time, the lady was super nice and found me something perfectly suited for what I was lookimg for. Unfortunately on my second trip, just recently, a different lady didn't even listen to me. I asked for something, not too strong but ended up with something infused at 43%. Where to begin here.. I was originally thinking this would be a 5 star review, but after a recent experience here we are with a 1 star review. I went here a couple times after 6 pm and I was thinking to myself this is the best dispensary I've been to (and I've been to every dispensary in San Diego and some outside of it). After 6 pm it was quiet both times, the prices were good, staff was chill and I was the only one in the dispensary both times. Fast forward to my last experience here which was during the day. Store was crazy busy, it was not good for my anxiety at all. It was loud, crowded and someone even brought a dog that's barking was bouncing off the walls. Staff did nothing about it, I guess they allow dogs here? And apparently during the day there is no dedicated pickup area. I had ordered online and still had to wait in a long line while all of this was going on. Then when it was my turn the order wasn't even ready and the prices were ridiculous and the worst I've ever seen. The 10 pack of edibles I normally buy was $21 more than other dispensaries I have been to, I'm not even kidding. I thought it was a mistake but the price is just too high and then the tax seems to be higher here as well. I absolutely cannot recommend coming here especially during the day and if you do still decide to come for some reason make sure you are coming in for some sort of sale. Also I'm pretty certain the reviews on Google are fake because there are almost 6k of them at 5 stars but Yelp only has 19 reviews and 3.5 stars which is a lot more telling. I've been to a few dispensaries in Vista and none of them have come to close the awesome service this dispo provides. They offer deals everyday of the week and have a huge selection of items. I buy a tincture to help me sleep for my back, I love far, past rancho Bernardo and NO ONE has it in stock. This new store had lots of items that other stores don't carry. They had the full line of yummi karma tinctures (which are the best, they don't taste gross and are high potency. ). I went in today and they had a buy 2 get one free, they have a different deal every day so call or check the website before you go in because for me it's a long drive if I go on the wrong day. Ariel was super nice and helpful and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Close to the freeway, drive slow it's location is right next to a housing development and there are signs so you don't miss the driveway. They said if you left a good review you got a free pre roll but I don't smoke so my review is not compensated it's just a genuine review. read more

Great selection. Great people. My only bugaboo was that I wanted to take advantage of one of their daily specials and I was unable to come in on that particular day. So I placed an online order for pick-up the very next day (and the online system permitted me to do so). So I was under the impression that since the online portal honored the days' special AND it permitted me to select the next day for pickup... then I would be good. NOT the case, unfortunately. Was super bummed when I arrived the next day only to be informed that you must be in-store for the special for said day. I wish this was more clear on their online portal and not permit customers to select "the next day" for a pickup option. It was confusing and dissapointing. read more

Nice store and I appreciated being able to get patches. I DO NOT appreciate them charging $3.95 more to use a debit card and them not telling me. Plus it's considered an ATM so my bank charged me another buck and a half. I would've paid cash if I had known. The woman knew I had never been there before. Is that sneaky or bad customer service? Pros: quality products and good deals on sun-non Cons: they have a billboard that says 50% off your first purchase if you mention the billboard. I mentioned the billboard to the first guy I talked to, but the girl who checked me out said the only discount I'd get was a free pre roll. ADDITIONALLY, they claim to accept cards, but 2 of my cards declined a total of 3x. Then they recommended I use their ATM (of course with a fee). I had some cash, so I asked to just get one of the disposables I had picked out. She asked if I wanted to keep the sativa or indica. I said I wanted to keep the sativa. I got home to find that she gave me the indica. I will likely be not returning. I recommend coastal cannabis. I only came here because of the ad. read more

Went first time today. There must be something going on because I got lunch! My first impression is it's a nice store with lots of variety. Friendly budtenders and security. I recieved my free preroll and anyone over 55 get this, they have a 10% senior discount! This cracks me up no end. Remember the dark alleys and sketchy people we used to deal with? Now we can get a senior discount lol. Con: I'm not sure if there was another parking lot, if not it would suck on busy times. My first time in this place. Great location, easy parking, not many people inside on a Friday afternoon. My biggest complaint was the security guard and checking in. He was kinda rude, no smile, hardly even looked at me,seemed annoyed with my questions like he couldn't wait to keep scrolling on his phone. First timers get a pre roll and a free water which they ran out. Daiza was a very helpful budtender. A bit pricey and not a welcoming vibe so I Probly won't return. read more

I loved this shop when it first opened. I drive past several other medical shops to visit. I came in twice a week the last two years for the quality products that I need as a medical patient at a reasonable price. My last three visits have forced me to look elsewhere for my medicine. Although online menu's show certain products to be available, when I drove there the last three times, none of the products I need were there. They are still listed as available right now, so this is not a one-time issue. I hate being misled into driving there to find none of what I wanted, but plenty of much more expensive options. The kindness shown to me during the first two years this place was open, seems to have drifted elsewhere. The smiles are gone from the bud tenders faces. The managers are not in sight. Just like every other good shop in the last 28 years, this one has lost its way and become another money-grubbing enterprise using deceptive ads to lure people in. When people rely on you for their medicine, they expect more. I didn't shop there to get high, I shopped there to stay alive and function. Now I'm shopping elsewhere. read more
