Then proceeded to the back where we were helped by Hayley and another gentleman who helped us with medicinal dosages. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. There's a great variety of products that surely would suit anyone's needs. What's even better yet is that they give a military discount so that was a bonus. I generally only use cannabis as a sleep aid. I really like the Zen brand here that I have never seen elsewhere that was recommended by staff. They have specials often and have cannabis plants for sale. i would like to purchase and make some homemade bath products in the future. It's an OK dispensary. Staff are especially friendly which makes it stand out. What I don't like is that it's stuck in the past with this feeling that it's a medical dispensary and not recreational. You check in with a security guard at the front desk (who was clearly flirting with a female customer before me on my last visit, then barely says a word to me) and you have to go through a song and dance before being able to walk back to the actual dispensary area through another door which overall just makes this an undesirable experience if I'm being honest. The fact that I have to literally pass Hello Cannabis on the way here is another reason for me not to return, not that it's much further to get here, but it raises the question of why drive any further? Then they doing an event in 10 days and the flyer basically says you have to spend $150 to get any sort of deal. That to me is not very good. read more

I understand good employees are hard to find but to get snapped at by asking a simple question regarding inventory and whether or not something is in stock is more than disappointing. I more than realize "if the website says we have it then we have it " (as stated) but I can't tell you how many countless times a website will say an item is in stock BUT isn't. What harm is there to call and simply inquire? Evidently the staff here either doesn't want to exert any additional effort or simply doesn't care. Based on the reviews I felt they would be more than accommodating. Evidently I was wrong. Nice and clean place with nice and very eager to help sales staff. However I use a Stizzy system and I appalled at the quality of it. The cartridges are at best BAD. I'm no referring to a quality buzz but they, cartridges get "Gunked" up early easy so one has to replace the cartridge way before they are finished.. Last time I was there I showed them a bad cartridge that got leaky and one couldn't touch it it was so sticky and all they wanted to do, after I pressed the sales rep, was give me a BRAND X! For free. It looked so bad I said thanks but no thanks to the sales rep and walked out. I usually spend 250$ a month there but I think not after this.. read more

I am unsure if there is still an office were patients meet and complete questionnaire to receive their medical card rx, but you used to be able to apply for your rx card on site. However they also offer recreational use and you no longer have to obtain an Rx card if you do not desire to do so. When you go into the back, staff warmly greats you from behind the counter. The staff varies but all the members that I have had interactions with have been pleasant and enjoyable, and the majority of them have been quite knowledgeable about products and will take the time to chat with you and help you find the items that will best serve your needs. The price range is as vast as the selection of products available there is truly something for everyone. Coastal Wellness also has regular specials, discounts, loyalty rewards program, and events that they host!
