They have great staff and amazing prices I love their Tuesday deal I get 20% off my entire order for buying 3 of my go to CBX flower strains. First timer at Wellgreens. I specifically asked for prices on 2 different edibles. Rather than tell me each price the response was they were comparable, one around $11 (actually $9.99) the other around $15 (actually $13.99) but with the new customer discount it would be less. So, I purchased one of each. Same routine with cartridges. I made my selection and left. I decided to submit this post after reading yelp reviews. I now understand the frustration others had with Wellgreens lack of pricing transparency. I'm hoping this post will inspire the owners to be more forthcoming with on their pricing. They completely lie about pricing online compared to when you go to pick up your order. Order total with tax when placed online was $167, and I had 30% off being a first time customer. Go into the store, they said total is $210 with 30% off. Had to go back, and ask why they overcharged me, which they refunded me $30. Total should of been $120-$130. I paid $180. They make there online prices cheaper, and when you come in expect a big jump in price. Dont expect the 30% off, girl rang up what she felt like. Not sure if the employees can pocket commission. i placed an order at this location yesterday and let me say im never going back. my order total online was $167, and on top of that i was supposed to be given 30% off of that for being a first time customer and using weedmaps (the special is on the app, guidelines are pretty clear) so my total should of been even lower. i placed my order, called the location and even double checked that id be getting the 30% off, they said yes of course. when i went to pick it up, the girl first tried giving me the wrong product. after getting that figured out, we were checking out and my total magically went up to $210 when i had already "purchased" it online for $167. it was then a hassle to get the girl to change the price and give it to me for what i paid. the manager came over to the counter and was able to give me $30 back??? dont know how the total is now $180 but alright. the girl at the counter copped an attitude when asking about the 30% off that i was told id be receiving, i didnt get that discount by the way... dont know if they get commission or something but they change their prices to whatever they feel like and arent much help read more
