I called yesterday to get an appointment and was offered one yesterday, but decided to make it today. If you are nervous like me about going to the doctor, you don't have to worry at all. I showed up and filled out a bunch of papers. They were just like any doctor office papers, name, address, past medical conditions, surgeries, allergies, meds you are taking, questions about alcohol and cigarette use, etc. With an appointment, there was very little waiting. A family member accompanied me and when she saw how painless it was, she saw the doctor without an appointment. The time the two of us were there was about 30 minutes. I saw Dr. Lichenstein and he was easy to talk to, listened carefully, gave me a recommendation, and also suggested other things I could try, like the a helpful vitamin, sunshine for Vitamin D, and stretching and exercise. He went over the different properties of various strains, the best way to take them and gave me some take home information. I felt like he wasn't there to just crank out recommendations, but was genuinely there to help me find ways to make my condition better, including what to avoid.

Regarding the product offerings, it's a pretty small shop so it is a bit more limited (I've been to several of their LA locations so perhaps I'm spoiled lol). Didn't see tons of flower, and I did notice that some of the gummies and drops aren't as plentiful as with other locations. Despite this, I was able to find a few things that suited my needs at a reasonable cost. This is one of the closer dispensaries to me (no other dispensaries in my immediate area) and I'm not a high volume customer so I'd definitely return...would love to see more CBD product offerings if they can procure good product.

This is exactly the problem with corporate dispensaries. You might get a big selection and good products, but the second something goes wrong, you're treated like a transaction instead of an actual customer. Zero empathy. Zero accountability. UPDATE: The employee gave me the email "stiiizy at support.com." I immediately told him that didn't even look right and asked him to double-check. After calling someone, he came back and admitted the correct email was actually "support at stiiizy.com." So imagine if I had left, emailed the wrong address, never got a response, and had to come all the way back again. What made it worse was instead of apologizing, he tried to act like he never gave me the wrong email in the first place. Complete gaslighting. Then after I calmly explained my experience to security, the manager -- NOE -- kicked me out and said he was going to "mark my record." Honestly one of the most unprofessional, low-integrity customer service experiences I've had in a long time.

I'm afraid to ask anything about basic products since your staff won't know and will take a ten minutes per product to find out anything. Then they just go off on a tangent without answering my question, and start promoting whatever their scripted promo of the day is. The pricing of products is a mystery since you need to scan the product at the checkout before finding the value. Most of the best paraphernalia products don't even go on the shelf since the staff puts them to the side to purchase for themselves as told to me from multiple staff members. "Goodie bags just for you" for membership is a lie/scam and are limited to "first come first serve" and they run out before 3PM. The "40% off membership" is no longer a good deal since you can't combine with any other new advertised deals and now is just a scam since they mark up their products ridiculously high. Honestly, I know this part will sound super petty, but the low value goodie bag that they denied me today, is my final straw. Next time, I'm cashing out my points and never coming back.

In the past, you'd check in at the front counter, then be served by a budtender who would answer your questions, get you what you need, then check out your payment. Now you check in, wait in line to ask the budtender any questions, get your own stuff, and then wait in line AGAIN to pay. In other words there are now 50% more lines to wait on than before, three instead of two. I've been going to this place for several years and always walked out thinking, "Great dispensary." Today I walked out thinking, WTF! If nothing else, why can't the budtender who answered my questions and helped me find my merchandise, also check me out? Why send me to the back of the line again?

It looked more like a convenience store. My boyfriend said it seemed like something outta North Korea- It was super dark and drab- kinda creepy feeling.
