Quickly, scanning the parking lot, I backtracked my path to the dispensary. However, there was nothing to be found. Therefore, I entered Wellgreens and explained what happened. Inquiring if anyone found anything on the floor etc. Representative: Hold up a minute. We will rerun the in-house video and see if we determine what happened. Tony: Okay. Representative: We watched the video. Apparently, you left the store holding the bag upside down. We are going to watch the outside video and see if we can determine who picked up your flowers ... Tony: Okay. Representative: We can't determine who got your flowers. However, we trust you. We will give you another bag - gratis. Tony: Wow! Thank you so much. As I drove away from Wellgreens, I was enamored by the staff's: patience, professionalism, empathy, & trust. Minutes later, as I entered Highway 78 West, on the right side of the road, I noticed a sign. The sign stated: Freeway adopted by Wellgreens. Again, I was enamored. It was great to see Wellgreens giving back to their immediate community. So then, I decided to give back! The lady checking us out didn't know how to use the system and had to call over two other employees to help check us out. I had a really upsetting experience here. I parked in the front where there are faded lines next to…read morethe handicap spots. I'm currently recovering from a motorcycle accident and don't have my placard yet, so I parked to the right. Security didn't say anything when I walked in. After I made my purchase, the employee at the desk told me it wasn't a spot. I immediately apologized and said I wouldn't park there again. As I was leaving, another employee loudly asked, "Whose car is that?" I said it was mine and again apologized, explaining I was already told and was leaving. He then followed me outside all the way to my car, repeatedly telling me it's not a parking spot even though I kept saying I understood. It felt aggressive and honestly like I was being accosted over a mistake I had already acknowledged. I left feeling attacked and very uncomfortable. There was no need to escalate it like that.
