I wanna start off by saying I love off the charts, I've been to many locations and I usually have a very pleasant time with particularly good customer service, with this location in vista however that was not the case. I've been to this off the charts location before quite a few times, even when it used to be named "UpNorth" but I haven't ever had a bad experience like I did today. My budtender wasn't rude or anything she just wasn't very helpful and didn't know much about the products, she couldn't even tell me the strain of the concentrates I was looking at. I asked her a question and mid sentence she just walked away to help another budtender, to me it seemed like they are learning a new system or have a lot of new hires. When we checked out she gave us to a different budtender and this is when things took a turn for the worse. The lady checking us out didn't know how to use the system and had to call over two other employees to help check us out. I couldn't believe how long it took to do and i expected them to at least apologize for the delay or throw in a free pre roll but they didn't. The atmosphere of the dispensary is chill and I'm sure they have better budtenders but id rather steer clear of this dispo, there are far better ones with employees that actually enjoy helping you. read more

i really like the miramar location that the brand just took over and i to check this location out instead since i moved. the place is cramped. it took me a while to even get into the store. the budtender was fine he just wasn't nice or helpful. he talked down to me but asked me to tell him how i liked his recommendation the next time i came in. he was a bit distracted and only charged me for one item instead of three so that was nice but wouldn't be back. i'd rather drive to miramar and back tbh read more

Been to several dispensaries all around and this one has to be my favorite. Every time I come the customer service is extremely helpful and friendly. Finally leaving a review because today when I went in to get a disposable eighth brother the employee assisting me couldn't find it at first. But instead of giving up and asking me to just choose another, which has happened at other locations, he checked around until he found one. Terrible experience on behalf of my boyfriend. I've been coming for a long time (even during sugar shack times) and it's unbelievable that they would ACCUSE my young black boyfriend of having a weapon on him damn well knowing him, and he's come in multiple times and we don't just spend 20-40$ we spend well over usually $100-200. It's so dissatisfying knowing I send people over there and they get accosted of having a weapon apparently and also harassed overall by the negative and carelessness of the newer employees. Good job OTC for sending your actual good workers to open these new stores but can't find solid replacements. I've worked service industry 10+ years, you definitely know who's armed and who's not, who's there for your business and who's not. Get some better intuition and you'll have better customers with high value and high volumes of money. IDE also like to mention whenever we've come in we have always respected the store and the employees AT ALL TIMES, there was never once a situation that would warrant someone to think my significant other or I have a weapon. "Best dispensary in Vista" is definitely a self-proclaimed title... bummer because I was really excited to try them out too. It's SUPER crowded and the music is BLASTING, not good for those with social anxiety/PTSD. The person who helped me said she ate over 100mg of edibles before coming into work and she looked and sounded way too high to be helping me, she couldn't answer any of my questions. Upon looking, most of the "BOGO" deals feature products that are at least 6 months to a year old... it's not a deal if the quality is trash. Very inconsistent prices and customer service. I went in to get some edibles which I ordered through Weedmaps. Was expecting to pay $23 after tax as there was no promo that seemed to apply. I get down there and a kid rings me up and it's only $18. I asked him about this and he said I get a discount any time in order through Weedmaps and it would be $18 every time. This is literally what he told me. So 2 weeks later I go in today and ordered the same thing through Weedmaps, this time a manager named George rings me up and it comes out to $23. I explained what happened last time and why I believe it should be cheaper and he wrote it off as "Someone was in a good mood that day" and that there is no such discount. I explained I only brought $20. He eventually looked into the last transaction I had here 2 weeks ago and said that my loyalty points where applied to that last order which I did not say to do. He eventually lowered the price to $19 (not $18) and originally said he couldn't lower the price BECAUSE he's a manager. I just found this so ironic and anti-customer service. I was ready to walk out of here empty handed until he finally somewhat came to his senses, but he wanted me to show him a coupon or promo code on Weedmaps. There wasn't really one that applied from what I could tell and I didn't even do this last time. Eventually he lowered the price to $19 (again, not $18). I will not be returning here ever again. Assuming it was purple. Unfortunately it's blue. I drove all the way over here from Carlsbad to do an exchange. Exchange was denied. Only had the battery for two days. Not used. They send me SMS text messages every couple of weeks, always from different numbers, and they don't stop even when I opt out. I tried reporting them, I tried finding their head office, I tried calling the shop. Nothing makes them go away, no reply from anyone, and because it comes from a different number every time, I can't block them. Also, they address me by someone else's name. Maybe someone else used my number. Whatever it is, they don't seem to care what people's experience is of their company. The website says something like 12,000 five star reviews. He offered a measly 20% off a different battery that was twice as expensive as the battery I was returning! I basically had to just buy a new battery. I'm updating because I've ran into multiple issues ordering delivery, i know there are special area times as well as ETAs being different because of placement. But multiple times I've felt that even though I've placed orders when they open, or before the next delivery, I've had missing orders and bumped ETAs after they tell me something different. Might try Hyperwolf as they can get it to you in 10m not 2-3 hours after the ETA they text you with. Additionally; I've ordered solely through their website OTC but am told by them I'm ordering also through Weedmaps and i shouldn't get a automated text, both services send me automated order IDs. The times the store texts me is when they are out of something. The drivers are usually great. I have only gone here twice and today was the second time. While check-in and their selection is amazing, this male staff member made me feel really uncomfortable. He followed me around the store maybe 2-3 inches away from me and constantly hitting on me and anytime he would hand me something would purposefully try to touch me. I've been coming to Vista location for 3 years I was always bragging about this place and letting friends and family know about it. I enjoyed their delivery when it was around and most of all their selections and customer service. Lately Ive been going mornings. Security is always helpful in pulling my card out of atm for me cause I have long nails. Very polite man. Just like the other guards. Today tho was a bit different. I was getting to pay and I reminded cashier that I'm a return patient ,so he can give me my discount and he kept asking me for a coupon. I was confused, I've been told to tell cashier every time for a discount. If you don't tell them they won't grant it. So it's how I've been doing it, of course when I remember. Anywho, I was getting frustrated as he kept asking and an employee interfered and told me on a higher and firm voice ma'am if you have a coupon we can give you a discount I asked her where do you send your coupons cause I no longer get the sale tex and I've never seen coupons. She said on weedmaps, uhm why would I go to weedmaps page if I'm coming directly to facility. I asked for the coupons again but she was more worried about telling me that shes the one who creates and is In charge of coupons and that there is a code on the bottom of them. She told me all of this with the most disrespectful and sarcastic loud voice, everyone In shop heard her and she finished with ma'am thank you have a nice day. she was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional,like customer service was forced down her throat. Me and a friend went here as we saw the billboard off the 78 and thought what a great deal we'd give it a try. The bud tender I got didn't seem to know much about tuepenes or THC/CBN/CBD etc. I'd ask questions and she looked like a deer in the head lights. When I went to purchase and said "I saw the billboard" and showed them a photo of it as well... they were like "we'll have to call a manager, the manager came and was like "it's a max of $50 discount". I was like "why does your billboard say 80% off your 1st visit (see attached photo). Seems shady to me. I mean $50 is $50 and I'm happy to save any money.
