I had a really upsetting experience here. I parked in the front where there are faded lines next to…read morethe handicap spots. I'm currently recovering from a motorcycle accident and don't have my placard yet, so I parked to the right. Security didn't say anything when I walked in. After I made my purchase, the employee at the desk told me it wasn't a spot. I immediately apologized and said I wouldn't park there again. As I was leaving, another employee loudly asked, "Whose car is that?" I said it was mine and again apologized, explaining I was already told and was leaving. He then followed me outside all the way to my car, repeatedly telling me it's not a parking spot even though I kept saying I understood. It felt aggressive and honestly like I was being accosted over a mistake I had already acknowledged. I left feeling attacked and very uncomfortable. There was no need to escalate it like that.

I've been to this off the charts location before quite a few times, even when it used to be named "UpNorth" but I haven't ever had a bad experience like I did today. My budtender wasn't rude or anything she just wasn't very helpful and didn't know much about the products, she couldn't even tell me the strain of the concentrates I was looking at. I asked her a question and mid sentence she just walked away to help another budtender, to me it seemed like they are learning a new system or have a lot of new hires. When we checked out she gave us to a different budtender and this is when things took a turn for the worse. The lady checking us out didn't know how to use the system and had to call over two other employees to help check us out. I couldn't believe how long it took to do and i expected them to at least apologize for the delay or throw in a free pre roll but they didn't. The atmosphere of the dispensary is chill and I'm sure they have better budtenders but id rather steer clear of this dispo, there are far better ones with employees that actually enjoy helping you.
