I had never done acupuncture before this and am not a big fan of needles, but Dr. Scarlett was extremely supportive and taught me a breathing exercise tip that helped me feel less anxious, that also ended up helping me while I was doing my stims at home. For the most part you barely feel the needles go in and she helped prepare me and was extra gentle for any that she thought I might feel more. The experience while the needles are in is extremely relaxing and meditative. Since IVF schedules are already overwhelming I wasn't sure if adding acupuncture appointments to the mix was going to make it more so, but it was the complete opposite. Overall, I felt that my acupuncture appointments gave me time I needed to be present and feel more grounded with my body and mind during a time when I was asking so much of it, and also gave me a positive association with needles. I responded well to the IVF stims with my only side effects being bloating (to be expected), the results of my retrieval being favorable, and my recovery being smooth. I truly believe that my IVF experience went as smoothly as it did thanks to the personalized treatment plan, tips, and encouragement Dr. Scarlett provided. I will definitely be back to Red Lotus/to work with Dr. Scarlett for all my future acupuncture wellness needs, cannot recommend her enough!

They had an expiration sticker that was on the box that had already passed, and then they put another sticker on top of that one with a different expiration date. That's not accidental - that's intentional. I definitely felt taken advantage of. Is it enough to make me stop shopping at Frazier Farms? Absolutely not. But, if this grocery outlet wants to improve, they need to look into why so many products on the shelves are expired. I understand not wanting to waste things. But you can't put new stickers on top of old stickers while selling a moldy product. I hope someone in management reads this review, and takes it seriously.
